As its pretty apparent there are a lack of chapter releases ,don't worry i will be getting them out soon but as a avid reader and a new author I personally want to ensure the chapters have a consistency and quality to them as i am new to ensure that its a bit challenging at times so that both you the readers and i can be satisfied with the experience ,Also i don't want to be going to modify /retconning stuff after the chapter releases if I relise somethings lets just say i write something i am unhappy with or is misplaced within the story as that will sour the experience for the first readers and myself as i would not want to let you lads & lasses down. Thank you for your patience.

Here is a preview of a part of one of the 10 Chapters I am working on

Caleb dreamed of a church ,he woke up grogilly and looked around , He was not in the church sundered by time but in a church pristine as if it was newly built, the marble pearlescent white, the wood finished to a shining oak, the glass creating a cascade of colours ,it was immaculate.

His head started to pulse with sharp pain , the sensation he has come to know far too well. As his body wavered in these etheric halls he put two fingers to his nose as he felt a trickle, it was stained red ,he glanced around awestruck in its majesty , From the altar to the inner sanctum it was perfect even the dim glow given by the resplendent gold chandelier gave a warm feel to the to the inner sanctum of it and all of it was perfect from the tabards to tined glass which made prism of light ,even the chandelier glistened in its resplendent gold untarnished.

His head thumping more now like a war drum pushing him forward, He staggered towards the inner sanctum, he found a window, pressing his ear against its coloured surface he could hear the playful cries of children and the voice of a women gargle and Caleb smiled unknowingly to its sound as it cut through the gargle, straining with the pain he pushed the open ,he got a glimpse of blinding light and a silhouette of a nun ,his eyes closed involuntary with the force he was unable to resist and when he opened his eyes the world before him flashed into that of dead land covered in a dreary sky and silence covered the area except for the pitter patter of rain, the very ground turned black like charcoal.

Looking around frantically staggering back in surprise, cracks formed like spiderwebs as the darkness pressed against the window oppressively snuffing out the light, the window shattered inwards and flecks and jagged pieces shot inwards.

Stunned he looked on .the darkness corrupted everything in its slow crawl tarnishing all that shined and decaying all that stood , Caleb ran into the main hall and the darkness spread at a pace he didn't comprehend like dark tendrils corrupting the world around him within mere moments the church pristine was sundered.

The church around him creaked and started to crumple ,rain fell throught the cracks trickling down

,with a massive crunch the church around him broke under the darkness wait and as it did his eyes closed.

Caleb woke grogily to the sound of rain
