"Would it not be easier to take a car?" Yuki looks at Cedric slightly confused.

"There is not a lot of room for a car but there is just the right amount of room for two bicycles. Besides when you hire the locals they love you for it. The more you support them the friendlier they become. That boy is helping his mother by working so that his younger siblings can get the education they deserve. So when I text him he comes right away as I bought him the bike set up he has. I told him if he comes when I call I will pay him extra. I let him keep all the money he makes but he says one day he would like to repay me for my kindness." Cedric shook his head.

"You are indeed very kind Cedric. I know that you will be in the right and when this boy is ready to pay you back you will probably not take the money." Yuki stood on her tiptoes and kissed his lips and he led her to the counter.

"We will get five kilograms of bacon, ten chorizo sausages, twenty chicken breasts, and throw in the havarti dill cheese. The whole brick uncut is fine." Cedric orders what he wants and smiles. "Anything that catches your eye, Sweetheart?"

Yuki looked at what was there and tried to determine what she would like to eat but was stumped as she did not know what was good and what was not. Then something caught her eyes. "Beef Jerky! I would like to try that. Can I get all of the teriyaki and peppercorn that you have? Oh, and the pepperoni that says honey garlic, hot, and original?" She nods her head "I think that will be all."

The man behind the counter does not flinch and packs up all that Cedric orders. When he hears the girl's voice from beside him he froze for a moment and then looks down at the girl before smiling. "Here try some of the beef jerky." He passed her a sample.

"Oh, um, thank you." Yuki tried the meat and her mouth started to water from the taste. She swallowed what was in her mouth and sighed. "The smokey flavour with the teriyaki flavour is absolutely savoury. Thank you for the sample. I will grab all the original as well."

"You got it!" The guy wrapped up all the beef jerky flavours in separate bags and then the pepperoni sticks. He placed those in their own bag. "You are going on a secret getaway cruise, Cedric and who is the beauty with you?"

"We are going on a secret getaway. This is Liliana, my fiance. I proposed to her yesterday. She will be with me a lot." Cedric pulled out his debit card and allowed the guys to charge the purchase.

"Congratulations! I am happy for you. Will you hold the wedding here or somewhere else?" The guy handed the card back and started to hand the bags over.

The teenager from before had caught up and was grinning for ear to ear. "Congrats! I only overheard so I am sorry for interrupting the conversation." He took the bags before Cedric could.

"Johnathan you are hard at work as always. I made you a sandwich as always." The guy placed the sandwich down for the boy.

"Bert, you are my other lifesaver." Johnathan picked up the sandwich and placed it on the cart. He finished loading the meat up and looked at the girl. "I will take your plant with me to the boat. You will find the venus flytrap in the kitchen."

"Thank you." Yuki handed the plant over and watched as he added it to the wagon. "Be safe on your trip to the boat. I would hate for you to get hurt." She waved as Johnathan got on the bike and rode away. "So what are we going to do now?"

"Since you are overheating, we can get some ice cream in a cup, then we can go and look at some purses for you. There is a shop that I will take you to. They make everything by hand. Very different from the store I took you to yesterday." Cedric touched her hand and used his magic to cool her internal temperature.

"Thank you. I was suffering pretty bad." Yuki let him lead her to the ice cream shop and she looked at all the different flavours. She saw that you could -mix flavours if you wanted. 'Hmmm, I wonder what I should choose?'

Cedric looked at the flavours, "I will get a double scoop chocolate chip mint in a cup please." He ordered and waited for Yuki to order.

Yuki looked and finally decided, "I will get the candy apple ice cream four scoops in a cup please!" She smiled and the person behind the counter started to scoop the ice cream.

Cedric pulled out a twenty-dollar bill and paid not bothering to take his change. He then grabbed his ice cream and started to walk away.

Yuki took her ice cream and started eating it as they walked. "I love this flavour. I wish I could eat this all the time. Thank you for the tasty treat Cedric but do not worry I love you more." She followed him to the next place and then they were outside eating ice cream. Yuki finally finished hers and tossed the container and spoon in the trash.

Cedric held open the door to the shop letting Yuki go in first. "I hope that you find what you want here. I have a few items from here but the quality is so good that they do not break down fast."

Yuki looked around in happiness. "Does this mean I can buy ones that will match different outfits?"
