Hiruko's entire front blew uprising a cloud of dust in the air.

Chiyo coughed while doing her best to see through the cloud of dust.

The cloud of dust revealed a young man with short, mousy red hair in his teens, with Akatsuki robes….

"You.." Chiyo pointed a finger towards Sasori while observing him with a shocked expression.

Seeing Chiyo's expression, Sasori's anger from earlier was replaced with an innocent mocking expression.

"What's wrong, Granny Chiyo?"

"Are you so filled with emotion that you cannot speak?" Sasori asked while stowing back the Third Kazekage puppet and broken pieces of Hiruko into a scroll.

Chiyo continued to stare at him with her blank expression.

"That's not surprising."

"After all, it's our first reunion in Seventeen Years…" Sasori said with a calm expression.

Sweat dripped from Chiyo's head as she stared at him with an expression of disbelief.

"Sasori, you…" She uttered with difficulty.

"Yes, I am young, despite being Thirty Two this year…" Sasori flattered himself.

"When?" Chiyo asked.

"When, What?" Sasori tried to confirm…

"When did you turn yourself into a puppet?" Chiyo asked.

"Oh, this?"

"Why don't you try to guess it?" Sasori asked.

"…" Chiyo stared at him without an answer.

"Try to guess."

"If you guess it right, then I might let you witness my ultimate technique before I send you to heaven," Sasori said.

"Your prize!" Sasori said, as he took out a scroll from his scroll holder that was attached to his puppet body in the back, while slowly lowering the poison coated metal pipe that was located in the place of the stomach to the ground.

The metal pipe pierced into the ground, following which Sasori stood on the metal pipe, slowly rising into the air while pointing the scroll in his hand toward Chiyo!

"The scroll contains my most powerful puppet Jutsu, which I used to take down an entire nation once, All by myself…"

"And Yes!"

"You are correct in your guess granny Chiyo!"

"It was indeed during the Third Ninja World War…" Sasori confirmed Chiyo's doubts.

"What?" Rasa and Sasuke stared at Sasori from a distance.

"What is that thing?" Sasuke asked.

"It's a puppet!"

"To be precise, that man is living as a puppet" Rasa explained.

"Living as a puppet?" Sasuke asked since he had only heard of metaphors where people were controlled by others to the point that they were called as puppets…

Chiyo thought back to the time when Sasori's name became famous through the Third Great Ninja War…

Chiyo felt more terrible at herself for not rescuing Sasori.

"I could not feel the souls of a puppet and neither the feelings of a human anymore…" Sasori lamented.

"So I thought, why not just continue down that path…" Sasori explained.

"…" Chiyo stared at Sasori without interrupting him while tears dropped down from one of her eyes.

"I used those bodies to create more powerful puppets..."

"The Akatsuki recruited me, saying they were looking for S-Class criminals like me…"

"I took them on their offer, after all, I was a wanted criminal," Sasori concluded.

("So that's how he joined Akatsuki….") Chiyo thought.

"Now that you know what happened after I left the village, you can die peacefully and join my collection," Sasori said following which he unraveled the scroll in his hand.

"It's said that the ability of a puppet master is measured through the number of puppets they can use…" Sasori said while holding a one hand seal through which he executed his chakra…

The seal on the scroll opened….

Hundreds of puppets appeared in the air.

Sasori opened a mechanism on his chest…

Chakra was burning within the mechanism, following which Chakra threads extended towards all the puppets in the air.

Sasori then looked down upon Chiyo while standing on the flexible steel pipe that extended from his abdomen…

"I can control a hundred at once!" He said.

Rasa and Sasuke stared dumbfounded at the hundred puppets that were floating in the air…

"Shouldn't you go and help?" Sasuke asked Rasa.

"Do you think I like to stand and do nothing?"

"Of course I want to help her…"

"But she forbade me from doing so…"

"Of course I will intervene at the cost of my life if things get more worse!" Rasa explained.

Chiyo shook her head in disapproval while taking out a scroll from within her sleeve.

"This is a Jutsu I sealed recently…"

"I didn't think I'd ever use it again…."

"But it seems it won't work out that way…"

"Now let's put an end to this!" Chiyo concluded by opening her scroll.

In the scroll appeared ten seals…
