Vengeance To The Royal Ones Chapter 77: End Of All Flashbacks

Her looks have developed from being like a doll to slowly becoming a drop dead gorgeous person. She had so many suitors to whom she had said that she has a fiance but no one believed her.

The looks the other girls throw at her were murderous enough that she would have long been dead if looks could kill.

There are multiple times where she was surrounded to be bullied by gangs but she was able to survive thanks to her own strength and the bodyguards the Wright Empire have given her.

She wanted to hide her face with a mask or something but she didn't want people to have the desire to remove it because she was known to be beautiful.

And what made her even more dreadful was the fact that she was not becoming how her mother look. Instead her face that has both her mother and father's look, started becoming like her great grandmother's.

Of course Sarah was not related to her great grandmother, Clarissa Price, wife of Patrick Price.

But instead, it seems that her and Nathan's look once combined would produce another Clarissa.

Clarissa was a daughter of a business tycoon, their family second only to the royals. She was renowned in every country, her beauty that surpassed anyone.

She had a downside of having an ugly heart. If it was Amber she would say that her and Patrick are match made in heaven.

Both having a twisted heart, Clarissa loved making her suitors fight each other for her hand.

Patrick loves seeing his family fight each other for the inheritance.

"Yet here I am, having her look. I need a way to hide this but at the same time, won't allow the people around me to want to remove it because of my beauty."

She was in this thought for a while now. She didn't have any kind of peaceful day after her looks developed. Even Hayley and the others were teasing her for it.

They said that she was more than capable enough to enter the entertainment industry.

But her problem is not only because of all those insects, the greatest problem was if her face were to be seen by those in Celestial country.

Her hair and eye color are different but her face resembled Clarissa so much. Others might think of it as just coincidence but those in Price Empire would surely not buy it.

She had this in mind as she attended the graduation ball. She made sure that she didn't wear any make up or a beautiful dress. She went there looking plain in order not to attract that much attention.

The only reason she attended was because it was necessary to attend in order to graduate. If she uses her connection then the school would become unfair.

Despite the country being small, Wright Empire's main companies focuses on Hotels and Schools. That is why University A was truly under them.

She had no desire to make trouble for them, 'Even if this was just a small matter.'

'Why am I born with such beauty?' she kept complaining on her mind as she stood in a corner doing her best not to be noticed.

When she went to the restroom and washed her face, she chanced upon another jealous group.

"It is all your fault," one girl angrily said to her upon seeing her.

'If I remember correctly I never met this person, what is my fault then?' she asked in her mind but remained quiet.

She stood by the sink looking at the three girls glaring at her through the mirror.

She had a lot of these kinds of scenes for a whole year now. She has long been tired of trying to reason out with them.

She decided to ignore them as she started wiping her face and checking if there are water remnants on her face.

Yet this seemed to have angered that girl even more, she went ahead and threw her hard clutch towards Amber.

"Stop acting high and mighty and taking all the men even those who are already taken!!" she shouted at the same time.

Amber stepped aside but the clutch hit the mirror breaking it in the process.

She was ready to move away but she didn't, a sharp shard hit her in the face, causing a long wound.

She covered her face as blood started dripping. The three girls were shocked at the outcome.

The shattering was heard by some people close to the restroom and they came running in.

"Amber!!" Leslie and the other two approached her.

Seeing the blood, they were stunned in place.

"Ambulance, call for the ambulance," Leslie was able to get hold of herself.

"Don't," she was about to check her wound when Amber stopped her.

The teachers arrived and got the three girls to see the principal the very next day with their families.

Amber was sent to the hospital and after an hour in the operating room, the doctor came out.

"Who's the guardian?"

"I- I am her older brother," her driver, Troy, stepped out.

He was her current guardian, Gideon left him that position. This will help Amber who was still underage back then to get by just fine.

Leslie and the others knew that she was an orphan but when they saw Troy, she introduces him as her elder cousin brother.

"It is sad but for her age and with her look, this would be a tragic case," the doctor shook her head.

"Wh- What happened to her?"

Leslie, Reina and Mikaela are all looking worried. Even Troy, he was after all tasked to protect her at any cost.

"The wound have run across her face. It run from above her right eyebrow crossing her nose bridge, ending down below her left eye. It was quite deep and surely even with medicine a scar would remain."

The three girls covered their faces. Isn't this a bit too much? She was fine just moments ago.

Her looks were top notch but she never used it to seduce anyone. And now, her face was destroyed just because of a jealous person?

"How is she then?"

"The patient is still asleep after we stitched her wound. She'll be transfered to the ward after this," the doctor said before leaving.

The day after that, the girl who threw her clutch was suspended not being allowed to graduate. Something Amber had no care, she was the one who attacked her after all.

Her parents came to apologize to Amber after that, begging her to help their daughter. It was after all graduation in university that was at stake.

"What if the shard pierced through my eyes? What if I had died because of that? She needs to pay for what she had done. I didn't do anything that warrants her to hurt me."

"You can ask anyone and they will all tell you that not once did I approach any man. I even move away from them for I have my fiance."

"Yet your daughter blamed me for her break up. What did I ever do?" she asked them.

"P- please have compassion, please, we apologize, we really apologize. Please let her graduate."

"Compassion? I never give such to anyone who does not deserve it. It was her choice to hurt me, why didn't she give me compassion back then?"

After that the parents no longer have any choice.

'If we give compassion to each and every person who hurt us, what more is left to ourselves then? Even if what happened was really a very very small thing, in her heart, she still wanted to hurt another person,' she added in her mind.

But because of this incident, she started wearing mask.

A silver half face mask with a few linings as design. She also asked Liana if she can come up with a special glue for the mask to stick to the face.

But it won't damage her skin as well.

Liana and the others wanted to check on her but she adamantly told them that it was fine. Her face was truly not important to her and she also have the desire to hide it.

"Maybe this is a blessing in disguise. I can start living with no hindrance of people wanting to get close just because of my face."

With that the Wright family could only nod in agreement and Liana whole heartedly created such a special glue.

Something that could not easily be removed by water but by a remover specially created with the glue.

The event spread through out the city. After all it was not only within the university that she was famous.

"I heard the scar was so hideous."

"They said she snatch another girl's boyfriend causing the girl to hurt her."

"They said it was her retribution."

And some of the more jealous ones, happily laughed at her "misfortune".

But the one in the middle of all the gossips were happily living her peaceful life. People finally stopped pestering her and she can have more and more peaceful days until graduation.
