Little Anna, who Nota had treated like a doll, finally broke out of Nota's embrace. She had been watching Mordred for a while. Anna whispered something in Nota's ears, rubbed her cheek against the fairy's and hopped off to join Mordred.

Anna took off her leather shoes and climbed up the couch, where she sat cross-legged. She rubbed her cheeks against Mordred's in greeting — a custom observed by the girls in Baiyi's household.

“I can grab the other end of the console so that you can play with one hand,” Anna said, extending a helpful offer. She held the side of the console that had the D-pad, and gestured to Mordred to hold the other side. [5]

Attie was so amused that she let the issue go and headed for the kitchen. When she got there, she floated off the ground with combat chi and grabbed a tray of freshly baked cookies, which had been placed somewhere high up. She returned to the room with this tray and placed it on the table.

With a grin, Mia said, “It looks like I'll sleeping with Nina tonight, again. I love cuddling with Nina; she's softer than Sharkie!”

The girls lived separately, but they enjoyed sleeping over at each other's places every now and then. Because of this, they often forgot to take their clothes with them when they left. They did not mind this, though, as it gave them a reason to sleep over again at a later date.
