Players cannot reconnect to the Alternate World for 5 hours until the maintenance is going on. Players who failed to logout within the next five minutes will be forcefully. All quests and raids that are happening today will be forfeited and can be resumed the next time you play again. Thank you for your cooperation."

Ah, I missed that voice and that announcement. Its been a while since I heard the announcements of the game. I took 100 gold and exchanged it to my bank account for real money. I quickly logout on the game since I have no more urgent things left to do and besides, its not really advisable to stay in the game while you the system is on maintenance. Accidents may happen if you stay that is why the system made a forced eviction once you are caught that you are still online despite the warning.

I opened my eyes and once again, I returned to the real world. It might be real troublesome for me to keep on returning back and forth but still, I have to do it. My phone is already ringing which is a sign that confirms the transfer of money in my account. The 500,000 yen is now visible to my account. Although I don't really keep on exchanging gold into real money, I have plans to earn long term of money than just this. Sooner or later, I will be earning millions if I make it right. But right now, I have no need of money since we are not on any bad situation like being in debt.

Looks like father already sent me money for the month worth of expenses like food and other necessity. I put my phone down and meditated. I know I can't keep my identity hidden forever and I know its only a matter of time before my connection with Bladeheart and I is very strong.

Also, since the patch is on, surge of players will be arriving from all over the world. Players from Japan, China, United States, Korea and all over the world are going to be meeting in one server. And aside from that, the World Rankings will be the new rankings. I knew that I am still the number one in the rankings but from what I knew, many players that will be entering during this patch are monsters and will surely be on the race to reach the top spot. Starting from the next time, I had to work harder to maintain this spot. I can't afford to keep on being looked down and betrayed by anyone else and I have to changed my destiny to die.

I checked the internet and many people are on the buzz of the mass Reality Verse Distribution on internet cafes all around the world to replace their gaming PC into Reality Verse Cabins so that many people who can't afford buying a Reality Verse Cabin can also play Alternate World. Reading the comments made me laugh sometimes due to some popular people from PC games and other online platforms in the past who managed to build a good guild are discussing in the forums on their chance to build the guild again on Alternate World.

Although some comments are practically not related to the game and some are just blatantly posting things, many users are quite excited for the game and I know that they will be really on fire once the patch is done. I sighed before looking at the patch countdown. It will be a very a good patch and I anticipated a few of the new classes they added and new weapons. Of course, Versatile class is also one of the classes that will also be upgraded. The only problem is, I can't check the new patch. I know most of the changes that will happen in the first patch but since I was the guy who have messed up the real outcome of the future, I am expecting that there are some changes.

I exited in my room. My stomach gurgles and although I don't feel hungry due to the Add-on on my Reality Verse, I still crave the real deal.

Its already 7:45 in. the morning and its Sunday so no class and free to do what we wanted to. Riko is already busy cooking food, she was humming happily which is a very rare thing. Pandora is watching anime in the living room since I heard a catchy tune of a music opening from the anime. I have lots of recordings from my favorite animes so she might have watched those.

Suhei is nowhere to be found again. I am starting to question why he keeps on disappearing and appearing. Well, its not my problem but it was quite troublesome to be a guardian of Pandora, although I don't really mind hanging out with her.

I headed straight to the kitchen and I was right on time that Riko finished cooking curry. She is currently putting three plates filled with curry.

"Good morning Manato! Breakfast for today is Curry Rice! Sit down and enjoy your meal!" Riko smiled as she served the smelling good curry.

Just smelling that curry made my stomach gurgle. Damn, I'm hungry.

"How come you managed to cook curry rice? I don't have enough ingredients to cook one," I asked her as I sit down and pick up the spoon and put a mouthful amount of curry and rice and blow it to avoid scalding my tongue before swallowing it, "Damn this is good!"

"Hehe, I managed to gain lots of money last night and I have my reason to get happy!" Riko skipped a bit and hummed as she go to the living room and take Pandora to take a break from anime and also to eat curry with us.

"Last night? Did you go to some brothel and pick a rich man out there and..." I did not manage to say it when Riko glared daggers at me.

"You f*cker, do you think I am a wh*re or some sl*tty girl? I also have my dignity you know. I got my money in the game and converted it into real cash! You should also play Alternate World too! You might earn money!" Riko happily said as she swallowed a mouthful amount of curry straight to her mouth.

I sighed. Riko will find out sooner or later about my identity since I know that Riko is very persistent even in the game. Looks like its time for me to reveal it. Although I wanted to keep it a secret, no secrets will be forever concealed and even this secret will not be safe from that secret.

I huffed a mouthful amount of air and talked.

"Of course, I am playing too..." I revealed to her.

"Ack! Cough! Cough!" Riko got choked on her food when I said that and her eyes stared wide eyed on me like she couldn't believe it.

"Seriously Manato?! You are playing?! How come I never knew it? When did you started to play?" Riko still stared wide eye at me but she already have bombarded me questions.

"Since the launch of the game. Also, you already met me in the game," I said to her as I swallow another mouthful of curry. Still, this curry is very delicious! I felt so good!

"Huh? Really? What is your ID name anyway?"

Okay, this is it. What can I do? Well, no choice, lets go.
