Ji Zeming sternly accused him. "Who did you provoke to make somebody else try to kill you?"

"Haha..." Shen Xinglan pinched A Miao's hand and looked at them mockingly. "I don't know who fired the gun, but you seem to know."

"Xinglan, I'm not telling you. Don't hide such a big thing for her sake. What if there is another time? You can't be so lucky every time!"

Bai Yongwei gave A Miao a look and sneered secretly. "See if you can stay in the Ji house this time."

"Aunt Bai is right!" Ji Zeming nodded. "Human life is important. We can't just let this pass."

Le Yi pushed the door and came in to witness this scene.

Bai Yongwei knew that the doctor was a friend of Shen Xinglan and said, "Doctor Le, please advise Xinglan quickly. He has made his father so angry over an irrelevant person!"

Shen Xinglan asked, "Why have you come back again?"

"You are my patient now, so I have to be responsible for you!" Le Yi winked at A Miao.

Ji Zeming had just managed to calm down and wanted to continue admonishing his son when he heard Le Yi say,

Just when Ji Zeming had come in, A Miao put on her sunglasses, as she did not want to allow others to see her true appearance in this situation.

"It's enough. A Miao has freedom. Is it still possible for you to keep her in a box?" Le Yi took a contemptuous look at Shen Xinglan. "What do you think of this today?"

"What kind of mother, what kind of son... A pair of idiots," said Shen Xinglan with particular disdain.

"I'll wash some fruit for you!" A Miao took that opportunity to pull back from his hand and run away.

Le Yi saw that Shen Xinglan's eyes followed A Miao as she left. He could not help saying with a sigh, "If you don't love, you'll never love. But if you loves, you're crazy!"
