[4] Aka prepare necks for the chopping block; aka he will kill them

[5] Reverse Dragon Scale – In Chinese mythology a dragon's scales are really sensitive, and on the dragon's neck there's a special scale that's grown in reverse. This is the 'reverse scale', and if someone were to dare touch it, it will greatly anger the dragon. So you can see the analogy of Jing Wan being Li Hong Yuan's 'reverse scale'.
