One clone appeared next to Naruto.

"One Shadow Clone?" Neji stared at Naruto weirdly.

The clone looked towards the original.

Naruto nodded to the clone.

The clone looked at Lee for a second before he turned back to see Neji.

("Their chakra network and distribution look the same, even my Byakugan can't differentiate it from the original…") Neji thought.

"Go!" Naruto said.

"Yes!" The clone nodded.

(Boom!) The clone ran towards Neji.

"WHAT?" Sakura, Hinata, Karin, Kiba, Chouji, Lee, Gai, Tenten, and Neji stared at Naruto's speed.

Especially for the last three.

("Good for you Naruto-kun!")

("You finally got my speed!") Lee praised internally since he and Naruto had been training with weights though Naruto had just started a few months back.

("He's just as fast as Lee!") Gai stared at Naruto.

"Hmph!" Sasuke continued to watch the match.

Meanwhile, Kankurō and Temari's mouth was wide-open enough to fit an egg.

Meanwhile, Neji who was at the receiving end had twisted expression across his face.

(Bang!) Naruto's clone sent a fist, which was blocked by Neji.

"You should know that I have fought Lee countless times," Neji said.

"How about two of them?" Naruto (clone) smiled at Neji, following which it retreated back.

< Shadow Clone jutsu! >

(Poof!)

Another clone appeared.

"Let's Go!" The first clone said to the second one.

"Yes!" The second one nodded following which, the two coordinated at the same time to attack Neji.

"Damn it!" Neji found it extremely hard to deal with two Narutos at the same time, who were flying around him like an annoying flies.

Punches countered with palms. Kicks countered with side steps. Neji managed to dodge them all by a hair's breadth.

This was due to the fact that Naruto was going easy on him without using a counterattack strategy.

The match would have been over in seconds if Naruto did not care about exposing a few countering techniques to potential enemies who were watching the match.

Naruto could have used a Rasengan right off the bat, but if Neji could not defend himself against a Rasengan, then that would be problematic.

Sounds of punches and kicks being blocked echoed around the stage as Neji and the two clones kept fighting at close range…

Meanwhile, the original Naruto stared at the scene with his arms folded.

It was quite the comical sight for everyone at the stadium.

("Looks like Naruto did have restrictions placed on him…")

("But look at that battle, Naruto just stands at the side while the clones do his work for him, while I had to battle two girls all by myself…")

("Man, I would sure as hell love to learn that shadow clone jutsu, but I am pretty sure that even my clones will be too lazy to do any work for me!") Shikamaru sighed as he continued to watch the battle.

("Unbeatable?")

("More like Untouchable!")

("This Naruto guy is so strong that he only sends out his clones for battle!") Hanabi thought.

The people around the stadium slowly started to change their view of Naruto as they continued to watch the battle.

"Damn it!" A man cried as he crushed the fan he held in his hand.

"I've bet too much on the Hyūga to win, now this yellow-haired kid is ruining everything for me." the man cursed.

"Calm down, Master!"

"I am sure the profit from the next battle will more than make up for the loss from this one." The man's subordinate who was sitting in the next seat said.

"Hmph!"

"I will not take any risks."

"As soon as this match finishes, send those two jounins that we hired to take down that sand kid." The man ordered.

"Yes!"

"At once master!" The subordinate accepted the orders and went his way to inform those two that were mentioned.

Meanwhile, Neji who continued to battle against Naruto's clones slowly lost control over his rate of breathing and found it hard to recover any energy to keep facing off against the clones.

"Haaa!!!!" The two clones raised their fists.

< Hakkeshou Kaiten! >

Neji released a ball of chakra around him.

"Shit!" Naruto's clones cursed, following which Neji stated to spin along with the huge chakra ball which sent the two clones flying away.

Kankurō and Temari were stunned.

"That's Neji's defense…" Tenten and Lee murmured at the same time despite being seated in different columns.

"Neji's defense?" Kiba, Karin, Choji, and Ino stared at Lee.

"Yes!"

"It is said that in order to learn the technique, one has to be a part of the head family!"

"Not only that, the person must have great control over his released chakra which is so hard that even jounins struggle to do it," Lee explained.

"Mm!" Hinata nodded.

"The chakra released can repel any ninjutsu attacks."

