Chapter 72 {Would You Kill Me?}

Lenia was peacefully laying next to Lorenzo who was watching a movie on the soul tv. When Lenia opened her eyes she slowly looked up and saw Lorenzo staring down. Lenia sat up and she reached over and pulled on Lorenzo's cheeks he couldn't help but smile at Lenia and he touched her hand.

"How do you feel?"

"I am fine I felt weak when I used soul transport but I am feeling much better thank you for taking care of me."

"I will do it again Eli no matter what path you go on this brother of yours will protect you."

"Brother Zo, would you kill me one day?"

"What are you talking about I will never call kill you even if the world turns their back on you Eli I promise I will protect you come on our friends are waiting for us," Lorenzo said as he held out his hand. Lenia didn't cry but she felt warm in her heart she reached out and took Lorenzo hand she skipped along as she held on Lorenzo's hand.

"Little Thea!" Lenia shouted she hugged Lenia even though she was in coma she knew that Thea, Royal, Issac, and Lorenzo protected her each giving day she closed her eyes and she pulled away.

"Lenia you need to change your clothes our test starts in few hours."

"Brother Zo I am going."

"Be safe wait a moment Thea I need to talk to Lenia for a second," Lorenzo said as he dragged Lenia away from Thea. Lenia frowned she pulled her hand away and she crossed her arms.

"Don't use life, death, time, or any other element that take a toll on your body."

"Brother Zo don't worry about me," Lenia said.

"Fine but you need to be more careful."

"You do the same," Lenia snapped back.

"Fine I will do that," Lorenzo said with a smirk on his lips both walked away smiling at each other Thea took Lenia away and she pointed at Lenia.

"Lenia I am telling you this for your own good make him work harder."

"What do you mean his just my brother nothing else we are best friends."

"You better remember that let's go and have fun!"

"Girls wait up."

"Catch us!" Lenia shouted. Lorenzo run after Lenia who run in a fast speed as she run outside she had a joyful voice which normally doesn't have she moved around as she clapped her hands together she spun around Lorenzo shot out his Layin Grass and they wrapped around Lenia and pulled her backwards. Lenia laughed and she touched Lorenzo's face and she stuck out her tough.

"Why are you being silly you are always like this," Lorenzo turned around and turned back around and made a serious face. Lorenzo crossed her arms and kicked Lenia before her mood changed back to normal. But she smiled and she took Lorenzo's hand.

"Brother if you die I will be very sad."

"I won't die."

"If you die take me with you."

"Why would I die I don't want you to die Eli if I die I want to live a happy life."

"But you are my happiness so I will die along side you Brother Zo, no matter what we made a promise don't you remember so you protect me, and here is my promise I promise to be your sharpest sword, spear, you shield, and a person you can always lean on, but they will be one day when the world turns their back on me and I want you to promise me to not look for me," Lenia said her voice was gentle but her face was indifferent.

"What are you talking about if the world turns their back on you I will find you."

"I don't want that from you they are some people who will do anything to catch me all I want is for you to be safe, if you die, I will end my own life and join so we can always find each other in our next life Brother Zo, no matter what I will always protect you and never harm you," Lenia said as she hugged Lenia. Lenia closed her eyes she remembered something but she just doesn't seem sure yet she opened her eyes.

"Lenia, can I make another promise to you not to do anything foolish no matter what weather I am dying or not I want you to always think of yourself first I want you to be happy and safe as well."

Lenia didn't say anything she just nodded her head she tightly wrapped her arms around Lorenzo.

"Sister Lenia I bought you clothes."

"Lorenzo! I swear what did you do to my sworn sister to make her like this."

Lenia giggled and she flicked Thea on the forehead.

"He did nothing foolishly."

"So you are back we have our cold indifferent Lenia back I am so happy when you run around I thought Lorenzo poisoned you!" Thea said as she hugged Lenia. Who closed her eyes.

"What about a War?" Lenia asked as she licked her ice cream. Thea took a spoon and grabbed some of Lenia ice cream.

"Eli do you ever want a war to happen?"

"I don't care honestly as long as it doesn't come at me or my tribe why should I care who dies it's not like if we were in a war they would help us."

"Yes but Holy Pop, Holy Angel, and Soul Battle Sect are also from high ups their true leaders must be powerful Lorenzo what will we do if a war actually breaks out?"

"We protect those we love and care about and we fight without stopping."

Lenia nodded her head she squeezed Lorenzo hand she smiled her eyes narrowed everything that was taken away from me just you all wait.
