Versatile: Alternate World 55 Chapter 55

Lina complained that she was fatigued even though she did not fight and she thought she was sick. I laughed her off due to this and explained it to her that it must be due to the sudden growth spurt of her stats that she is not able to cope up with it so we decided to call it a day.

I teleported back to the Inn into my room and send her to her mother, Lily. After that, I returned to my room with Leona. Leona did not have much growth with her and similar to me, her Exp is getting picky and slow to grow now.

I practiced my Alchemy for a while using a few ingredients and also begins to continue writing scrolls to level up my Scribe Ex Job. My proficiency in writing the Fireball Magic scroll is now on good quality which means its getting better now in terms of power. I am still stuck on the Thunderbolt Scroll with Poor Quality but in time, I will be able to rise its quality to good like how I did on the Fireball Magic Scroll. I also made a Freezing Prison scroll and it turns out tonne much easier than Thunderbolt Scroll but a bit complicated than the Fireball Magic Scroll.

After a few while of doing those things, I groaned in fatigue. With all of those things I have gained, its very fruitful already and from what I can see, it won't be long before I will reach Level 70 and begin my Class Up Quest. I pondered a bit before I decided to rest for a while in the game. Closing my eyes, I sleep in the comfy bed and my consciousness drifted away.

"Open... the... box..."

Huh? This...

"...the box..."

What box? And what the hell is going on? Who is talking to me?"

I woke up once again in the familiar bed in the Virtual Game. I am still in the Alternate World and still have not gone back to the real world. I shook my head. What is that dream? I shouldn't be dreaming that since this is a Virtual Reality but somehow, it felt like there seems to be a familiar voice calling me to open a box or something. Though I don't recall it whatever I do, I did not dwell too much on it. It might be another coincident and if this happened the third time, I might suspect something is amiss on this dream.

I practiced swinging my hammer again as a daily practice and when my hand gained heavier as I practiced, I stopped before looking at the time in the real world. Its already 3 in the morning. This might be still early but I still need to prepare myself.

Though I was already earning a huge sum in the game, I still need to complete my school degree. Many people have their lives ruined due to excessive playing of Video Games though if you are living your job due to the video game, there is no harm done. All I want to say is that, not everyone can get successful in the game just by imitating others. I also think that the game is not going to last forever and due to that, I decided to plan out my future.

Also, from the fact that if I quit school, a huge impact to my future might occur and I won't be able to predict what will happen next which is very scary. This might trigger the terrifying Butterfly Effect that I am constantly looking out but still, altering a few things on it can still trigger it, I have many counter plans on it.

I logged out from the game and returned to the real world.

The first thing I felt is the pain my left arm. The exact thing to say is that my left arm got fatigued. I was quite amazed. The fatigue is not this excessive in the past. Is this really the Effects of a 100% Synchronization? Its quite marvelous indeed!

I first trained my mana on my body first to stabilize the fatigue. Though it is not really an expert way of doing, I can relieve the feeling in my left arm without problem. I also felt that I have a chance to control the water element which would be nice too. I checked the intensity of my Flame attribute and I can sense that it is much stronger than before.

It is still 3 in the morning but I don't feel sleepy now at all. Quickly opening my cabinet for clothes, I changed into a sweatshirt and a jogging pants. Stretching my body for a while, push ups, sit ups, curl ups, and a few swings in my body, I felt my stamina increasing slowly. I opened my door and went to the main door of my house causing the cold breeze of the area to brush up to my exposed skin in my arms and in my face, causing the hair in those areas to stand up from the chill.

Jogging is not a daily thing I do when I was still a high School student and purely focused on academics. Now that I have memorized all of my textbooks, lessons and all kinds of knowledge in the past, I don't need to study too much and only focus on improving my body, tempering it.

But with the help of the Reality Verse, I felt my stamina increased quite a bit which is a good thing and my always out of breath problem no longer applies to me.

