Yoru contacted me through『Telepathy』early in the morning, and when I told him which hotel we were staying in, Yoru and Latisneil came into the room a few minutes later.

In the morning when the sun had only begun to rise, both Amelia and Kurou were still asleep in their respective rooms.

「Aah. You've saved me. Latisneil as well, thank you.」

I said that, and Latisneil presented her head to me.

Not knowing what that meant, I just tilted my head in confusion.

「…what.」

Thereupon, Latisneil lifted her head up a little and puffed out her cheeks.

「Mou! It means that I want my head to be patted too! Why is it that when it comes to your girlfriend, you understand it, but don't know when it comes to me?」

「Aah, there's no point in doing something like understanding the feelings of women who are not Amelia, and it's enough to just be considerate of Amelia's emotions, right? Also, I won't pat your head.」

「No, that's not it. It's just too good to be true. However, the information is most likely true.」

It was because it was true that it's strange.

「If this was in the Adventurer Guild's attic, then they are there. People who want to assassinate Gram. Moreover, they're someone close to Gram.」

I nodded at Latisneil's words.

If we don't hurry, the prey may be taken away.

『Wa, wait a minute! Why do you think that just from the fact that the document was in the attic? Isn't it Gram's usual carelessness.』

Aah, I nodded and showed Yoru the document.

「Look, isn't it strange?」

Yoru was even more confused.

「This document, the paper is too thick, first of all. The documents that I saw in Ul's Guild was not this thick, and they just carelessly put it somewhere. Yet there were no other creases other than where Yoru had folded it, and it wasn't even wrinkled. It has the same thickness as the paper I saw in the royal castle yesterday. Perhaps he understood what I was saying, as Yoru's complexion gradually worsened.

The one involved with the human trafficking that beastmen were utterly disgusted with was someone from the royal family of all people.

I had said that I would pick them up if I encountered them, so I couldn't feign ignorance.

This guy, did he have to make his entrance in this way.
