"Your majesty, he's a major power in Agoria"

Lord Clemo mustered his courage and reminded Don while walking towards the hall.

Arrora had already joined Don after cleaning the blood off her hands as Lamar looked at her with absolute terror. He now realized that if he didn't tell him about Massen and the investigation, the girl would have killed him without a second thought.

"Guards, bring Maasen to me"

Don said to the guards standing behind him as they quickly nodded and started to run towards every direction in panic and hoping to find Massen.

One guard even ran to the furniture set and searched behind the sofa to find Massen, usually that guard would have been chewed or even fired for being dumb but now Lord Clemo understood their panic and fright.

But suddenly the guards went to search the second floor and came flying back and landed near Don's feet.

"What?"

Lord Clemo jumped back in shock as Arrora looked up to see a tall meat mountain leaping forward and landing before them with a ground-shaking force. The glass wear and all the vases were broken into pieces when the big man landed as Lord Clemo and Lamar barely stood straight holding the walls for support.

"How dare you come into my house without my permission"

The man before Don was at least seven feet and made of nothing but muscles

"Peak-level Great master!"

Lord Clemo and Lamar's heartbeat accelerated as they started to sweat like a fountain seeing muscle mountain before them.

Lord Clemo realized that why Massen didn't make a public appearance in a long time as now he knew that Massen was meddling with some nasty cultivation techniques which turned him into this.

Unlike Lamar and Lord Clemo, Don had no fear or anything, nothing at all.

"Honey, she killed our guards"

The girl from before came running and stood behind Massen.

"I will tear you into pieces bitch"

The moment he said that, Arrora felt an invisible force preventing her from moving and saw the giant hand coming at her.

If the punch lands on her face, it would definitely break the bones in her face or even her neck. However, the fist was stopped by another hand just before an inch away from reaching her face.

The force of his fist got stopped , sent a shock wave and it shattered every single window in the house.

"Let...my...hand...AHHH"

Massen's scream surprised and shocked everyone as Arrora could hear the familiar bone-crunching sound again.

And before Massen could try to fight his way out from Don's grip, Don covered his fist with a little battle energy and punched Massen in the gut as Massen dropped to his knees in pain.

Falling on the ground, Massen started to cough out blood and the breakfast he had before. Don was still holding onto Massen's fist and with a bang, Don slammed his fist onto the wooden table next to him.

"Pass me that shard" Don asked Lord Clemo, pointing at one of the broken glass pieces.

It took a moment for Lord Clemo to process what just happened and quickly grabbed a big piece of glass shard as Don tore a hand long size cloth from Massen's robe and rolled it around his hand.

Guessing what's going to happen, Arrora held Massen's other arm and legs to keep him from wiggling.

"Lamar which finger?"

Lamar realized that he was asking which finger Massen cut off of his sister's hand and slowly pointed at Massen's pinky

The moment Lamar pointed out he heard, Massen's scream in agony 

"Your majesty, the other one"

And seeing Don cutting Massen's middle finger, Lamar shouted 

"You son of AHHHHH"

But Don had already cut off his middle finger by the time Lamar shouted

"This finger"

Don touched Massen's pinky with the blood dripping glass shard and asked

"Yes yes, your majesty"

"My bad"

"AHHHHH"

Then Don started to saw his pinky with the blunt glass shard as Massen wiggled and his scream turned into a cry.

Just as Don was sawing Massen's pinky, he heard and saw the nobles who were following him holding their stomach and throwing up.

Don knew these nobles must have never left the kingdom or even saw a chicken dying by looking at their paled faces. Don could have simply cut his finger off using Arrora's dagger's or a knife but he wanted to inflict maximum pain to Massen hence he used the blunt glass shard.

"Now let's talk"

Don finished sawing off Massen's pinky and asked

"You FUCKER! I WILL KILL YOU!"

