My name is Aurora, atleast that is what the Yardrats call me. I have always known I didn't belong here since I was clearly different from them in more than just appearance. It took me awhile before I could communicate with them since they are telepathic but by the age of 5 I had learned to speak telepathically with them.Whenever I brought up the conversation of where I came from to the elder, they always told me that the answers will come when I am ready.

"(I am so done with them saying that)" I said impatiently.

"(Do not worry young Aurora, the time will come sooner than you think)" Sapo's spoke from around the corner. He was my mentor and my caretaker, I always loved playing and training with him. He taught me all sorts of different fighting techniques and magic which came surprisingly easy for. I wasnt the only one surprised either, all the Yardrats were completely jealous since I learnt in less than half the time they took.

Before long I had turned 17 and it was finally time for me to learn of my origin. I went to conffront the elder so they could finally tell me about my past only for me to find out that I had to accomplish one final task.

"(Come on I have waited for so long, this aint cool elder.)"

"(Then whats another couple minutes then.)" Sapo replied

"(You need to prove yourself worthy in order for us to set you free. Your final task is to defeat our strongest warrior, Azara.)"

[Thoughts]For real I can finally be free to explore the universe and finally learn of my origin and all I have to do is win this battle."(Easy enough.)" I said.

"(Cocky one aren't you, boy!)" A deep voice approached and revealed Azara the strongest Yardrat Warrior.

"(Ready, time to commence the battle)" Sapo shouted

Right off the bat Azara came flying at me, onlookers were in surprised since he had vanished only to reappear where I was standing. You could see the shock on Azara's face when he noticed that I had matched his speed which I presume was his top speed. I used two techniques, Time Stream and weightless.

[Time Stream]

Allows me to predict an enemies movements by seeing the enemies astral form move before physical body does.

[Weightless]

Makes my body weigh ten times less allowing faster movement with minimal effort.

"(If that is all you have I'm afraid you're going to be in serious trouble.)" I said with slight concern. Azara could only do fighting techniques and not magic since he trained as a warrior.

"(Luckly no, I still have more tricks up my sleeve.)" Azara smirked with arrogance.

Azara uses the instant transmission technique to teleport around me creating multiple after images and shooting condensed ki blasts at me.

[Condensed ki blast]

Small but ten times stronger than average ki blast.

He was teleporting and firing ki condensed ki blasts so fast it didnt matter if I could predict his movements or not he would just teleport where I dodged and attack again. I took multiple hits before I had enough, I flew straight at him at the speed of light utilizing my lightning magic "(God Speed)" I reached him before he noticed I was gone. I hit his pressure point in his neck using my acupuncture technique to knock him unconscious. As Azara fell down I caught him before he hit the ground. The croud erupted into loud cheers as they applauded my victory.

Allows me to travel at the speed of light.

[Acupuncture]

Alows me to see the pressure points on a persons body, when hit it allows me to manipulate a persons energy allowing to either heal or cause harm.

"(Elder as you can see I beat your challenge, it's time to hold up your end of the agreement. Tell me the truth of my birth and set me free.)"

"(That is precisely what will happen, please come with me.)"

we walked down a long passage, a place I have never been in before, it was different than the other structures in the village. The colour and design were completely different, I couldn't wait to see the inside. Once we reached the end of the tunnel we stepped into a large room with a holographic projector in the middle.

"(They shall tell you all the knowledge you seek.)" the elder left without another word.

"(Wait elder what must I do n...)" Just as the elder left the room the entrance closed trapping me inside.
