And from the discussion and situation, it looks like the two 4 tailed kitsunes were jealous of the 2 tailed one because Nanabi, the seven tailed kitsune, was friendly with her.

The 2 tailed kitsune was a flat chested loli, she had short grey hair and was wearing a short pink yukata without sleeves and black tight shorts. It was Kitsu, the same two tailed kitsune he encountered at the Treasure Cove.
