Chapter 22 {Elite Competition}

Kamerson was just sitting there after saying those words. Lorenzo didn't understand what Kamerson meant by that but there is one thing both boys came to understand is the fact that Teacher Kamerson was truly strong.

"Let's start off with you Lorenzo, you over ability is weak and lacking in many areas but it doesn't matter even with your Layin Grass as your Warrior Spirit it seems like you aren't used to using your Element Ra which will be changing that, of course you shouldn't think just because I am saying this you did a great job you of done better, Lorenzo I do have a question when you were fighting Leah your eyes changed colors they were bright and colorful like a rainbow what was that all about?"

"It was mmm a technique that my father passed down to me and it's called Phoenix Dragon Eyes."

"Alright show me how it works then."

Lorenzo nodded his head he closed his eyes and he reopened them his eyes were truly beautiful. Suddenly Kamerson could feel like everything has slow down but this kind of ability also made it so that he could measure the weakest spot of the enemy and also land them into where you want them to be, this is truly different from Hendrix Gray Warrior Spirit which was known as the Gods Eyes for Lorenzo it's more like his making the enemy feel like they are winning but his right on their tail it's different in many ways but also somewhat similar to Hendrix Gray abilities to think he has this as a backup not bad not bad at all.

Royal huffed why is he praising Lorenzo so much it's not like he won the competition humph I am the won who won.

"Royal," Kamerson said.

Haha it's time for you to praise me!

"Royal did you really think was a fool to hide your second sword away in the competition is that a way to win? Not just that you are so arrogant Lorenzo could of defeated you if new all your hands but you cheated him, not just that you lack combat training while he has the combat training you need more training, no matter I am trying to tell you are just a fool if you thought I wouldn't notice anything then think again stupid fool, now that I am done talking about have you two heard about the Elite Competition?"

"No."

"Well let's see it's quite simple actually Elite Competition are for us students and we will be fighting a class above us if we defeat the class we become Elite Seven class and so on and son do you understand where I am going now?"

"So what you are trying to say it's pretty much defeating them with force and knocking them down to a lower rank if I am not wrong?" Lorenzo said as he nodded his head.

"Do you have to put it that way."

"Should I put it any other way?"

"Yes!"

"Well I don't want to put it any other way," Lorenzo snapped.

"Fine don't!"

"Stop fighting anyway I am going to choose you two as the ones who will fight for our class I will try to find another person if I am able to do so don't think just because I said this it doesn't mean you guys are stronger then your classmates you better work strong and from here on out you guys will have special training ever 8:00 p.m with me for an hour straight!"

"Special training with you?" Royal and Lorenzo said in unison.

"Yes now I'm getting out of my office."

Royal was walking outside and he courted Lorenzo.

"How do you feel I defeated you!"

"Humph it doesn't matter if you want to fight again I am willing to give it my best shot!"

"What did you say."

"I said I am willing to give it my best shot," Lorenzo said with a sly smirk on his lips and he rushed off.

That idiot humph just you wait!

Lorenzo walked outside the forest and he sat down on a green grass as he stared at the lake and he closed his eyes.

"Brother Kade?"

Kade appeared and he flouted around.

"Are you ready to learn you alchemist?"

"Yup I am ready as a cool bean."

"God know if you want to say something cool don't say that."

"Alright let's start."

"Alright as you know we have all the herbs we need we are going to try to make a second grade level pill."

Lorenzo nodded his head he looked at herbs and he closed his eyes he dumped all of them in and then he closed the pot and he held out his hand as he shot his cultivation energy out. As he released his holu ring it moved around his body giving him more energy.

"Now use your Phoenix Dragon Eyes it has more spiritual energy within them," Kade said Lorenzo did everything that Kade told him it took almost two hours long after Lorenzo was done he stared at his pill and he looked at Kade who smiled.

"That is a second grade refining pill I must say you breakthrough so fast."

"So I am a Earth Grade Alchemist first grade master now?"

"Yes that's right it's not high but by eating this you will be able to understand the difference between first and second grade refine pill making."

"You said I can earn money by selling my refined pills?"

"Yup."

Lorenzo who was a money lover let out a wicked giggle and Kade held out his hand this guy is much crazier than he thought but that's alright. Lorenzo stared at his pill and he put it in his mouth he didn't really feel any difference so he thought that he failed. When he took a shower Lorenzo opened his eyes and he felt his eyes have become much brighter than before he rubbed them before he shook his head he must be dreaming. He walked out of the bathroom with only his sweat paints.

