One Useless Rebirth Chapter 104: Frightmare (1)

"We will pay more attention to Mr. He's request." The chief officer walked into the ward and checked out Di Bian who was lying on the bed first. Then he secretly exchanged glances with lawyer Wang and walked to Qin Li, saying in a low voice, "Mrs. Di, we have just received a call suspecting that your husband Di Bian was pushed off from the stairs out of malicious intent and got severely injured. Now I would like to know more about the situation back then and I am asking for your cooperation."

The situation got worse all of a sudden. Qin Li looked back and tried to stay calm and said, "That suspect was totally coming from nowhere. It was just an accident that my husband fell off from the stairs, and all of our servants at home can testify."

The officer declined to comment and asked some junior officers to go to the Di house for more information from the servants. He then looked at Qin Li and asked, "I heard from the butler of the Di house that your daughter Di Chunhua was at the scene when Di Bian fell off. Where is she now?"

Qin Li's face changed and when she was trying to find an excuse, a familiar voice coming over from the doorstep.

"Stop pulling me! Let go of me! Let go of me!"

Di Chunhua was screaming when she was sent into the ward by the butler and Wang Boyi. She saw Di Bian who was lying on the bed when she finally got rid of them, and she couldn't help trembling and jumped into Qin Li's arms out of fear, crying, "Mom! Auntie Liu is a traitor! You asked her to take me to the airport, but she took me to the old fool's house and locked me up! You have to punish her for me!"

Qin Li immediately covered her mouth and looked at Hu Zhao, the butler of the Di house, also the "old fool" called by Di Chunhua. She was shocked and angry, asking, "Hu Zhao, you...So you came to me on purpose? You are with Di Bian?"

Hu Zhao kept calm and polite as a professional butler. He replied in a calm yet cold voice, "Ms. Qin, you are wrong. I am with no one. I am just the butler of the Di house."

Ms. Qin? Where did that come from? Was it because she was no longer one of the Di family so that she could be betrayed and whatsoever?

Qin Li clenched her teeth and thought about how gentle Di Bian was in the past few days and how cruel he was in these days. Then she recalled how aggressive Di Bian was tonight and how her daughter pushed him off on an impulse. She felt so much hatred and looked into the bed while clenching her fists.

Fake! All fake! She thought she had already controlled Di Bian, but she didn't expect that he was playing tricks with her all the time! If he hadn't called her a bastard on her face, how could she have pushed him off the stairs? And how could things have gone like this? And Di Qiuhe...Everything was under control but it was all staring from him. If he didn't show up... if only he hadn't shown up…

He Bai stepped forward in front of Di Qiuhe. He put down the phone and looked into the rather gloomy eyes of Qin Li, saying to the officer with his eyebrows frowned, "Sir, the butler said when Mr. Di fell off from the stairs, there were only two people with him, which were Ms. Qin and Miss Di Chunhua. I'm afraid you should take them out for more information. And this is the ward, the patient needs to rest in a quiet place."

Di Qiuhe was struck and smiled when he looked up seeing He Bai stood in front of him. He stood up and covered his eyes from behind, saying pleasantly, "Little Bai, don't look at dirty stuff, it hurts your eyes." He would definitely protect his puppy since he tried so hard to protect him.

He Bai's eyebrows raised and he knocked him with his elbow as his eyes were blacked out. He then leaned to take off his hand and said in a low voice, "Mind your language, your public image is suffering so please just shut up if you don't know how to talk."

"What's wrong with my language? A bastard that has taken our surname but doesn't belong to my family. It is absolutely just dirty stuff." Di Qiuhe smiled and said in a voice that could be heard by everyone in the room. He then helped him hold his coat and put him to sit down on a chair by the bed as if Qin Li and her daughter's warning looks did not exist.

Di Chunhua stared at Qiuhe and got rid of Qin Li's hand and shouted, "Who are you referring as a bastard? You are the bastard! You are the one who is not supposed to stay in the Di family! You deserve to die! Go die!"

He Bai frowned and was stopped by Di Qiuhe right when he was about to stand up. But what was unexpected was that Hu Zhao walked to Di Chunhua and slapped her so hard.

"Shut up! You are the black sheep of the Di family!"

The room went silent again. He Bai was so shocked that he never expected the calm and constrained butler would go violent so suddenly.

Di Qiuhe was shocked as well. He looked back at Hu Zhao with his eyes squinted as if he was thinking about something.

Di Chunhua raised her hand up and covered her face out of astonishment. She couldn't speak out a word but staring at Hu Zhao.

Qin Li screamed out after a while and went to check on Di Chunhua. Seeing her face turning red and swollen quickly, she couldn't help but shout at Hu Zhao, "What are you doing? How dare you!"

"How dare you have even given birth to her to put shame on my master. I just taught her a lesson and yes I dare." Hu Zhao interrupted her words and took out a handkerchief to wipe his hand. And then he dropped it on the ground as if dropping something dirty. He looked at Qin Rong who was about to stand up, and he gave out a cold and cruel smile, saying in a low voice, "Don't you think that you are safe just because the master is now in a coma. If you want to keep a secret then just don't make one in the first place. God knows every nasty thing you have ever done. Our young master is well-behaved so he wouldn't hurt a woman. But I used to be a real cad and I have no boundaries. So please mind your language, Miss Qin Chunhua."

From Di Chunhua to Qin Chunhua, one should naturally get it. Even if they didn't know, they would take it as the butler had deprived her of the surname for the master. Those lawyers who were watching aside now understood that the bastard with Di as her surname was Di Chunhua.

The disdainful sight from the people, Hu Zhao's slap, her mother's trembling body, Di Qiuhe's  mocking look from afar...Di Chunhua was tasting all of them and her heart was full of hateful thoughts. Thinking of Di Bian's sight with disgust, she trembled and said in a low voice, "Why did you give birth to me..."

Qin Li was shocked and looked down at her with a pale face, "Chunhua..."

"Stop calling me!" Di Chunhua pushed her away and her breath got heavier gradually. She stared at Di Qiuhe and said in a repressed voice, "No, you are the bastard, you are the one who doesn't deserve Di as the surname!" Then she rolled her eyes and fell onto the ground while her body started to shake violently. Some threatening words and malicious groans kept coming out of her throat that it sounded quite horrible.

"Chunhua? What's wrong with you, Chunhua?" Qin Li finally came to herself from the impact of being blamed by her daughter. She squatted down and held her in her arms and tapped on her back, trying to calm her down.

Qin Rong stood up immediately but he was dragged back to sit down by Qin Mingqiang who's showing a scowling face.

"She has to pay for those nasty things she has done. Our master was too benevolent to her all along. Now she is the black sheep of the family that she failed to win his love for raising her up, then the karma comes for sure." Finishing his speech, Hu Zhao stepped back behind Di Qiuhe and stood with his eyes looking down in a calm and respectful way.

Di Chunhua was irritated by his speech and she became more and more fevered that she trembled more violently. Her arms and legs were like frozen and she pointed at Di Qiuhe as if she was an evil ghost asking for compensation.

Qin Li was panic completely.
