The first thing I did when I safely infiltrated the Adventurer Guild was to look around the room.

In most cases, troublesome things or things one wanted to hide away would be put in a place out of sight.

The place I'm in right now was the attic, so there's a possibility that it's here. 

There was nothing but junk around, like a broom with a broken handle that couldn't be used anymore, but that just means that this was the perfect place to search.

Gram didn't even bother concealing anything and left everything as is, so I may unexpectedly find something immediately.  

It was convenient to have the appearance of a cat when I wanted to find something that's been hidden away.

「Oh, what a wonderful coincidence~. The place that I threw you onto just happened to be the Adventurer Guild that we were looking for, and the attic just happened to be unlocked and the document that we're looking for just happened to be there.」

The smile on her face was weird, and I took a step back.

Seeing that, Latisneil-sama's smile grew wider.

「There's no need to draw back like that, is there. It was a once-in-lifetime stroke of good fortune, so you need to be happy about it. …with this, you can report back to your Master, and I had a very interesting experience. Everything's settled, huh.」

Really, I don't understand this person.

She was different from Master-dono who had a resolute conviction of wanting to go home. 

What she wanted to do, what goal she was striving towards, I could not sense any such emotions from her.
