"Ygraid or earth was filled with mana during our time. What is mana ,you may ask?
How do I say this . Hmm it's a form of energy that is around us ,so tiny it can't be seen with our eyes but only by our minds eye which we develop through meditation.
It enables us to perform magic and lead us to evolution. And when I say magic I don't mean those petty tricks, I mean it in such a way that everything becomes possible with the right mastery magic. For example destroying a mountain with just one punch", I felt my brain come to a screeching halt as result of not being able to comprehend that statement, I mean a whole mountain with just one punch, magic is sure is winderful. There are other mana derivatives Necro energy used by necromancers ,sword ki used by swordmasters to suit their sword techniques.Mages use mana directly to power their up their spells and body cultivators use it to temper their bodies, this intern increases their strength ,speed ,healing or recovery speed , defenses etc all in all it develops the human body to an inhumane degree. Some develop it to an extent of becoming impervious to physical attacks. This is not all, other people try to find ways of using mana creating their own paths in the universe, mastery of their own path gives them more power and advantage over others. For example Monarch Swordsaint Zadin Myxterio who is the progenitor of sword ki, was born without the ability to sense or perceive mana and therefore could not use it ,he was labelled a cripple but he didn't fall into despair ,he loved the sword and trained with it since he started walking from birth , he had talent in the sword like no other .He was the first person to embolden these words the sword is you and you are the sword '. He developed sword ki , during an enlightenment.He was known all across the universe " , and that was when I interrupted him.
"He was known across the universe? How did people from other planet know of him , I thought you said it is not to breach into a planet and also what about now, can't people travel to another planet via a space shuttle ?"
"Hmm how do I say this, it is better not to think of the earth as a planet anymore but more like a dimension ,the other races Live in different dimensions so it isn't possible to use a space shuttle . Traveling from any other dimension to earth is close to impossible as result of the heart being in this dimension ,which we were proven wrong by the appearance of the demon, a but traveling from other dimensions to other dimensions is possible and with technology or magical artifacts it is even more easier."
"How do you know all this information,I thought you spent you whole lives in this dimension",I wondered
" Well let's just say sometimes we took breaks from guard duty . Moving out of this dimension is at the same difficulty as any other dimension being the guards and with our power coming back is relatively easy for us "
That slightly angered me, this two , being the most power to ever exist, fought against each and now finding out took vacations out of the freaking dimension. They were supposed to be protecting the heart. The destruction of the heart could cause death to all life and collapse of the planet and it being corrupted by someone could cause a massacre by any who oppose their rule and these guys took breaks.
Let me calm down abit and think about rationally , I doubt I will be able to live in one dimension for million of years without wanting to explore or take breaks.
"Okay I understand about the need for a few vacations, you can continue"
" I just want you to remove that limiting thought that somethings are impossible but with magic nothing is an impossibility, keep that in mind and you will find all these easier to understand.
Like I said some of these people are illusionist, enchanters, tamers,druids ,warlocks, sorcerers, knights ,healers and more ,that even we that know about them .This people can all be termed as mana cultivators and you will learn all about them when you get there.
Now let's go to the classic naming system ,where one is named by the element they control like fire mage or water mage .There are four main elements we all know and there are sub elements.
Fire , water, earth and wind are the main and some sub elements are lightning which is derived from fire, metal,wood, larva from earth ,ice and blood from water and gravity,light, darkness "
