Hinata stared dazedly at the letter.

"Who is he?" The man beside her asked.

"Dad…" Hinata stared at Hyūga Hiashi.

"Naruto-kun is my classmate from academy…" Hinata said as she fidgeted around with her fingers.

"Hinata.."

"Don't test my patience."

"I've already lost my confidence in you in the test between you and Hanabi…"

"My father forced me to think for the sake of the well being of the clan…"

Hiashi said as he thought back to when he had declared that Hinata would lose her position of the clan successor.

It was very shameful for him, considering the fact that he had still felt guilty about taking the position of the main branch, while his own blood brother who was birthed seconds after him was forced to the side branch.

He felt even more guilty when he had to use the seal on his brother to keep the aggressive emotions in check.

"Kõ has already given me all the information there is about that boy."

Hyūga Kõ was the caretaker of Hinata. He would accompany her side since childhood and even during her time at the academy, Kō would accompany Hinata everywhere after she would leave the academy grounds.

Kō had spotted Naruto numerous times by accidents or by coincidences.

During Hinata's childhood, he had repeatedly warned her about Naruto and forbid her from any interactions.

Kō had enquired till the recent updates on Naruto, other than Chuunin exams which still had the matches that were to be held later.

"The boy does not possess the qualifications to look at you."

"On the other hand, you make sure to fail me in every expectation."

"DAD!" Hinata shouted.

"Say anything about me, and I would not blink an eye about it,"

"But, I will not tolerate any words against Naruto-kun." Hinata made her stance clear.

"You!" Hiashi stood up in anger, while also surprised at the intense emotion that was displayed on Hinata's face.

Hiashi no longer had the face to remain. He stomped towards the door, before which he stopped as he said.

"You never stood up for yourself…"

"You would even willingly lose towards your younger sister…"

"But you would stand up for a stranger?"

"Hinata, are you still my daughter?" Hiashi asked after which he closed the door and left.

Hinata stared at the letter then her left ring finger and started to cry silently.

"HHOOAAHHH!!!" Sakura yawned after getting up.

She got ready in a few minutes and descended the staircase.

"Sakura!" Sakura's mom called from the kitchen.

"Eat your breakfast quickly,"

"Why?"

"Oh! I forgot to tell you,"

"Your sensei dropped in last night,"

"He said that you have to go to the hospital for training of some sort,"

"And that a girl would accompany you to that place,"

(Ding- Dong!)

"Speak of the devil. I think she's here."

Sakura went to grab the door handle and opened.

Outside was a girl in red hair.

She looked towards Sakura and said…

"Good Morning!" In a grumpy voice.

Sakura stood speechlessly, looking at the girl who waited outside.

"Are you ready or what?" She asked impatiently.

"Hello!" Sakura's mom appeared behind her and greeted.

"You must be Karin, a friend of Sakura's right?" She asked.

Karin stared at Sakura for an answer.

"Yeah…" Sakura said slowly.

Sakura's mom gently nudged Sakura on her big forehead.

"Go and eat, I have prepared your breakfast and kept it on the table."

"Mm." Sakura nodded as she ran towards the table.

"Please come in." Sakura's mom gestured towards Karin.

Karin nodded as she took off her footwear at the entrance and entered inside…

"Kō!"

"Have you investigated the current whereabouts of the boy?" Hiashi asked as he looked towards Hinata's caretaker who sat outside the room.

"I've yet to do Hiashi-sama."

"Right now I would like to accompany Hinatsama until she's out of bed rest," Kō replied.

"Who are you looking for, Dad?" Hanabi who was nearby asked.

"It's nothing…"

"Let's Go!" Hiashi commanded as he stormed off.

In the training field….

("Why is he wasting time?") Sasuke stared around in anger, looking for Kakashi.

About thirty minutes later…

Kakashi showed up.

"Good Morning!" Kakashi greeted.

Sasuke looked up as he stared at Kakashi's face.

"I was walking by… and…"

"I DON'T CARE!" Sasuke stated as he raised his hand with small imperfectly shaped moving orb of lightning natured chakra.

Kakashi stared at the massive improvement over the period of just one day.

"Sasuke!"

"Show me your hand," Kakashi demanded.

Sasuke frowned and brought his hand out for Kakashi to examine.

("It has healed overnight a bit, looks like he followed my advice and must have been practicing today morning.") Kakashi thought as he stared at Sasuke's hand.

"Okay!"

"Sasuke!"

"Before I teach you the Chidori, I want you to know the pre-requisites of the move and the conditions. I will put forth."

Sasuke stared at Kakashi impatiently…

Kakashi lifted his hand as he pointed his index finger upwards.

"First Pre-requisite is Physical ability, right now, you are fast, but you are nowhere near as fast as Rock Lee or Naruto…"

Sasuke frowned, but he still paid attention.

"So you will need to train according to my instructions to gain that speed."

"Mm." Sasuke nodded.

Kakashi showed two fingers towards Sasuke.

"Second Pre-requisite is Sharingan, which you already have."

"Why Sharingan?" Sasuke asked.

"The technique is an ultrfast jab towards your opponent."

"Thus when you have to be fast within a short range, your physical abilities must improve drastically…"

"But when you're moving too fast, it's near impossible for you to see the enemy counter your attack."

"The Sharingan, in this case, will help you overcome that major flaw in the technique, thus perfecting it to an Rank technique," Kakashi explained.

"Rank? Doesn't that mean your Raikiri technique is S-Rank?" Sasuke asked.

"Mine is a lower S-Rank," Kakashi said.

"Lower?" Sasuke asked.

"You see, Raikiri is a combination of shape and nature manipulation."

"I can achieve Nature manipulation, without breaking a sweat, but to combine it with shape manipulation is near impossible…" Kakashi said.

"But it has achieved form, has it not?" Sasuke asked.

"What you see, is the Jutsu barely being able to maintain its shape manipulation with the help of seals," Kakashi said.

"Has there been anyone, who had mastered the shape manipulation and nature manipulation?"

"So far there has been none when it is both nature and shape manipulation…"

"However there was one who had managed to achieve Shape manipulation to the highest level, and he was the creator of the technique," Kakashi said.

"Who?" Sasuke asked immediately.

"It was the Fourth Hokage," Kakashi said.

"You're still writing" Naruto bent over to take a look.
