There are three people sitting inside the room, and they look very strange. A ferocious-looking big guy with a shaven head, a skinny monkey throwing a meaningful glance at them, and one who appears to be a … police officer.

This scene looks like a local police is trying to enforce the law by arresting those idle people in the society, is it really not?
