Jiang He smiled coolly but said nothing and rubbed the Violet Sky Thunder Talismans he was holding just then.

“Half! We can only give you half of what you've asked for!”

The Inspired King stretched out its neck and closed its eyes as if admitting defeat. “Just kill me if you're still not satisfied with that.”

“This is the sacred ground of a Buddha Sect. How could we go about fighting and killing here?”

Jiang He laughed out loud as he put away the Sword Array of Ten Realms and Infinity.

The Inspired King felt his lips twitch, and was speechless inside…

It then reverted to its golden fish true form and breathed out some of the mist it had inhaled before. In response, Jiang He took out a jade bottle with a turn of his hand, drawing the mist into the bottle with a gust of mystic energy.

He had got that bottle from Green Hill—it was a superior-grade sage item that could hold even a small river, and that bit of mist was naturally a simple matter.

After gathering the mist, Jiang He smiled and said, “I'll get the white jade bars and the lotus flowers myself, saving you brothers the bother.”

Holding his sword, Jiang He cut off half of the white jade bars—around four-hundred meters of it—surrounding the fishpond. Then, he took over a hundred of the lotus flowers… which required a technique in itself, as the lotus leaves, roots, and lotus fruit must be moved entirely if he were to replant those.

After that was done, Jiang He then glanced at the waters in the fishpond and could not help asking, “Brothers, is there some mystic imbued into those waters?”

Furious, the Inspired King rolled his eyes and seethed, “Sir, you are too much. This fishpond is our home—are you going to take it apart too?”

“I'm just asking. Do you have to act like that?”

Jiang He mumbled, turning to look at the golden fish then and asking in curiosity, “By the way, that hammer you had was quite cool. If my memory serves me right, it was called the nine-petaled scarlet hammer, was it not? Could it be an immortal item?”

Unwilling to talk further with Jiang He, the golden fish promptly threw itself into the fish pond.

Rising with a rustle, Demonic Qi churned around him as he laughed out loud. “Legion! The Star Map array beyond Earth is now collapsing on its own. We would soon be able to descend upon Earth directly.”

“Send word to pause the expansion of the Stargate. All shall advance to Mars, and warp to Earth with the portal on Mars when the array collapses!”

“Prepare the shrine. I shall cast my mystic arts to recall our immortals.”
