Tian Yuo and Karen stood by the entrance and waited for the event to begin. To be exact, Tian Yuo wanted to wait for Chen Mu to get there and show him how happy he is with Karen. Although he didn't understand why he felt this way, a part of him really wanted to fake an act in front of Chen Mu.

While he stared at the incoming limousines and fancy limited edition cars, Karen was trying to calm her excitement. She looked calm and composed, but in reality, she couldn't wait to brag about tonight's event to other people.

If reporters captured her and Tian Yuo together, then that would be the ideal front cover for tomorrow's headlines! She noticed that people were in their own social groups and were familiarized with each other already. If she grabbed this chance to get to know even one of the ladies from a prestigious family, she could gain many benefits in the future.

When she thought of the number of orders, she would receive and the stashes of money she could earn after tonight, she almost drooled. tonight, Karen was wearing a semi casual, black sleeveless dress with a variety of bright colored overlapping shapes. The dress had a deep V cut that showed off her cleavage with a backless trim from behind.

While her style stood out among the crowd and gained the center of attention between females who were attending the same event, her sense of fashion was extremely out of place. Male guests were eyeing their targets for the night or simply enjoying the view of many female guests who came without a companion. None of the guys had their eyes for Karen. Instead, they would deliberately skip her from the picture and look at other girls around her.

Females were whispering to each other about Karen's dress design and how it didn't meet the standards of the current trends. Gossips and chatters heightened the liveliness of the crowd as two limousines stopped in front of the Golden Pina. Automatically, everyone looked forward to seeing the figures who were about to exit the vehicles.

Once the door to the first limousine opened, the crowd toned down immediately. Similar to the girl's personality, her bold, daring appearance in the red layered dress reflected her confidence and status. As she exited the vehicle, men couldn't help but be attracted to the wild aura she emitted in that low cut, sleeveless design. It was almost as if the design and dress were created just for her.

Like a rose, she stood out in the most attractive way as she looked to her right where the second limousine was parked; searching for someone. The guys to her right were either blushing or trying to show off their limited edition accessories to catch the beauty's attention. None of them knew that her attention was focused on the limousine behind them and the one that she was eagerly waiting for was about to make her very first entrance.

As the door to the other limousine opened, the girl in the red dress smiled charmingly with obvious excitement in her eyes. The crowd followed her gaze and was rendered speechless when they saw Chen Mu coming out of the vehicle! Chen Mu has been a well-known figure amongst the socialites group. Everyone knew about his low profile and how he never liked to join socializing events.

He was one of the most popular bachelors who had the fame, status, family background, looks and basically the whole package that any woman would love to have in a man. Chen Mu stepped out, but turned around and held out his hand to help his companion out of the vehicle. At that moment, there was nothing but silence as everyone's interest spiked up high in seeing who the lucky lady was.

Once her hand reached his, her entrance was played in slow motion in the guests' eyes. The natural soft curls and half updo matched preciously with her delicate minimal makeup face. Susu's dress was the lightest pastel pink that anyone had ever seen before. The trimmed layers gave the illusion of an angel floating with feathers as she walked beside Chen Mu. The smile on her face was honey drop sweetened and it was enough to make the chilliest winter nights warm.

The multiple thin layers of her dress would spread as she walked through the crowd. With layers of various simple flower embroidered designs underneath a top sheer layer; her entrance stirred everyone's heartstrings. Both men and women were immediately captured by her beauty and presence.

Everyone made way for the couple and watched the girl in red hug the fairy like girl in her embrace. "My Susu is always the most gorgeous!!! If I were a guy, I would marry you on the spot! How about date me for a change?" The girl in the flaming red dress was none other than Lily.

Susu let out a soft laugh and reciprocated the hug, "Sheesh, you and your lines again! Hehe, you look stunning like always~"

"How could I not when I know my Su is coming out to a private event like this? Gotta match the beauty well to stand next to her~" She teased and hugged Susu's arm. Chen Mu let out a small cough, "Ahem, I'm still here."

"Heh, well, boy, you've got competition tonight. It's soooo obvious that other than me, everyone else seems to be quite interested in Susu." Her eyes wandered around the crowd and a provocative grin appeared on her face as she spotted two familiar faces.

Chen Mu smiled, "Let's go in. The event started already, but only appetizers are being served so people are hanging out here." Susu nodded and maintained a loving smile as the three of them entered without caring about the crowd. Groups of guests followed behind them and checked in with the front desk.

Karen's face was awfully ugly when she heard the compliments that Lily and Susu received compared to her zero mentioned figure. Tian Yuo's expression was not any better than hers as he saw how beautiful Susu looked tonight and how she didn't bother greeting him. A part of him started to feel regretful for signing the divorce papers and another part of him blamed her for never dressing up in front of him. 'If she looked like that in the beginning, I would treat her way nicer. Stupid woman.'

Upon entering the event hall, Lily's grin remained on her face as she thought to herself, 'Hah! My Susu and her Chen didn't even make a move yet, and you two already have the loser faces. Drown in regret and shame. Let the fun begin. Heh.'
