I think that guy has dealt with devils as he has a lot of unknown and weird weapons. As far as the personnel at Dolores is concerned, they will remain safe since Francis too would have gotten the message of Johnson's death. As far as dealing with him is concerned, I am sure Lionheart won't take this secession lying down and send his Dragon knights and the magician squads to deal with them.
