Even though the place seems familiar looking, I have no idea where I was! The last thing I remember is that I was currently on the streets looking for food despite the snow. After being an orphan and got kicked out from my own house, I was forced to live in the harshest environment and during winter, I suffered a fever. Since I have no money and no food and shelter, I can't cure my sickness without medicine and proper shelter.

Now, that I have seen around, I was currently in a house! Also, my head felt muddle headed and painful. Leaving the bed, I saw a mirror attached in the wall and walk towards the mirror.

"Wh..who is this?!"

I hold my face that is clearly not my own face. What is going on? Just as I was trying to find a good explanation on what is going on, a huge amount of energy rushed inside my head causing me to curl in pain.

"Ack!" I clutched my head and even pull my hair due to the intense pain I felt.

The strong surge of pain lasted for about an hour before it finally subsided.

"Oof," I struggled to stand back up but soon managed tondo so after a few tries.

What made me frown is the new memories that suddenly appeared in which I don't remember being my own memories.

"Did I just transmigrated in this body?"

I somehow felt it impossible. I felt like I died abruptly that made me clueless how I did arrive to this body. Also, from what I can recall, I can't remember my own name but the only name I remember is that my name is Li Jin. Also, I began to recall on all the new memories that I just gained.

From what I can recall, Li Jin is also an orphan. But what made me somewhat perplexed is that the world I was in is no longer Earth but rather a different one. It was called Gaea now. From what the memories of the owner have told, this world is being divided by three species. First is the humankind, the second is the beastkind and the third and final species are the Divine Creatures.

Humans have been on the brink of extinction in the past due to the appearance of the beastkind. They kill and destroy humans without mercy and usually treat humans as food. But something happened and it was the appearance of the Divine Creatures. Though they are still considered as beasts, they can be tamed and are capable of becoming stronger by establishing contract with a human. Beastkinds and Divine Creatures are mortal enemies and humans are threatened by the existence of Beastkinds so who else will help each other?

Thus, the occupation known as Tamer was born. Nowadays, most people are now living among with the other Divine Creatures as a mutual existence to repel the Beastkinds. Of course, it is not an east job to get and only a few can do it. People nowadays have the power to bond with a Divine Creature through spiritual contact. However, normal people cannot put a Divine Creatures might properly while tamers are able to unleash the latent powers that a Divine Creature possess.

The job of Tamers is to hunt Beastkinds and destroy most of them. Sometimes, missions like obliterating a specific place against Beastkinds invasion is considered as one of the Tamer's job. In short, being a tamer is considered as a very dangerous job. That is why even though it was a popular job, not many of them wanted to be one.

That is why, schools nowadays that specifically train young students to become Tamers appeared one by one in the world which allowed those students who wanted to be one. To be allowed to be enrolled in the Tamer Schools, one has to pass the Elementary education before proceeding to which school they want, a normal high school or a Tamer school.

Li Jin was an orphan and was considered as totally unlucky. After his father and mother's abrupt death, he was forced to ask for money to his rich aunt that did not looked at him as a nephew, more like a stranger instead. After the two was buried, his aunt immediately asked for money but due to the lack of money, he was forced to give the house to his aunt along with all of the items inside to repay the debts. What is more depressing is due to the fact that he failed to form a Spiritual World where all humans have possessed once they reached the age of 18. He was so shocked by this that he refused to believe that his luck is so bad but after a few diagnosis, it was revealed that his Spiritual World is crippled and cannot be formed. Hence, he can't become a Tamer. This made Li Jin's world to shatter and as he fell to depression, he drank a few bottles of pills in an excessive amount that can cause overdosing one self to death.

"And so here I am," I sighed. No wonder I was transmigrated here, my death that I have forgotten in my own world and this guy's death occurred at the same time, causing me to replace him after his death. Wherever the soul of the original Li Jin is, rest in peace. This time, I will be the one using your poor body.

From my perspective, he was a poor boy without perseverance as he gave up already. However, its the perfect chance for me to live a second life. From now on, my name is Li Jin! Who cares if he didn't forge his Spiritual World? That is not something or someone can decide on, since this is now my body, I will decide what is the best for me!

Hello guys. I know that I suddenly put this novel in a hiatus. The plot is poorly made previously so I decided to remake it. Here it is now, the new Book of Divine Creatures remade and now on first person perspective.
