Chapter 6 It’s so Nice Having a Master

He watched the girl thinking deeply and was just about to say something when Yuan Chu suddenly brought him out of the Flying Dhow.

Seeing Ye Chenyuan bound over with a face full of pleasant surprise, Yuan Chu stood on her tiptoes and poked him on the forehead. Grinning, she asked, “Did you realize how safe you feel around me? Were you really uneasy when you didn’t see me?”

“Master…” Ye Chenyuan was completely defeated by her. The fear that filled his heart vanished in the face of her beaming smile.

“Where did you go?” Ye Chenyuan gently plucked a leaf out of her hair. And under the jade green leaf, her radiant smile was even brighter than her golden robe.

“That robe from before was ruined by the lighting, so I changed out of it. What do you think? Isn’t it pretty?”

She wore a dress embroidered with gold and fiery red. She twirled, and the dress unfurled like a flower. It glittered and shone under the sun. It was too wonderful for words.

Because Yuan Chu just turned six, her stature was still small. Anything she wore made her look like a porcelain doll, delicate and lovely.

Satisfied, Yuan Chu told him, “See? This is what I told you about. There’s treasures of heaven and earth everywhere! I didn’t lie to you, did I?
