"FIRE!!"
Yoo Giwon roared from the city wall, followed by attacks not only from catapults, but from all kinds of ranged weapons such as slings, arrows, or hand cannons.
They had 30 thousand people. Unless they wanted to pick only the geniuses for fighting, it was easy to pick out at least 100 fine warriors. Because of that, there was an influx of people with Natures that worked best with ranged weapons. Even the weapons they took from Jung Ilgyu quickly ran out. After checking on the projectiles being fired, Dohyuk walked over to Mayhab's soldier in front of him and kicked him down. He then grabbed the body to shield himself from any friendly fire.

Mayhab couldn't even scream. He pointed directly at Dohyuk's island which was now very close to the port and his soldiers ran toward it. However, it was not easy to get to. There was a sea between them and the city, let alone the city wall if they got across the sea.
But Mayhab was a god, and the order was a must.
Soldiers ran toward the city wall at the speed of 80km per hour. Citizens kept on firing weapons at them, but soon, many of those soldiers were on the island now. If they could reach the city wall, it would be their victory.
"They are weak!"
One of the soldiers that looked like the leader of those soldiers shouted. They could easily see that the humans who were firing from the top of those walls were weak. If they got the chance to climb up the wall, they would win instantly.
"CLIMB!"
But that was only if they could go up.
With the wall only a few meters ahead of them, the soldier who jumped to grab ahold of the wall looked down. One second ago, he jumped and was still in mid-air. But with the crushing sound, his body was held back in the air by a giant silver stake the penetrated him from the ground.

His metal body did not allow him to die right away, but he soon lost consciousness.
Fortunately, he did not get to see all the other soldiers meeting the same fate as him.
It was a silver metal which looked very similar to their metal bodies.
But the owner was different.
-It's been a long time… puppets of Mayhab. I didn't realize how refined it was back then.
Blass spoke as he pulled himself up from the ground, along with his silver stakes. One of the soldiers rushed at him.
-But still crude.
Blass punched, and as his fist touched the soldier, the soldier's body twisted and exploded into metal particles.
-You will have no chance against me no matter how many of you come.
Blass was now moving onto another soldier. Silver stakes were still popping up. It was the underground labyrinth itself which was transforming into stakes.
"N-no…"
Even the soldiers who did manage to grab the wall became hesitant about climbing up.
But that was unnecessary.
From the top of the wall, a fierce wind blew down.
"…!"
One of the soldiers grabbed his neck. It would have caused him to fall, but he didn't as a whip was on his neck, thus making him hang in the air.

"Hmm. I thought you were all metal. Do you choke even when you are metal?" Yuri asked curiously.
"Oh well."
She lashed her whip and the soldier was thrown far out into the sea. Yuri moved her whip again. One whip at a time, she caught Mayhab's soldiers and threw them out into the sea. On the other hand, the citizens fired their weapons.
The citizens were weak.
But they had launched the surprise attack and they had upper hand on their ground.
They had prepared for a moment like this.
Of course, Mayhab's soldiers had spear throwers at the back who could throw their spears hundreds of meters away, but Dohyuk was there.
Dohyuk twisted his body as he kicked one of the spear throwers. The other soldiers then threw their spears at Dohyuk, and in response, he dodged and grabbed one of the spears.

After Dohyuk killed off the last spear thrower by thrusting the spear he picked up, he asked, "You too shocked to do something? Or you wish things would sort themselves out?"
There was Mayhab, not too far away from Dohyuk, watching him.

Dohyuk was right in both guesses. Mayhab had never expected this battle. Even if he was shocked when the island came from the sea, he didn't think of losing at first.

Mayhab became silent and focused on his power. The power he can unleash in this small region was limited, but it was still enough to tear Dohyuk apart. After all, he was still a god.
-I could've give my power to my soldiers to take care of you.
This god was too proud to do that. That's why he just looked at his soldiers getting massacred, so he could unleash all of his power to kill Dohyuk.
His body began increasing in size. At about 3 to 3.5 meters, he stopped.
Dohyuk knew that the power it embodied was too powerful for him to handle.
"Oh, it's reasonable," Dohyuk said and took a deep breath.
Then, he shouted.
"FIRE!"
Mayhab scoffed. What will he fire? He was so vulnerable right now that he could…

Some kind of liquid was dropped on top of his head.
"What?!"
Mayhab frantically waved his hand to take it off, but it was gone. He clearly felt it touching him and its weight, but there was no trace of what it was.
"Ugh."
With a moan from the nausea, Heeyun stepped down onto the port.
