“My Lady?” Silence hung over the chamber which was in disorder . The maid called cautiously after kneeling for quite a while .

The usual calmness had returned to Noble Consort Liu . She said indifferently as if nothing had happened: “Get up . What happened in Prince Li's Manor today?” Mo Jing Qi wouldn’t go mad for no reason but there was nothing big today except it was Prince Li's wedding . The maid curtseyed and stood up . She walked next to Noble Consort Liu and said in a small voice: “The Empress dowager went to Prince Li's Manor in a hurry then His Majesty asked Prince Li, Princess Li and Consort Xian Zhao to come to the palace . After Prince Li left, His Majesty came here to see you, My Lady, so I didn’t have the time to report to you . ”

Noble Consort Liu frowned: “Ordered Prince Li to come to the palace? What about his wedding?”

The maid said: “I am about to report that to you, My Lady . The wedding has been canceled . I’ve heard that the eldest son of Prince Zhenan was so angry that he took the princess of Xi Ling away from the wedding . It seemed that in Prince Li's Manor . . . something happened at the place where all the female guests were . . . ”

Noble Consort Liu waved her hand with a frown and said: “Take a message for my mother and ask her to come to the palace as soon as possible . ” Though she was favored in the palace, she was less in control when it came to information when she was in the palace .

Ye Li looked at him without any expression . Mo Xiu Yao didn’t have a choice . took from a tree .

“That’s not scientific at all!” Clenching her teeth, Ye Li said while staring sternly at Mo Xiu Yao .  It was difficult for him to move around . Wasn’t it? It turned out she was the one that had difficulty moving around .

“Mm?” Mo Xiu Yao looked at her with confusion .

“I see . ” Ye Li took the flower and played with it in her hand . “I need to think about it . ”

Mo Xiu Yao smiled: “You are thinking too much, Ah Li . Or you can try to imagine yourself falling from a 300-meter-high cliff where there’s nothing you can depend on . ”

What Ye Li tried was to ask Ah Jin to take her to a 20-meter-high stake in the practice ground then . . . jumped down from it .

The first time she abruptly fell at the height of ten meters . But she was lucky enough to be held back by a branch and eventually fell into a sandpit .

The second time, she covered the distance of half a practice ground but failed to find a place to land in the process and fell at the height of five meters . Since she did well protecting herself, she only scratched the surface of her skin .

The third time, she lost control of her body all of a sudden and hit one of the stakes, the pain from which took her a good while to recover .

Mo Xiu Yao sat by the practice ground and looked quietly at the figure that jumped down over and over, then flew up then fell down again . After checking there was no serious injury, she jumped again then fell again . He didn’t stop her . However, seeing her fail repeatedly and try again each time, a strong yet strange emotion welled up in his peaceful eyes for the first time . He had only that slender figure which fell and stood up repeatedly in his eyes .
