Chapter 6 {Blacksmith}

Lorenzo stared a shabby building the sign was broken and everything seemed a mess as he looked at his mother Millie looked away and raised her hand don't look at me son his your uncle not mine. Millie knocked on the door and suddenly the door slammed open a man walked out he was tall had bold shoulders a tattoo on his left shoulder his eyes were dark green his hair was long dark blue as he crossed his arms he yawned and he looked at Lorenzo and he frowned.

"Millie it's been a while."

"Haha yes it has my husband talking to you."

"Yeah he has but Millie I don't take in disciples, I only ever have one disciple."

"Why not try it maybe you will see something in him," Millie said.

"Well I don't feel like your husband threaten me."

"He has the right humph."

"You."

"Mom?"

"Oh my dear son don't worry this is Raymond he will be teaching you I will pick you up in two hours work hard and listen to him his a grumpy lad but it doesn't matter as long as you don't get on hos nerves he won't do anything," Millie said and kissed her son. She walked away and Lorenzo followed Raymond inside he rubbed his neck and he hissed out if it wasn't for that old fool he wouldn't even agree to this. A month ago Maxwell appeared out of nowhere challenged him into a fight and made a bet so it was for his son that idiot doesn't have other powerful friends by the looks of it this boy doesn't even know how powerful his parents and what their background is if he thinks about they must be protecting their son from danger because the other three girls know about their backwards but this boy just knows nothing.

"Don't touch anything, don't bother me, see this petal screen here it's called blacksmith test I want you to reach 1,000 hits if you want to be my student if you can't even do that you know where the door is so hit a hike I don't care if you are my best friend child I will be strict with you if you cry then get out and don't bother me again do you understand me, these are the two hammers you will be using they weigh about 5 kilometer if you can't even left these up you aren't meant to be a blacksmith do you understand what I am saying?"

Lorenzo looked at the hammers and he nodded his head and touched his heart his eyes had this powerful will power.

"Teacher Raymond I won't cry I will work hard no matter what so don't worry about me," Lorenzo said as he took off his school jacket off and he closed his eyes and he grabbed the hammers wow so heavy he thought himself and then he closed his eyes and he his arms tightening around the hammers and he raised his right hammer and hit the silver petal and saw a number 1.

So it's supposed to be like that. For Rebecca, for my family and my sister I will work hard Lorenzo thought to himself as he raised his left hammer and he started making a rhythm. Each hit he made the number would raise up after ten minutes Lorenzo got used to these heavy hammers he now didn't have a hard time lifting if his strength was risen. Lorenzo moved his right hand and he hit the silver petal the number triplet with his strength each hit he made became stronger and stronger as he went on it was amazing to watch.

Thirty minutes went by Lorenzo hands were swore his fingers were bruising up. He clenched his jaw no he can't give up no matter what he wants to be strong to help his family he can no longer be lazy! He has to keep on going his only half there. Lorenzo eyes became golden reddish color his speed became faster sweat dripped down his back forward his neck. He gasped but his eyes kept on forcing on the numbers he didn't understand what was happening but he felt tired but sudden energy wrapped around him. For Lorenzo who has a weak Warrior Spirit his Chi Power Level could run out but because of his cultivation level his able to still keep on going. An hour went by and Lorenzo finished he put the hammers down and he fall on the ground and he threw his head back and pushed his hair out of his face as he took off the tie and he walked forward to find his teacher his legs were shaking like crazy.

Lorenzo called out for his teacher when he found him he tapped Raymond shoulder who jumped throwing his Louis device in the air and held out his hand ready to fight and he looked at Lorenzo who was staring at him.

"Kid don't you know to not sneak up to someone anyway if you can't-"

"Teacher I finished I did 1,000 hits," Lorenzo said. Raymond spat out his coke and stared at Lorenzo by the looks of it his not lying at all Raymond dragged Lorenzo along with him and he let out a scream this kid actually did it! 1,000 hits he couldn't cheat he was the one who made this petal test for dumb ass students who wanted to be his disciples but to think a seven year old boy was able to do that not just that his hammer weight about five pounds for a seven year old that's damn heavy and he did this in less then hour he must have cheated yes he must have a strength ability like his Warrior Spirit is strength or something that's the only way.

