Lei had gone really far bringing along that Copper-Crowned Wyvren. But when they opened their ears wide, one could vaguely hear the devil beast’s scream and loud beating noises. Judging from these noises, it was obvious that Lei had made up his mind to tame this strange two-legged Wyvren.

These travelers hadn’t slept yet. On the one hand, it was because of the adventurer’s habit, after dinner, that they would need a time to rest. Therefore, it dumbfoundely looked at Stelle, not knowing what this human female wanted to do.

It was strange that in front of Stelle, it was very well-behaved, even more obedient than when facing Lei despite Stelle’s build which was a lot smaller than its.

The devil beast’s intuition had told it that the woman in front of it right now was a creature which was much more advanced than it. Therefore, it should obediently listen to her and should not go against her words.

Hearing the noises outside, Lady Teague, Liv, little Agnes, who were taking rest inside the tent and Frank who was resting on the chariot, were all frightened. They all went to check what had happened.

Although the Copper-Crowned Wyvern looked like a monster flying in the sky, it was not good at flying. They could only fly a short time to fight and hunt. Normally, they would mainly walk. The Copper-Crowned Wyvern which Lei was riding was no exception. It was a very long journey. There were dangers everywhere. Along the way, they had already met these kinds of advanced devil creatures which were more than ten times bigger than their purgatory-refined giant ape. Among those times, they really met a frightening one once.

It was a giant ash-gray dragon. Judging from the layer of shiny mirror-like scales, it was quite young, but the momentum emitted from its body scared people out of their wits. Before it came to anyone’s settlements, no matter if it were a warhorses or draft horses, they would all be paralyzed and fall on the ground. Lady Teague, Liv and Frank were extremely tense as they took out swords, set up the bows, and got ready to fight.

The giant ape had already thought of running away. But in the end, it didn’t leave, and gathered its courage to stay. It broke a big branch to use as a weapon. But judging by its two shaking legs, when a real battle happened, there would probably be no way to count on its fighting force.

Lei jumped off the Copper-Crowned Wyvern which had kneeled down to show its respect to his superior race. He didn’t pull out his sword, but stood there with a solemn face, confronting the young giant dragon.

After the two sides confronted each other a long time, without saying a word, the giant dragon lost its interest, harrumphed coldly, and flew up to the sky with a storm.

This confrontation made people scared and helped them gain a clearer perspective of Lei’s power.

This was a powerhouse, who could knock out a giant dragon by only his prestige without taking out his sword!

After the giant dragon left, Lady Teague immediately asked Lei if he could let Liv follow him to study a bit.

Lei of course wouldn’t decline. After that, Frank also wanted to follow to study. Hence, he had gained two students.
