First of all, there was a high possibility that Shane Riley had known about that accident on the sea beforehand.

Lei nodded as he looked at Sui Xiong, "Highness, may I ask for your help to check that room a little bit?"

Normally, he wouldn’t have disturbed Sui Xiong with this trivial matter. But he had a bad feeling about this. Hence he didn’t want to waste a second waiting.

Sui Xiong used the spirit sensing to check the room. He didn’t find Shane Riley inside, but instead, a gray-haired old man who was laying on his chest on the floor. There was a dagger in his back. He probably had been dead for several days. His corpse had not rotted due to the preservation of the magic.

Shane Riley was the son of the Garles city’s Lord. Based on common sense, no matter how old he was, he wouldn’t be an old man. So who on earth was this old man? Why was he killed in Shane’s room?

After a while, the entire Garles Chamber of Commerce was in a mess. The President was missing. The Vice President was killed. Such news like that made people dumbfounded.

Sui Xiong and others summoned all the people in the Chamber of Commerce to interrogate one by one.

It took them a while to finally learn about Shane’s whereabouts----in the evening eight days ago, a guard in charge of night patrol accidentally met the Vice President wearing a hat and hurriedly leaving. Through analysis, Sui Xiong determined there was a trace of hypnosis magic on his corpse. "That course wouldn’t waste you too much time." That captain said, "The journey would be prolonged at most seven to eight days. To a long journey, this is nothing."

His words were very convincing. Hence, everything was decided.

Later in the afternoon, everyone got on this boat to head to the White Tower harbor.

Form the Cloud Tower harbor to the White Tower harbor, the journey was not long. The war ship disguised as a passenger ship was traveling on the calm sea. It was very smooth on the way. This ship commuted between two harbors all year around. No matter if it was the captain or the sailors, they all got rich experiences. To them, this sea was like their backyard. They knew almost every single reef and every single aquifer like the back of their hand. It wasn’t dangerous going on this boat, and it was quite comfortable and enjoyable as if they were traveling.

When they changed boats at the White Tower harbor, the situation was almost the same. In the east of the Mystique Tower Federation, there was a small country named "Dhaka Association". The country was developed relying on the Marin industry. The shipping business was flourishing. In a long period of time in the past, only the boats of the Dhaka Association could cross the dangerous Iron Cliff mountain range to get to the Blue Moon Kingdom in the east. Therefore, they had monopolized the business on this sea.

From beginning to end, it took almost twenty days to travel. Due to being stuck in a small sailing boat all the time, they couldn’t help but become a little bit lazy. Even Lady Teague and Liv were not an exception. Stelle didn’t go crazy, but turned into a pig, playing with little Agnes all day long, to kill the boring times.

Lei of course wouldn’t be bored. He was very interested in learning the sailing technique from them (the sailing technique of the captain was kept confidential). "Meet a sea monster?" Lei sounded both curious and excited as he asked.
