The gunshots' sounds never stopped. The soldiers were pouring countless bullets on the mutant snake. Although the bullets could not penetrate the mutant snake's body, it did not mean that it was not afraid of them. After, the mutant snake could still feel pain.

Only Wan Yiling was looking at the scene with a hint of hope in her eyes.

The snake's body had surrounded the entire minibus, and they could see it sliding outside the window. Its sharp scales were scratching the exterior, emitting ear-numbing sounds. In front of the minibus, the snake had lowered its head to look inside with its crimson-red eyes. Although Jiang Liushi's teammates trusted him, they were frightened to the core.

The mutant snake kept tightening its body as it wanted to flatten the minibus. Unfortunately for it, it was not an easy task to deform the minibus.

Suddenly, as the snake's entire body was wrapped around the minibus, Jiang Liushi shouted, "Zhuying! Go all out now!"

"Gladly, my dear brother!" replied Jiang Zhuying.

Jiang Zhuying was in the gunner room all this time, waiting to act. The moment she received the order to act, an electric light flashed in her eyes. Then, she opened her white and delicate hands gently and started gathering electricity in them. In the blink of an eye, she gathered so much electricity that had taken a spherical ball of lightning. All this while, the mutant snake had swayed the minibus and almost lifted it from the ground.

Suddenly, Lu Tianyu's expression changed as he noticed the white electrical currents flashing wildly from the UFO-shaped room on top of the minibus. In the next moment, a stream of water-like electricity came from the gunner room.

Jiang Zhuying had finally tapped her true potential, revealing the might of her destructive power!

She had covered the whole minibus with her electricity, but her control was so precise that the electricity was hovering on the minibus' surface, not touching it at all. Instead, the destructive stream of electricity was attacking the mutant snake's coiled body!

When Jiang Zhuying had first obtained her power, her current was strong enough to light up a bulb. The current Zhuying could not be compared with her past self. Not even she knew how powerful her current was now. She could only feel that the inexhaustible power inside her body was madly flocking to her palms, turning into destructive electric energy.

However, in the eyes of Lu Tianyu and the other spectators, just the sight of the devastating electrical currents was so mind-numbing that they felt dreadful. They could even feel the static in the air, even they way far from the battlefield!

The current's color turned silver-white as it was relentlessly being poured on the mutant snake's body. Soon, the snake was wrapped in electricity, and the smell of charred flesh attacked everyone's nostrils. 

The mutant snaked had been gravely injured with no chance to retaliate as the electricity had paralyzed it. It twitched violently as its scales and skin were cracking apart. Although its scales were tough and bulletproof, they could prevent electricity!

Lu Tianyu and the rest of the spectators felt it was an amazing and fearful sight. If a human were to be put in the snake's place, undoubtedly their body would have turned into coal or degenerated. Not even the massive mutant snake could stand the destructive power of Jiang Zhuying's electricity. How could the spectators not feel fearful toward her power?

"No- No wonder they dared to act like that…" Ji Xiangming's evaluation of the Shi Ying Squad changed immediately.

"It's amazing, right?" exclaimed Lu Tianyu.

Wan Yiling didn't share the same view. She believed that Jiang Liushi was taking unnecessary risks. But she had to agree that the minibus was powerful as she had witnessed its tenacity. 

Ji Xiangming believed that Jiang Liushi's ace in the hole was the level-2 paranormal, but Wan Yiling believed it should be his minibus. Without the minibus' extraordinary defensive capability, nobody would have dared to use such a plan.

Currently, the minibus was trembling due to the mutant snake's spasms. All the people inside had to tie their belts or hold on something.

"Why aren't we using the air cannon this time?" asked Ran Xiyu doubtfully.

"That's too wasteful." Jiang Liushi's eyes flashed with a glimmer of hope.

'What?' Even Ran Xiyu and Li Yuxin couldn't understand.

Nobody knew that Jiang Liushi wanted to preserve the mutant snake's blood. Its flesh and blood contained Black Light Energy. If they were to launch the air cannon, the blood would be scattered everywhere, so the Black Light that could be absorbed would significantly be reduced. Therefore, Jiang Liushi had decided to use this method to lure the mutant snake and send its blood to his minibus. It was akin to have Black Light delivered at his door!

