"If I had known that they are friends of yours then I would have been able to heave a sigh of relief. I was also worried about them you know," she then continued.

"You... I mean..." Blake couldn't come up with anything.

"I love my brothers very much, knowing that they are doing great puts me at ease. After all they were left in the Price Empire, we have no idea what kind of life they went through after leaving."

She walked back to the sofa and poured the coffee she couldn't pour a while ago.

"Now that I know, that you guys are close, then I have a contact to know how they were living, right?"

She smiled sadly, "Even if they hated me, I don't care. As long as I know that they are alright, that is more than enough for me."

"Then what do you plan in the future? When you meet them?" Devon seriously asked.

"I am Amber Wood once we meet, there's nothing I can do about that. I have no plan on returning to being Nathalie Price. This will be my identity until the end."

"My identity was Amber Wood when my parents died and so I will get my revenge as Amber Wood. There's no need to complicate things."

"Then what if you have to go up against them because of this? I mean they are still Xander and Timothy Price."

"Then I'll go up against them. After we left them behind, my brothers no longer treat us as their family. They must have hated us to the core because they were left to fend for themselves in such a dubious family."

Seeing their complicated look, she could only chuckle, "I love my brothers as Nathalie Price but I have vowed to take down all those people as Amber Wood. I'll have to give up one of my identities sooner and later."

A cold glint flashed through her eyes, "And even though I know my parents wouldn't want me to go up against my brothers. I have decided that no matter what I shall give Nathalie Price up."

She smiled before sipping on her coffee enjoying its taste and aroma.

The other three could only look at her, more complicated emotions rose within them.

"That's right, you don't need to choose when that time comes," she looked after some thought.

"If there would really come a time that my brothers and I would go against each other, you can just step aside. I will fight against them myself."

Silence filled them after what she had said. Then as if realizing something she looked up at Ashton.

"They didn't know of your beloved? But Blake and Devon and I think even Aldger knows."

Ashton's brow twitched upon hearing her say "your beloved".

"Madison, that is her name, stop calling her my beloved."

"Oh, then, they didn't know Madison?"

Ashton then explained that Aldger and the others were closer to him before the other young masters of the other royal family. Explaining to her that a few of them were hiding the fact that they befriended each other.

"Then it's like a secret organization?" Amber clapped after hearing their story.

"Org Sometimes I really wonder just what is it that your brain contains," Blake commented.

"Positivity," Amber grinned.

"Amber," Ashton seriously looked at Amber.

"I'll tell you the story of Madison, only Blake, Devon and Aldger knew of this."

Amber furrowed her brows, "Why? Is it important?"

Ashton nodded before he started telling her what had happened to Madison and how he ended up to the way he was today.

Amber's hands clenched into a fist.

"So you're saying that it was Glenn and Harry who were behind everything?"

"Yes."

"My parents told me that most likely, the ones who wanted to kill us was Harry's family. He was my father's elder brother and he was jealous of him."

Among the Price Empire, Patrick Price had three children. Bernard, her grandfather, Katelyn and Frank.

Bernard had two children, Harry and Nathan.

Katelyn had three, it's just that all of them are ladies, Jasmine, Trina and Silvia.

Frank had one, after that one he had an accident and could no longer have more offsprings, Thompson.

So in the Price Empire, Harry, Nathan and Thompson are the only ones eligible for being a successor.

Thompson was not that smart and couldn't keep up with Harry and Nathan. But among the brothers, Nathan was obviously smarter.

After their generation.

Harry had two children, Glenn and Gwyneth.

Nathan had three, Timothy, Xander and Nathalie.

Jasmine had three, Clark, Garret and Diana.

Trina didn't have children.

Silvia had one, Cathy.

But their family names were not Price.

Timothy had two children, George and Daisy.

So for the current generation there are five who are up to be the next master and ruler of Price empire.

"And you are also telling me that my brothers were taken in by Harry's family."

Amber started laughing, she laughed like a crazy person. And tears tricked down her eyes.

"I never thought that such an evil person could really live in this world. By taking my brothers under him, he could make them hate my parents even more and make sure that they will be grateful towards their family."

"By doing all these, Glenn, who was able to marry a very promising person, whose father was renowned all through out the world, would have higher chances of the inheritance."

"My brothers who should be grateful for being taken care off and living a normal life despite being abandoned, would step down and support him instead."

Amber started trembling, she's angry, she's complete angered but she didn't know how to release it.

"After finding out that the token of inheritance was missing, they went after my family. After ensuring that we are dead, they confidently thought that even without the token, Glenn would still be able to become the next master."

She kept laughing and Blake and Devon didn't know how to react.

"What right did they have? To manipulate people so much?"

And before any of them could react, she suddenly run out of the room.

"AMBER!!"

It was already quite late so the campus was completely dark, barely anyone was there. Instead of leaving the building Amber went up the roof.

As if the weather was feeling her emotions, it actually started raining pretty hard. As hard as the time her parents have died, only this time there was no lightning.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

She would take a deep breath and repeatedly shout at the sky.

"Why? What have we done? What kind of life is this?" she was looking at the sky as she kept speaking.

"I never never questioned you, but why? Why do you have to make our life as wretchedly mesirable as this? We never killed anyone. We never robbed anyone, we lived as righteous as humanely possible."

"So why, why are you punishing us this way? What did we do? Why do we have to be born?"

The other three watched her at the back, all of them are completely drenched.

"Maybe it was wrong for us to tell her this now?" Blake regretfully said.

"It's fine, allowing her to know everything from the very beginning would let her stand back up far stronger," Ashton replied.

Amber's forehead was close to touching the ground as she hugged her stomach while kneeling.

After a few minutes, her eyes opened and once again looked up at the sky.

"I no longer care. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. I'll collect the debt of life they have taken. Nathalie Price have died in that assasination one year ago."

"From now on, I am Amber Wood. I will not let any of them live peacefully once I appear before them."

She stood up and her eyes were filled determination.

"I will kill if I have to, I will not feel any remorse for the lives that will be lost. I will make them feel the pain we felt a thousand times more."

Just as she finished speaking, a hand was placed on her shoulder.

"Let me carry that burden with you. We have the same target, you don't have to carry it by yourself."

Amber clenched her fists and turned around, "I'll become stronger, much much stronger. And I will get them back not just for their debt to me but their debt to you as well."

Ashton smiled at her, he can confidently say, that Amber would be able to do whatever it is that she had just said.

Soon their departure arrived.

Before this was Amber's birthday and her parents death anniversary.

Blake, Devon, Carl and Ashton accompanied her to her parents grave on her birthday and accomapnied her there until the next day.

She was not yet ready to celebrate and be happy for her birthday. But she also didn't cry.

"I will apologize to you now, father, mother. I will face them all, even my brothers if I have to. They played with our lives as if they gave it to us. I will never ever forgive them."
