Why Did You Summon Me? Chapter 174: Do You Know Who Their Dad Is?

After the game had ended, the Walkers voiced out their opinions one by one. Each and every one of them had their own views but there was one that they all agreed on... It was not easy living on Earth…

That was a universally agreed truth!

The Thane was busy giving his winner's speech and since Baiyi was not interested in it at all, he probed the Warrior secretly and asked her, What do you think about the game?  He was extremely curious about what the Warrior felt about living such an ordinary life.

After giving it some thought, the Warrior replied in a calm tone that she usually used but with her extravagantly sweet voice she said, "I'm ready," before going back to her usual taciturn state.

W-What? What kind of answer is that? What do you mean by you're ready? What is it that you're ready for? Baiyi was a little dumbfounded. Is this a special kind of flirting method?

Errr... Fine then. I'll just let her be.

In short, the game finally came to an end.

In the next few days, they continued to lead a peaceful life while Mia and Tisdale continued attending class. At night, they would attend Baiyi's special class and with their perseverance and determination, the formation study did not appear to be as confusing as when they had initially started. Attie also did not dare to go against Baiyi's order and she was always well-dressed in the house. Everyday, after she was done with the house chores, she would cultivate Chi all by herself, not giving him anymore trouble.

The Dole Family had also successfully transported their first air shipment to the Northern Kingdom. However, this time, they decided to be sensible and maintained a low profile before they calculated their first pot of gold. They did not even disclose it to the public, so many people were still kept in the dark about the fact that the great cause that had never been achieved before was about to come true.

Baiyi only found out when he received a reply from Attie's clan. They stated in the letter that they were doing very well and although they lived much nearer to the mountains than the grassland, it was much safer over there than the already-established Steppe. Everytime the caravan stopped by at their village, they would bring them necessities like salt, sugar, and even some potions. All in all, both sides had a pleasant relationship and they did not forget to remind Attie to serve the new King with all her heart as they believed it was Baiyi who brought the protection and well-being of their people.

It was obvious that Attie's clan had no intention of tying a heavy millstone around her neck. They just wanted her to live happily and freely in her new life.

Reading such a letter no doubt set Attie's heart at ease. A lovely smile crept up on to her face but as for the matter of serving Baiyi... Well.. she seemed to have not found a correct way to do that yet. In fact, she managed to piss him off again by touching his pots of plants which of course resulted in him pinching her cheeks.

Anyway, everything seemed to be going well at the moment. Even the Celestial Fortress Academy was filled with a festive mood as the anniversary was slowly approaching. Many of the students and teachers who were out came back one by one to the academy. There were some educational tours from other magical or aristocratic schools and not only that, the academy even opened its gate to outsiders for them to visit anytime they liked. In no time, the academy that was usually tranquil was bustling with noise and excitement.

Even the Seniors Park was busy with commotion.

Of course, having such so many people around, conflicts were inevitable. The Celestial Fortress Academy was just a commoner school so the armors of all the Soul Armature were of course inferior compared to those from aristocratic schools. One day, both parties were initially talking and harmlessly bragging about the deeds they had done in the past but eventually, the slight taunting and mocking from the other party slowly got out of hand and in the end, the accumulated indignation erupted and exploded all over the place.

The story went like this. One of the aristocrat's Soul Armature laughed at Mr. Sorry's pet phrase and his modesty but Baiyi and Mr. Owl could no longer stand being ridiculed by the aristocrats. At once, the two of them led the rest of the retired workers and shooed those non-academy Soul Armatures out of their park. The green Chi Breaker was the fastest. He kicked open the blacksmith workshop's door and took out a hammer to smash down on a beautifully crafted Soul Armature, destroying the face that was exquisitely built to resemble a human's face.

"How could you guys treat your guests so rudely?" The Soul Armatures who were beaten complained out loud, playing the role of a victim, "Fine then! If you guys want to start a war, let's bring our swords out!

Seeing the conflict that was about to escalate into a war, the President arrived with a few people in tow. No matter what, they were still on the ground of the Celestial Fortress Academy and in the end, those aristocrat's Soul Armatures could only make a concession and give in to the crowd. After they had given their words not to enter the Seniors Park again, their leader--- a yellow Soul Armature made a rather provocative statement, "I look forward to have an experience exchanging  skills with you guys."

Exchanging skills? Without a doubt, that meant hand to hand combat. Since it was an educational visit, of course it would not lack that sort of 'study lesson' as well.

Baiyi cast a glance at the leader. An Immortal Level? Only this mere level and you even dare to say such big words? Why can't you live peacefully instead of finding troubles?

Indeed, nobody gave a damn about his speech. With the return of the teachers and seniors who were experienced in combats and duels, the Celestial Fortress Academy could now be said to be in its strongest state. After all, the academy had existed for over 2000 years. Even if it was only the name that was being passed down, it still wasn't something weak that anybody could provoke easily.