"Hey Lorenzo where were you?" Royal asked.

"What you missed me to much?" Lorenzo asked as with a smile.

"No you will get us in trouble."

"Don't worry I am not a type of person who will tell says the guy who just sneaked in after playing video games."

"How do you know!?"

"Not a fool nor stupid," Lorenzo said as he jumped on his bed and he crossed his arms.

"You know what Lorenzo, you are so nice to everyone why are you mean to me?"

"You started it you were so rude to me on the bus, and then stepped on my sister blanket and not once did you say sorry what kind of fool do you play me out to be?"

"But that-"

"Anyway it doesn't matter we will be fighting together from here on out but that doesn't mean we have to be buddies, buddy."

"You are such a jerk."

"That's my name," Lorenzo said.

Royal frowned and he jumped on his bed and both boys stopped talking to each other again.

Another week went by with school everything started to become much more busier Lorenzo hasn't had the time to go to a blacksmith department and take a task but at this moment he might as well run out of points it's so crazy he thought to himself. As he walked back and fourth he closed his eyes he couldn't over think anything too much he thought to himself. Lorenzo was sitting on his desk in his room as he looked out the window and he chewed on his pen and he sighed Teacher Kamerson is a hard teacher and he said tomorrow training will be much harder then it has been in the past week it's crazy to even think about. Royal slammed the door open and he threw his bag on the ground and grabbed Lorenzo by the hand.

"How can you be so relaxed!"

"Am I not supposed to be relaxed?" Lorenzo asked as he closed his notebook.

"Teacher Kamerson is giving us too much work!"

"Okay but his a teacher he can do as he pleases."

"We are only nine years old and we are still young!"

"Royal don't you want to be a strong and powerful guy you have to work hard to get there."

"But I don't want to do homework."

Lorenzo sighed and he rolled his eyes he put back his headset on and Royal took them back off.

"Lorenzo help me I don't understand any of my work! Even though I am awake all the time and you are asleep how are you able to understand everything!" Royal whined. Lorenzo let out a yawn and he crossed his arms and he smirked.

"I will help you but in return pay me 1,000 Star Points," Lorenzo said as he leaned against his chair.

"Thief!"

Lorenzo smiled and he held out his hands and shrugged.

"How am I a thief I am spending my free time helping you study."

"Fine I will pay you."

"What a good lad you are," Lorenzo said as he held out his ID and Royal paid him. Lorenzo then started helping Royal with his homework both kids were busy for the next two hours after they were done Lorenzo let out a yawn and he closed his eyes. Royal frowned how can he do this he always sleeps in class and Teacher Kamerson doesn't do anything about it. All he does is eat, train, eat, train, sleep, train some more can't he do anything else?

The next day all Kamerson were outside in their training clothes as they stood outside. Kamerson threw weight jackets on the ground and he crossed his arms and he let out a yawn as he waved his finger and sticks appeared.

"All of you are such a disappointment! Everyone's psychic abilities is so damn weak so starting today you will wear weights and carry these stick around the track and run ten laps each morning do you understand come on and get a move on!" Kamerson said. Everyone rushed over and put on their weights. Lorenzo put on three of them because at first he didn't feel much difference so he just put on extra and now he feels a difference. Lorenzo and Royal started to run side by side. Both boys have gotten used to each other that they can call themselves friends as they were running around the track Royal started slowing down and he looked straight at Lorenzo who run backwards and he held out his hand and he started pulling Royal along with him as he run.

"LORENZO! TEN MORE LAPS FOR YOU IT SEEMS LIKE YOU HAVE ENOUGH ENERGY RUNNING THROUGH YOUR BONES!"

"Ah Lorenzo let go of me."

"I don't mind to run more it makes me look so hot."

"So self centers."

"Not to brag but I am handsome."

"Bragging much?" Royal said and he laughed as they finished running. Lorenzo rushed off he needs to go to the blacksmith department. As he is running he run passed Killian office but Killian shouted for his name and he froze in place damn it he was hoping not to see this guy. He walked inside.

"Teacher Killian."

"This girl here will be joining class 8," Killian said. Lorenzo discovered that a beautiful figure had unknowingly appeared behind him. His eyes didn't leave the girl who was wearing a veil over her face.

At closer inspection, it was a girl in red. The girl’s body was slender and she was currently leaning with her back against the gray wall as a pair of bright eyes calmly observed him.
When Lorenzo's gaze met her own, an indescribable feeling of numbness spread across his scalp.