'Black Light has been detected. Absorbing…' Starseed's notification made Jiang Liushi extremely happy.

The mutant snake had wounds all over its body, so all the energy contained in its blood was absorbed by Starseed. However, the snake was intelligent. After being struck by Jiang Zhuying's relentless attack, it gave up on the minibus and released it. The strange metallic monster gave it a dreadful feeling. It was like it had met its predator!

How could Jiang Liushi let it go at such a perfect moment?

"Xiyu! Ling!" shouted Jiang Liushi.

As soon as they heard him, they immediately understood his intention. Ran Xiyu activated her mental power, transforming it into a needle which then she used to attack the mutant snake's triangular head. At the same time, Ling transformed and jumped from the gunner room with her military-grade knife at hand, landing on the snake's body. She rushed along the smoldering body of that mutant snake. From wherever she passed, the wounds on the surface would get deeper, and blood would ooze out.

The mutant snake could not wait to swallow the tiny ant running around its body, but at that moment, it felt an intense pain coming from its head. The physical pain and the mental pain were unbearable.

Suddenly, the snake stared with its crimson-red eyes at the people inside the minibus, and it opened its mouth violently, mobilizing all the venom in its mouth. It wanted to poison to death all the people inside and corrode the metallic monster!

Unfortunately, Jiang Liushi had already been aiming at the snake from the gunner room a long time now. He had been awaiting for that moment! Now that the moment had come, he pulled the trigger without any hint of hesitation. After that, the mutant snake spurted a mouthful of blood, instantly drenching the entire windshield. Before the mutant snake was able to spurt its venom, it had been shot to death.

"It's dead!?" Ji Xiangming was thunderstruck.

He had just accused the Shi Ying Squad of obstructing their battle, but the latter dealt with the mutant snake swiftly; much faster than the soldiers could probably have dealt with it! Not only that, but they had also accomplished that while the minibus was entangled by the mutant snake's body. Currently, it was bleeding from every pore of its body, its wounds that Ling had made even deeper and the huge hole on its head! Ji Xiangming could only describe the sniper as eerily calm and decisive!

Although Shi Ying Squad hadn't used any heavy weapons, they had completed the hard task in a remarkable and swift manner. 

Lu Tianyu was also astounded. He believed that he had already understood the power of Jiang Liushi and his team, but he was wrong. They were way stronger than what they had shown back in Hejiang Town.

Wan Yiling heaved a sigh of relief and nodded. She had verified that the minibus was as powerful as the rumors wanted it to be.

The spectators not only had paid attention to the extraordinary minibus but also the two girls that had suddenly appeared from the gunner room, as well as the mutant snake's absent-minded state during the second attack. However, Wan Yuling had focused all of her attention on the minibus. She had come in contact with many powerful individuals, such as Han Yuan, but it was the first time she had seen such a powerful vehicle.

How powerful was the mutant snake!? However, it hadn't even left a dent on the minibus! Simultaneously, according to intel Wan Yuling had gathered and studied, Jiang Liushi had only revealed a part of the minibus' defensive power.

"Go and talk to Captain Jiang, please." Wan Yiling suddenly said to Lu Tianyu.

Lu Tianyu immediately recovered from his shock. After all, he was the captain of the War Squad. As a commander, he had to keep his calm all the time.

"Say what?" Lu Tianyu was still worried about Wan Yiling's previous attitude. It was only because she was the secretary of General Han Yuan that he didn't press the matter further. At the same time, he didn't trust Wan Yiling.

"Ask Captain Jiang to let us bring the mutant snake's carcass back with us," said Wan Yiling. Her eyes sparkled with excitement.

'Carcass?' Lu Tianyu couldn't understand why they needed to bring it back with them.

"This is the order of General Han. I came with you for the sake of killing and getting the body of that mutant snake. I need to bring its body back," explained Wan Yiling.

Lu Tianyu remained puzzled after pondering over it.

"Hurry up and kill all those mutant earthworms!" ordered Lu Tianyu through the intercom.

Jiang Liushi had killed that mutant snake, which was the most challenging mutant beast they had met so far. As a result, they should try their best to kill all those mutant earthworms as soon as possible. Otherwise, their team would lose its prestige.