However, with such large-scale activity in the compound, conflicts and troubles were undoubtedly unavoidable. From the big scuffle in the Seniors Park to small quarrels among the students. Even the fierce dorm auntie also managed to find a few outsiders who were trying to sneak into the girls' dorm. There was still another week to go before the official celebration of the anniversary and yet, all sorts of troubles had already arisen. You could easily imagine what it would be like during the actual day.

What a sheer waste of energy and money! Baiyi commented as he quietly left the Seniors Park to pick Mia and Tisdale up from class.

To his surprise, as he walked towards the building, he saw the two girls who had just walked out from their class being surrounded by a group of outsiders. Some of the guys looked fairly normal in a decent clothes with respectful gaze, merely handing over invitations and flowers politely to the two little girls but the rest of them had their gazes on the legs of the girls with their nasty thoughts written blatantly on their faces.

It was normal for beautiful girls like Mia and Tisdale to be stared at but, being surrounded in such a way, a sense of annoyance crept up on Tisdale's face whereas Mia appeared to be afraid. She was clutching at Tisdale's skirt tightly and hiding behind her, it looked like she did know how to deal with such a situation.

"Urghh... S-Sis Tisdale... T-They're annoying!" Mia whispered in a cat-like voice.

"You don't have to be afraid! Just ignore them!" Tisdale patted her head before pulling her tightly towards her own body.

"Miss Tisdale, the most beautiful pearl of the Aegis family. I've heard of your fame a long time ago but I never got the chance to meet you. Now, thanks to the Celestial Fortress' Anniversary, I finally have a chance to see you in person! Please join the ball that I've specially thrown for you tonight. Of course, this lovely little girl beside you is welcome to come as well," A foppish young man who was luxuriously dressed addressed Tisdale, handing a gold-trimmed invitation card over to her.

If that was all that he did, Baiyi would still be able to tolerate it. But, the thing was, his sight had never left Tisdale's chest from the very beginning. It was obvious from the greed in his eyes that he was undressing her already in his mind.

Fortunately, the other students from the Golden Rose Class had a strong sense of justice. Even if they seldom came in contact with each other due to the reason that they all belonged to different mentors, but at such a critical time, they were exceptionally righteous. The boys stepped in front of the two girls and tried to swat the nasty flies away while the rest of the girls classmates surrounded the two girls, creating a barrier protecting them inside.

It was obvious that the two girls were well-liked in the Golden Ross class. Tisdale who was bright and friendly, Mia who was lovely, gentle and thoughtful. In just a short amount of time, they had already managed to win the hearts of those elite students.

"It's better if you guys don't meddle in my business. Do you know who my father is?" The foppish young man pushed the boy who had stepped in front of Tisdale, forcing him to take half a step back to balance himself.

The boy was neither angry nor furious. Instead, he flashed a bright smile to the young man before he asked, "Then, do you know who their daddy is?" Immediately, a sneer appeared on all of the faces of the Golden Rose class's students.

"Wha..." Just as that young man was about to ask a question, a cold big hand grabbed his head from behind. Before he even realized what was happening, he was smashed in the head by something hard and instantly, he fainted to the ground without even making a sound.

It turned out that when young man was bullying the boy, Baiyi had already made his way quietly behind the crowd and smashed the head of the two men who were the most blatant with their staring together. Then, like a piece of rag, he threw them aside before driving the rest of the crowd away.

After a loud dull 'thud', the surrounding turned quiet immediately before the stunned crowd quickly dispersed. Nobody dared to provoke the Soul Armature who was emanating a devilish aura.

"Do you know who I am now?" Baiyi asked coldly. He walked towards the two girls and haughtily led them away from the scene.

At once, laughters burst out among the Celestial Fortress' boys. In truth, they had expected the outcome. Actually, it was not too hard to figure out. The main reason why Mia and Tisdale could study in the academy peacefully without being harassed was no other than the grey Soul Armature whose fame had long spread in the academy.

As they were making their way back, that certain grey Soul Armature was lecturing the two girls solemnly, "Next time, if you come across such a situation again, use your magic to blast a way out. There's no need to hesitate nor hold yourself back! Leave it to me to deal with whatever problems later on. Remember that the first thing that you need to do after learning magic is to protect yourself first!"

Then, he grabbed Mia's ponytail before he added again, "And you! Next time, don't clutch onto your Sister Tisdale's skirt when you feel scared, okay? You almost showed her panties to the whole world, you know?! Seriously! Why is the academy giving such short skirts to the students?!"

As soon as these words were out from his mouth, the two girls lowered their heads simultaneously. It seemed like they were reflecting their actions now.
