The world was shaking.

Inside the Womb Realm, everyone who had been cultivating felt the tremor and were jolted out of their trance.

Jiang He awoke with a start as well.

However, unlike the others, he was yanked out of a dream.

Rubbing his drowsy eyes, Jiang He arose from his soft, large bed and walked up to the window. Looking out, he saw an opening split out of the horizon.

“Huh…”

“The Secret Realm's passage is open?”

Yawning, Jiang He stepped out of his mansion, reverting his luxurious mansion into a capsule.

He put it away and walked out of the gorge he had been in, and climbed up a peak.

“Eh?”

Nearby, Cheng Dongfeng was cheerfully waving and dashing towards Jiang He, all smiles as he asked, “How was your cultivation, Jiang He?”

“It's alright.”

Jiang He replied simply, muttering inwardly that he did not cultivate at all anyway. Then, after a glance at Cheng Dongfeng, he frowned and could not help asking, “Why aren't you rank-eight yet?”

Cheng Dongfeng's smile stiffened.

At first, he had been thrilled.

After all, he was merely rank-seven novice-pinnacle when he entered the Secret Realm. Though he made it up to rank-seven pinnacle, he was just one step away from rank-eight.

Most importantly, Cheng Dongfeng had glimpsed how he should take that 'step' in the seven-days' worth of cultivation, and he was confident that he could reach rank-eight in one month even after he left the Secret Realm.

Jiang He's single line flung his mood into the bottom of the abyss.

Forced to change the conversation, Cheng Dongfeng said, “By the way, I've never seen any of the Diamond Sect Disciples since I entered the Womb Realm. I was actually worried that they would bother us on purpose and interfere with our group's cultivation. It seems that I was being petty despite their magnanimity… I'm surprised that their disciples are that well-disciplined.”

Jiang He was about to answer when he saw a Buddhist radiance descending from the skies—the head monk of the Diamond Sect had come personally to receive Jiang He.

“How has your tour been, Mister Jiang He?”

The head monk asked with a smile, catching both Jiang He and Cheng Dongfeng with a curious energy with a wave of his hand.

Jiang He was at a loss for words and complained, “Head monk, the design of your sect's Secret Realm is a little illogical. I can't leave for seven days, so what if there's a family emergency back home or catch some serious sickness that needs curing without delay?”

The head monk was speechless.

The disciples' family was the Diamond Sect itself. What emergency could there be?

As for sickness…

Golden Sect disciples who were allowed to enter the Womb Realm would be at least rank-seven or even above divine-tempest, each of them as lively as the next—how could they be sick?

He turned to Jiang He and exclaimed in surprise, “Could your family have an emergency?”

Jiang He laughed before answering truthfully, “It's no big deal. I was just bored in here and so wanted to go out for a stroll.

Meanwhile, even as the head monk brought Jiang He and Cheng Dongfeng out of the Secret Realm passage, River White Nima was flying out of the Secret Realm too.

He did not ask anything, and merely turned to glance at Jiang He.

Beside them, Cheng Dongfeng glanced at the many disciples of the Golden Sect and then at Jiang He, seemingly understanding something.

Jiang He did not notice anything, however, but quickly jogged towards River White Nima when he saw the monk, smiling, “You've came out too, Master Nima?”

“Well, about that…”

“Is there a master in the Diamond Sect who has cultivated the Dragon-Elephant Prajna up to the thirteenth-tier, and could you introduce me to him? I think I've reached a bottleneck in physical strength but I still want to improve to the next level, so I must find myself a stronger body-honing elite to spar with.”

River White Nima scowled, saying, “Mister Jiang He, my master has already cultivated the Dragon-Elephant Prajna up to perfection four hundred years ago, and the head monk succeeded recently too.”

“In addition, my brother disciple the Iron Staff Lama is nearing perfect grasp over the Dragon-Elephant Prajna too.”

“Just three?”

Jiang He could not help groaning, “Well, forget it. I'm not interested in Corban since he looks just like Justice Bao, walking around with his iron staff all the time. As for head monk and your master… They are both on their way to their graves already—what if I killed them by accident?”

It was almost midnight outside.

“There's a grudge between me and the Golden-Crowned Black Eagle. I was off to get payback, but I ended up finding out that the beast is a consort of the Golden-Winged Roc after I killed it… even laying two eggs.”

“What?”

Chen Jingzhou could not help exclaiming. “Did you kill the Golden-Crowned Black Eagle?”

Jiang He had been whispering, but thanks to Chen Jingzhou exclaiming it, every pair of eyes around them looked towards them, and there were looks of surprise, especially from the Golden Sect disciples.

“Yes.”

Jiang He smiled begrudgingly. “But that's no big deal, since the Golden-Winged Roc's had another consort, and it turned out to be the Violet-Crowned Golden Eagle of Mount Kunlun…”

“But I was so unlucky!”

“After I had slain the Golden-Crowned Black Eagle, the Violet-Crowned Golden Eagle came to Mount Tian. To prevent news from reaching the Golden-Winged Roc immediately and having that Feral Emperor come after me immediately, I killed the Violet-Crowned Golden Eagle too.”

Silence immediately ensued.

Chen JIngzhou opened his mouth but felt that his throat going dry, unable to say a word.

Nearby, River White Nima appeared mystified.