"That's more absolute than the defensive sand barrier that Gaarsan had when I fought him," Lee explained following which, he looked towards Gaara.

Gaara had a slight frown on his face.

The sand that protected him was his mother's spirit.

To see that being compared to a mere skill from a Genin…

"Father!"

"How does he know that jutsu?" Hanabi asked.

"That jutsu is passed down from generation to generation within the main household,"

"Neji, however, recreated the same technique on his own," Hiashi explained.

Hah!

Neji panted as he turned towards Naruto.

("Damn it!")

("He stood over there without so much as stepping in to fight while he tires me out!") Neji thought as he stared at Naruto.

Naruto looked at Neji's tired expression.

("I should make him use that technique again…") Naruto thought, following which he raised two fingers on each hand and put them perpendicular to each other.

("NOT THAT AGAIN!") Neji panicked.

< Shadow Clone Jutsu! >

(Poof!)

Two clones appeared.

"GO FOR IT NARUTO!"

"TIRE HIM OUT WITH THOSE CLONES OF YOURS!" Kiba shouted.

(Woof!)

Akamaru barked excitedly.

"You think that will work?" Neji asked.

< Hakkeshou Kaiten! >

Neji started to spin.

(Poof!)

The two clones were repelled out of existence.

("Now!")

Naruto brought his right hand up and created a Rasengan.

"IS THAT…"

"THAT'S THE LEGENDARY RASENGAN!" Some people amongst the crowd gasped.

("How is he able to hold that mass of a chakra?") Some of the jounins thought.

After all Naruto's Dad, Minato Namikaze was the famed Yellow Flash and a genius who created the Rasengan.

"Go!" Naruto threw the Rasengan towards Neji who continued to spin.

("HE THREW IT!") Everyone in the stadium gasped.

("What is that?") Neji thought.

("It doesn't matter!")

("I will repel that as well!") Neji thought as he continued to spin.

(BANG!)

The Rasengan made contact with the Kaiten.

(BOOOOMMM!!!!!!) Neji was sent flying away….

(Bang!) Neji's Kaiten destroyed from the impact against the wall of the stadium making him suffer from a backlash.

A massive cloud of dust rose from the impact blocking the scene that took place.

"Is it over…?" The people murmured as they continued to stare at the scene which was blocked by the smoke.

"ARGH!" Neji grunted as he slowly walked out of the cloud with a bit of blood leaking out of the edge of his mouth.

Naruto was surprised at Neji walking towards him.

"You think I can't take a hit?" Neji asked.

("That's true, after all, he does train with Gai-sensei…") Naruto sighed as he saw Neji stand up against him.

("Looks like it won't be so easy…") Naruto thought.

Naruto could easily give up the match as the ninja ranking did not really apply to him as he already exceeded other ninjas completely. However, the jounin ranking could help him in carrying out official S rank missions, all by himself.

He wouldn't be stopped if he were to go on reconnaissance missions all by himself, but that would be against the rules of other villages for illegal entries and whatnot.

Naruto powered up another Rasengan in his hand as he looked towards Neji.

"Neji, You are indeed a hardworking genius" Naruto murmured.

"Come at me!" Neji raised a palm against Naruto.

Naruto nodded, following which he threw another Rasengan at Neji.

("I may be tired, but I have enough chakra to spare.") Neji thought upon seeing the Rasengan approach him once again.

< Eight Trigrams, Air Palm! >

Neji struck the Rasengan away.

(BOOM!!!!) The Rasengan destroyed one of the walls of the stadium.

"Is that all?"

"I can handle a hundred of those!" Neji shouted out of anger.

"A hundred?" Naruto blurted.

("That's not a bad idea at all") Naruto thought as he brought his hands together once again.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu again?"

"It must be your favorite jutsu!" Neji said as he continued to breathe heavily.

"Hehe…" Naruto snickered as he executed the jutsu.

(POOF!) A massive cloud of smoke occupied the entire stadium.

"You are right," Naruto said, following which the cloud slowly unveiled the scene.

("What the….") Neji stared at the scene of a hundred Naruto clones in front of him.

"IT'S OUR FAVOURITE JUTSU!" The Clones shouted together, following which the clones raised up their right hands at the same time.

(Whoosh!) a weak windstorm was summoned into being as a hundred rasengans lit up at the same time.

("SHIT….") Neji stared in horror.