However, Lorenzo’s mental resilience was after all pretty good, and he very quickly calmed himself. A smile immediately emerged on his immature face, trying his best to appear harmless, as he cupped his fists together.

“Hello sister my name is Lorenzo I am a student in class 8," Lorenzo said in a respected manner.

The girl before his eyes looked to be of similar age to himself. However, a little politeness at such a time was never a bad thing.

However, the mysterious girl in red did not seem to take any notice of Lorenzo’s respectful mannerisms. Her slim and fair hand pulled back a strand of black hair in front of her forehead, before she walked towards Lorenzo.

When she walked out of the shade, light immediately sprinkled down on her body. As she approached, Lorenzo was finally able to clearly see her, and a look of amazement involuntarily flitted across his eyes.

The girl had snow-white skin. Her fine blackish purplish hair was lightly bundled up, while her simple red clothes outlined her wonderful curves. She had a very exquisite set of facial features. In particular, her bright pinkish purplish eyes seemed to contain a certain aura of mysteriousness, causing them to appear both unpredictable and distant.

At this very moment, the girl seemed to tread on shards of sunlight against the backdrop of towering ancient trees. A gentle breeze blew past and lifted her fringe, allowing one to catch a glimpse of an extremely ancient rune between her brows, a sight that gave off an aura of indescribable mysteriousness. This scene was so beautiful that it made Lorenzo breathless for a moment.

"Sister?"

She didn't say anything all she did was stare at him for a long time before she opened her mouth but closed it again.

"It seems Grandpa was right."

"What?" Lorenzo said as his face was confused.

However the girl in red ignored him she turned around and stared at Teacher Killian.

"Thank you," the girl said in a cold manner before she turned around and she started to walk out of the office room.

"Tun Titian come let's go and find our dorm room," The young girl said.

Upon hearing the girl in green’s call, Lorenzo immediately discovered the small gray creature lying under the couch. The little creature looked like an unremarkable small dog.

“A pet doggy?” Lorenzo mumbled.

Ayoo ayoo

As if it had heard Lorenzo’s mumbling, the small creature’s hair immediately bristled and it started to bark at him. However, because its body was too small, the barks from it lacked any destructive power and instead made it appear rather cute.

The small creature seemed to have realized that its barking had not intimidated Lorenzo. Its tail stood straight up as it jumped in front of a large table, before opening its mouth and taking a vicious bite.

Crunch crunch!

As it continued to chomp down in this manner, one could only watch as the table rapidly shrank at an alarming speed. In the short span of several breaths, the table had completely disappeared. All of the hard pieces of wood had been swallowed into the little creature’s tiny stomach.

The expression on Lorenzo’s face turned rigid as he secretly gasped. He was a little dumbstruck as he stared at the little dog-like creature. What exactly was this thing? To think that such a huge boulder would be devoured in a few bites.

What strong teeth and healthy appetite!

It seemed to be a gluttony just like himself as well.

Lorenzo wiped away the cold sweat on his head and no longer dared to look at this seemingly plain little beast. The latter’s teeth had been able to easily chew threw rock, what hope could his frail body have against it? Upon seeing Lorenzo face the little creature walked away seeming to be happy with what it just did. Even Killian was just sitting there shocked the young girl bowed her head to apologize for what her little pet had done.

"I am sorry."

"It's fine to go and get ready for school tomorrow."

Lorenzo followed the girl out and he walked behind her. This girl is so mysterious and quiet.

"Hello my name is Lenia what's your name?"

"Lorenzo nice to meet you," Lorenzo said as he held out his hand out of hand shake.

Lenia stared at his hand before she raised her hand which wore white gloves and she shook his hand and she started to walk away.

"Why did you join class 8 does your Warrior Spirit suck?"

"It was my grandfather who wanted me to join the lower class not me and I don't anything else honestly this is my first time stepping outside the foot of my home," Lenia said as she stopped and stared out the window.

"Well Sister Lenia don't worry I will help you feel at home!"

Lenia eyes widened for a moment before she slightly smiled and she knelt down and picked up Tun Titian and she sighed and looked out the door.

"Well this is the girls dorm room see you tomorrow?"

"Mmm alright don't be late our teacher is well how can I say this without being rude well let's put it like this his strict!" Lorenzo said. Lenia just stared and she nodded her head she walked away and Lorenzo watched her disappear from the back door and he shook his head.

Such a mysterious girl even her little pet is mysterious.