"Boy go over and do it again don't stop until I say so."

"Yes teacher."

Lorenzo picked up the hammers and he started to hit the petal. Raymond watched and he dropped his mouth pure strength this boy didn't even cheat this is his pure strength. Pure strength is something some people can have but it's rare it's one own strength with zero amount of magic they reason it's called pure strength because they can also use their own strength in battle the stronger one is the better is they aren't many people who have pure strength because most people either use their Qi, or cultivation energy even spiritual realm energy but for someone to have pure strength they won't need to do that they are just born with normal strength and they can become stronger but for a seven year old to have pure strength what level can he reach? For a blacksmith they need to have strength in their body and a strong will power to keep on going. He kept on staring at the screen and he saw the petal screen number going up each time he hit the petal his strength increases that's just amazing. Lorenzo has a bright future and is truly a small blacksmith genius.

Raymond notice how foggy Lorenzo eyes was becoming he told him to stop which Lorenzo dropped the hammers and he fall on the ground so tired he thought to himself and he looked at his teacher who smiled at him yes this child has a bright future.

Two hours later.

Millie stared at her tired son and she frowned but she shook her head.

"Millie, you and Maxwell raised a good son I will take him in as a disciple every single day three hours a day I will teach him," Raymond said.

"Really does he have that kind of talent?" Millie asked as she carried her sleepy son.

"Your son has a bright future don't worry about anything else."

Millie sighed and kissed her son.

"Thank you Raymond for him to even walk a blacksmith path is something he must choose on his own and he can choose it so he can protect those around his a good child I hope you understand that."

"I do and that's why I will take him in, oh here put this on his arms they will heal up."

When they got home Lorenzo opened his eyes and he saw Rebecca waiting for them. Lorenzo pushed his mom's face and he jumped down and he hugged Rebecca who smiled brightly.

"I passed, I passed! Now I can buy food, and new clothes without worrying about mom and dad!"

"Dinner is ready to come and eat up."

"Husband let's talk," Millie said as she pulled Maxwell's ear and she stormed her feet.

"Our son has bruises all over his arms."

"Honey that's part of hard work," Maxwell said.

Millie kicked her husband's leg who let out a scream.

"Humph I married an idiot how can I allow our dear poor son to suffer like that I won't allow it."

"Allow it honey don't be like that you understand that Layin Grass type master can only walk on a small path for my son he needs a better and a strong future I believe he will be able to do it one day but he needs to understand he can't be lazy he needs to work hard."

"Fine fine, but I swear to god I am going to kill you and make you sleep outside."

Maxwell kissed his wife who pouted and she walked back inside and saw Rebecca feeding Lorenzo none stop. Sigh our dear son has grown up so much! After dinner Lorenzo took a bath with Rebecca and notice her scars are gone he smiled brightly when it was time to go to bed Lorenzo was sitting on his bed and he held out his hand his Layin Grass appeared it swayed back and fourth it was so beautiful. Rebecca found herself frowning and she touched the Layin Grass and she touched her heart before she shook her head.

"This is my Warrior Spirit when you are seven you will have one as will and even a Element Ra, like this," Lorenzo said and held out his other hand and lighting formed he clapped his hands together and a lightning ball appeared it was going crazy but Lorenzo didn't really care for that.

"When you have your own maybe...."

Lorenzo fell down face first and his head laid on Rebecca's lap his eyes were closed and he passed out. Rebecca slowly stared at the moon her hair was brushed by Lorenzo and he even braided her hair his been learning all kinds of hair styles so he can help Rebecca pout. She slowly reached over and pulled her hands back before she touched his head and she sweetly smiled a light appeared it was bright but it appeared and Lorenzo wounds disappeared Rebecca fall asleep not understanding what just happened.

Maxwell walked inside the bedroom and saw his son sleeping peacefully. He pulled his son's arms out and he frowned where are the wounds and bruises? His wife isn't the type to lie about something like this. It doesn't matter let's worry about that tomorrow.
