Slave to the Darkness 174 174 Cooking Time

"Spicy sounds fine but remember we have some ladies here so not all spicy." Cedric took the shrimp that was in the scoop and rinsed them quickly then tossed them into that boiling pot of water. They cooked at a fast pace and Cedric waited until the bodies floated to the top of the water. He used a wire scoop and scooped them out and brought them to the bowel that Claude had set up."

"Thank you and I will remember to only do two spicy." He got to work on peeling the shrimp and dividing them in between the bowls he set up. "There are a lot of shrimp flavours so I was thinking that we could do, but lime is one and I know that will be good for the girls. I know that you are concerned but I can tell you that she will be okay. Her memories are coming back and I am finally starting to feel her thirst once more. I was worried because I did not feel it for years. That is one of the reasons I could not find her and when you found her I was so surprised. It was such a shock that I froze."

"I understand now. When Yuki broke my seal I got all of my memories of her and I realized why you were asking me all those questions when you found me. Like what happened? Did you kill them? Where is Yuki? I do remember asking you who Yuki was before collapsing." Cedric rinsed more shrimp and added them to the pot.

"Yes, I was very emotional that day as you and my sister were engaged. For her to just go missing was unheard of. I did not know what was going on but it is okay now. You both are together and I was so happy. It was hard to watch you revert back to your old self." Claude finishes the peeling and waits for more.

"I know it is hard and I get that now. I am sorry for the issues it may have caused you but I am happy now and that it all that matters." Cedric brought him more shrimp and repeated the process. "We were talking about dates. I thought that it would be best to ask you."

"Dates… as in wedding dates?!" Claude stops what he was doing and turns to Cedric. His eyes were sparkling and gleaming with happiness. "I will look into it and let you know as soon as I find the best date. Where do you guys want to do it and who is invited?"

"We discussed it a little bit. It is customary to do it in the castle but then my aunt may find out and that is something that I do not want to happen. So I thought that we could do it elsewhere but Yuki said that it could be done there in secret. I want to know what you think about this and what your suggestion might be?"

Claude looks at Cedric shocked. "Yes, I think that Yuki is right. The ceremony is supposed to take part in the castle. I do not know if I can get in there yet but I could go in and set up everything. I know what is needed and how everything is to be set up. The guest list would have to be small and since we are being secretive about it we can enter through the tunnel systems." Claude works fast as he gets pumped up.

"Then we will go with your suggestions. I was hoping that we would be able to do it. I do believe now that I have entered the place once that you should be able to enter once more and if not then we can have Yuki grant you access. We did find the wedding dress and it is safe and sound." Cedric finished cooking the last shrimp and moved the pot off to the corner and set up two pans for frying and added a little olive oil to them.

"The dress Luna commissioned?!" Claude sees Cedric nod his head. "That is wonderful! I did not even know where it was but I am glad that you found it. So I will be in charge of getting the hall set up and finding the date. I will look into it tonight."

"Thank you," Cedric smiled and stole the lime bowl and started to fry the shrimp up.

Sephira got out of the water, found the beach ball she brought and made it land on Yuki's stomach. "Take that!"

Yuki opened her eyes, grabbed the ball and stood up and tossed it pack and started giggling. "I did not think there would be anything like this on the ship."

Sephira bounced the ball back. "I brought it with me. I thought we could have some fun with it! I did not want to forget something this fun. So what are your plans going to be?"

"I am glad that you brought it with you." Yuki hit the ball back, "plans for what? I am definitely having fun with you right now!"

Sephira bounced the ball back, "wedding plans. I love your engagement ring. It is something important to discuss. I know that Claude and I are mates for life now. You and Cedric are meant for each other. I can tell from the way you two interact and are there any plans for a bundle of joy?"

Yuki missed the ball and covered her face, "Sephira! How can you ask that with a straight face? We discussed a few things but Claude is better at knowing the proper dates so we are going to ask him." Yuki walked to Sephira and gave her a hug. "There will be no babies until my memories return. I can't put a child through this when I do not even know my place nor my past."

"I am sorry. That was a bit insensitive of me. I am sorry for asking such a sad question." Sephira hugged Yuki back.