"Oh"

Seeing Don started to saw another finger, Lord Clemo brought his hand up to cover his mouth because he knew that the breakfast he had is on its way back 

Finally, the girl who was standing behind Massen before started to throw up like the nobles ladies on the entrance.

"Greenhouse flowers"

This was nothing compared to the scenes he witnessed in the divine continent yet these people were acting like cutting a finger is a big deal

"What do you know about the bandits?"

"No...oh wait!"

He wanted to say no but seeing Don looking at his other finger, Massen chose to tell the truth before he ran out of fingers in his hand.

"Which one do you talking about?"

"How many camps do they have?"

"Seven, ah!"

Although the wounds would be healed by the life energy, it couldn't stop him from feeling the pain.

"Why did you stop Lamar's investigation?"

"No, I can't AHHH"

Don moved to the fourth finger in Massen's hand and he stopped in the midway of sawing through his finger when he heard Massen screaming Cassek's name

"Cassek? The spymaster, what about him?"

"He...he's the one running the bandit camps"

Lord Clemo had always suspected Cassek about running something shady behind King Garreth but he never thought that he would actually run a banditry business.

"Where do I find him?"

"I don't know, NO NO STOP"

Massen didn't have it in him to go through the pain again as he started to beg 

"I really don't know, I'm just a middleman"

"middleman?"

"Yes but, Cassek never met me in person. I've only dealt with one of his bandits"

"So how does this middleman thing work?"

"I sell the stolen valuables in the market for a high price and give the gold to the bandits "

"After charging a broker fee I assume"

Don asked as Massen slowly nodded his head.

"You want him dead?"

"WHAT!? What did I do to him?"

"You cut his sister's finger, you pig"

Arrora punched him in the face and said while Massen's gritted his teeth and looked at Lamar

"I never even know this guy, let alone his sister. What are you people talking about?" 

Even Don became confused at this point because he didn't see any signs of him lying from looking at Massen's face. Fortunately, Massen turned out to be someone who had the link with the bandits or Don would have been the bad guy in the situation.

"But the bandit said your name?"

"What bandit? you bastard"

"The one with a scar on his face"

And Don could see Massen's expression changing when Lamar told him about the bandit

"He's the one you deal with, isn't it?"

When Lamar told him about his story, Don wondered why the bandit was roaming around the place alone because bandits normally work as a group.

But now he realized that the bandit was trying his luck on his way to the camp after dealing with Massen.

"Yes"

"So after he got killed, who are you dealing with now? And when do you meet him next?"

"I'm meeting him tomorrow morning,"

"good"

Since Don heard everything he needed from Massen, Don knocked him out with a punch and threw the shard away as well as the bloodied cloth around his hand.

"Throw him in Jail"

Pointing at Massen's unconscious body, Don ordered the guards as they gathered around Massen and lifted him up with great difficulty due to his enormous weight

As the guards were dealing with unconscious Massen, Don turned his gaze towards the girl who is looking pale as a white sheet

"Who are you to him?"

"Fi"

"What?"

The girl was still in shock but hearing Don's voice getting colder and louder, the girl quickly answered

"Fiance"

"You want his wealth? or your life?"

Considering what she just witnessed, it was a pretty easy choice for her

"Please don't kill me your majesty, I don't want any of this"

Usually the house and Massen's whole wealth should be given to his fiance in situations like this after a fair trial but since Don gave only two choices to her, she chose her life over Massen's wealth even though she accepted to marry him just for his status and wealth.

"Good choice, now see yourself out"

"Thank you, your majesty"

The girl wasted no time as she bowed and raced towards the exit without even packing and taking her belongings. And Lord Clemo wanted to go to the farmer and pay him off or even give back the land as the first thing when he gets out of this house.

And Don couldn't wait to see how much wealth he could acquire from Massen's stashes looking at the fancy house. But before he could search the house, he had another small thing to deal with, the uninvited nobles.

And turning his gaze towards the nobles,

"Show's over people"
