Slave to the Darkness 83 83 Snow Cone

"That is a snow cone. We will get you one to try. It is a cold icy treat but it has a decent amount of flavour." Cedric took a step forward and led Yuki to all the different stands. The first one they went to was selling strange gems or was it stones that were carved into different shapes. "Do you see one that you like?" Cedric was looking at her with a soft smile.

"Ah, I was thinking between the turtle, cat, and fox. I am not sure what to go with." Yuki pointed to the white jade turtle, obsidian cat and smoky quartz fox.

"Then we will get you all three. There is nothing wrong with getting all of the ones that you want." He looked at the shopkeeper and nodded.

"Since it is for the pretty lady I will give you a discount, so let's say forty dollars for all three." The man picked up the stones and wrapped them and placed them in a bag before handing them over.

Cedric pulled out his wallet and handed the man a fifty dollar bill and started to walk away. Yuki took the bag and followed Cedric. "You gave him a tip?"

"The man makes these all by hand. I can see that he is struggling. I like to support those that actually deserve it. You loved the designs but he decided that since you are adorable that he would discount it but I do not want him to do that so instead I tipped him the amount he gave you off. Enjoy them and maybe when we come back you will find something else that you like from him." Cedric leads her to the snowcone shop and pulls her inside.

Yuki looks at the board and sees the snowcones. She looks at the flavours and looks at Cedric. "Will you be getting one as well?"

"Not this time. I will just get you to feed me a bit of yours.o. I do not see the point of getting two of them. If you wind up not liking it I will eat it and if you like it then it is all worth it." Cedric was holding her close and smiling at her.

"Are you two ready to order?" The cashier smiled at the couple who were in each other's arms.

Yuki looked at the menu and saw the blue raspberry and the strawberry. "Um, is it possible to try two different flavors on a cone?"

"Of course you can! The max we do is three flavours. Just let me know which ones you want." The cashier smiled at the girl and looked at the guy as well.

"Oh, good then. Could I get one that is blue raspberry and strawberry? The two flavours intrigue me. That is everything for us." Yuki smiled and turned her head and looked at Cedric.

The cashier smiles and turns to the ice shaver. He turns the handle and slowly the ice block becomes shaved ice. The ice is caught in a bowl that is under the ice shaver. He turns the handle until the bowl is starting to heap. He picked up the plastic bowl and puts strawberry syrup on one side and then adds blue raspberry to the other side. Once there was enough syrup he added two spoon straws. "Here you go. That will be seven dollars."

Yuki took the snow cup and looked at it in wonder. "Thank you." She took a step back and took her first bite. The strawberry flavour hit her sweet spot and she blushed while eating. "This is so good Cedric!"

Cedric pulled out a ten-dollar bill and handed it to the cashier and walked away. "I am glad that you like it. Do you want to sit down and eat it or do you want to walk around still?"

"Can we sit outside. I want to see what everything is like." Yuki took another bit and looked at Cedric as he was standing next to her.

"Alright if that is what you want then come on outside." Cedric leads her to the outside and pulled out a chair so that she could see the people walking around.

Yuki sat down and placed the bowl on the table before taking another bite. "Are you sure that you did not want one for yourself? I worry because I get the feeling that you will not eat much in the way of food and you need that to survive."

"It will be fine, Princess. Although I will eat some food as we go this is not exactly the best to eat for me. The sugar water will only make me more thirsty and maybe hungry. We will eat some real food as we walk. I just want you to enjoy everything that the street stands have to offer." Cedric sat there and smiled at her.

"You are being surprisingly sweet today. Is the past starting to change your thought process? I know that you started that your memories are coming back to you and that you might slip up. I was able to understand with the last memory. You loved me to your very being but your feelings from the blood showed that you were so strongly in love and had the utmost respect for me. I am finally coming into your thoughts. I love every part of you Cedric. I wouldn't change anything." Yuki beamed a smile at Cedric.

Cedric smiled back at her. "I know that the two are blending but you are still my Sexy Little Slave but at the same time you are my one and only beloved. I know that you are supposed to be mine and mine alone. The two are blending but that doesn't change how I feel about you I knew for the first moment I laid my eyes on you for the first time and the includes the second first time that you would steal my heart. I thought that there would be no one that would want me but I was wrong."

Yuki took a few more bites and looked at Cedric. "When you first took me to be your slave I had a feeling that you were different, maybe my body already knew you even though my mind did not remember you. It would explain how I was able to do all that I did with you." She blushes and took a big bite, before holding the spoon so that Cedric could have a try.