After doing a few jog for quite a while, I noticed that I was already in the plaza, and also, it was already 5 in the morning. I didn't notice the time but its quite good feeling that I won't feel the chill any longer. There are already a few people stretching around and a few already did their businesses, so early in the morning. I missed these sceneries in my past timeline which I don't practically experience too much due to me being too much shut in person. I didn't mind it at all now though, in fact I felt more alive now that I was outside rather than the inside of the house, lurking.

I greeted a few of the people and I also saw the few people doing meditation. Of course, I also go with them and did a one hour meditation making my abilities improve and my mana fluctuations is getting stronger now. I didn't mind doing this always but I also need to go to school. I checked the time and it was almost seven o'clock. Classes start at eight in the morning so I didn't jog back home and instead hailed a cab to ride back home.

The driver talked to me for quite a bit and approved me for having myself doing healthy routines in my health. I also respond to him in friendly manner until we parted ways after arriving back home.

Arriving, I already saw Riko already finished on taking a bath and was already on her uniform.

"Oh, Manato! No wonder no one respond inside your room and the house felt so silent, so you took a jog?" she inquired.

"Yeah, being coped up inside the room can also be tiresome and it won't do me much if I keep on staying there," I said.

"Well, you should go and take a bath, I will cook food instead. I already saw the fridge filled with ingredients. I felt like I missed food already even though only three days passed by," Riko said.

I smiled to her antics. Of course, you will feel the need to eat despite feeling full due to the fact that you are only using the add on nutrient supply which is a good alternative for food in the Reality Verse Cabin but still, you can't deny that real food can be the only thing that can quench your hunger down.

I took of my clothes and go to the bathroom and began cleaning myself. I felt my physique totally changed. From the me who was frail in the past to the me today who looked healthy and masculine. My abs are also starting to form and my muscles starting to get firm.

After finishing my bath, I quickly returned to my room wearing my clean T-shirt and pants before changing them to my uniform of the Gashousou Academy in which I was attending, together with Riko.

Looking back, I didn't have my uniform this fit to me. From what I can remember, this clothes barely fit me and they are very big compared to my body but now, it felt like it was already made for my size.

I opened my drawer and picked up my Glasses. I always have a bad eyesight but it is not really troublesome, just during the time I wanted to bread in text books. But when I tried wearing them, I felt like my eyesight blur when I wear the eyeglasses and it gets clear once I removed it. Is this similar to those Anime where the main character develops his body a lot that their eyesight gets cure? I tried it again by picking up a random book and read it by wearing the eyeglasses but sh*t! I can't see a thing! But when I removed them, I can read just fine.

Is this the advance effect of the game? I don't really know.

"Manato! Breakfast is ready!" Riko reminded me.

"Okay, just go ahead and eat, I will go there for a while," I said.

Despite this changes, instead of being weirded out, I felt happy instead. Is this the hidden blessings by the God? Well, whatever the cause, thank you very much.

I decided to keep the glasses back in the drawer and fixed my shaggy hair to a cleaner way before walking out the door. This time, the new Manato is here.

Hello dear readers! Kyosei here, we have our first volume or should I say the first arc of the novel concluded. The next arc should be divided to real world interactions and game interactions. I read a few comments about the way how the main character is getting stronger in real life and how did he do it. As I said in the few chapters, since his body and his avatar is 100% synchronized by each other, everything that is happening or changes in his game avatar like the training of Blacksmithing, he will experience it. Though not all effects can be felt by him like being stabbed in the game or being injured there, it was applied that these things won't occur so that the game is safe to play.

However, the feeling of being killed can still be felt by that person.

And for those who hate for the MC's behavior, well, I applaud myself for making a character that is hated by the readers. I designed it so that the MC is not that lovable which is usually an MCs attribute.

For those whom are wondering who is his main interest from the girls, well, I can't spoil it here. But many might be disappointed if In say that this is not a harem where he will have multiple live interest. There might be many girls who have interest on him but remember if he also have that back. Well, stay tuned if you want to know whom is the girl.
