She didn’t think about it because she was very busy, but sooner or later she would have to ask Simon about the monster.

Kalia was a little sad that Kalexia couldn’t bring the monster’s corpse because he cleansed its heart. However, it was also the right decision to leave the lost magic stones as they are.

By the time she got back to her room and finished taking a warm shower, it was past noon.

Kalia changed and went to Sasha’s room.

The child lay quietly under Simon’s mobile. A room where the nanny and the baby were alone.

Kalia, combing her dry hair, suddenly turned her gaze to the bracelet hanging from her wrist.

“If I think about it… When will you wake up?”

A piece of spirit that couldn’t be called a mother, a piece of her soul.

After hesitating, Kalia cautiously called her name.

“Gaia.”

Just in case, she tried to call her carefully, but the bracelet was silent.

Without the slightest remorse for Kalia, something else she couldn’t even think of answered her call and raised its head.

-Kyu!-

“…Huh?”

Kalia brushed her hair back and stared at the mole head that emerged from under her feet.

“You?”

Mole, who pulled out her upper body, raised her short paw, grabbed Kalia by the cheek and rubbed it.

-Kyu-kyuu!-

For a moment, Kalia was surprised at such an expression of spirit joy in front of her. She smiled and took the mole in her arms.

‘It is still small.’

Most spirits had to rely on a parent. For example, an old tree, an old castle, or something with mystical power, such as Amuntia’s bracelet. As for the other spirits, this role was played by spiritual magicians who directly summoned them from the spirit world.

“Are you with a mage?”

-Kyun!-

The mole responded by moving her short, broad tail vigorously from side to side.

She then jumped out of Kalia’s hand and ran to the door. As if telling Kalia to look, she pointed with her small paws at the door, which was several dozen times the size of her body.

Knock-knock-knock.

Then someone politely knocked on the door.

“Simon?”

Kalia looked at Simon as he entered the room and alternately at the tiny mole at his feet.

Simon looked at the mole, and like a child, she climbed on top of him and rubbed her nose against his cheek.

“…So you’re the one in charge of this kid?”

“Yau can call her Tierra.”

“You, since when did you start drinking alcohol?”

“Just now.”

‘…No, is it even possible to do this while using spirit magic at this moment?’

Simon, looking at her, shrugged as if there was nothing strange. His gaze swept over Kalia and reached the crib behind her.

“Is Sasha sleeping?”

“Oh yes. He fell asleep recently.”

“You only eat and sleep all day,” Simon said as he walked over to the crib.

Simon’s mobile played his favorite gentle lullaby for children, and the baby slept soundly under it. Simon lowered his head, carefully examining Sasha’s eyes and cheeks, and even his slightly parted lips and breath.

The emotions radiating from his eyes weren’t so different from Kalia’s.

Kalia, standing next to Simon and watching him take care of the baby, felt her palms tingle again. She suddenly wanted to turn that smooth chin so he can look at her. There was a desire to steal Simon’s smiling lips.

‘…I think I’ve lost my mind.’

Kalia was surprised at her thoughts and unclenched her fist.

A month ago, she thought he was just a friend or brother, but now, thinking about Simon, she experienced strange incomprehensible sensations.

“Hmm.”

Simon turned at the sound of a slight cough and looked at Kalia.

“Why don’t you wish Sasha good night?”

“Ah. Well, I… I need to discuss something with you.”

“What?”

At her question this time, Simon cleared his throat and coughed:

“It will take a long time.”

He waved his hand and a bottle of wine flew out and landed in his hand.

“Would you like a drink?”

A big round moon appeared.

The moonlight was bright and beautiful.

Not wanting to wake the nanny and Hemmie, Simon and Kalia sat down at a small table on the terrace on one side of Sasha’s room.

Luckily, the clear moon, the distant sea, and the flowering trees on the rock were just about romantic.

Simon, who even brought a simple snack of crackers, first filled up a glass of Kalia.

“I can’t believe I’m drinking wine with you. A year has passed.”

“It’s only been 11 months and 9 days.”

“…Huh?”

“Because that was the first time I had a drink.”

‘That day? …Oh, that day! Victory Day!’

Come to think of it, they had their last drink with Simon before Kalia left the capital.

And that strange thing happened that day.

“Oh, right.”

Simon looked at her as she nodded.

“By the way, Simon, do you remember that day too?”

“Of course.”

Simon lifted his glass of wine and took a sip as if it was nothing special.

“I will remember that day for the rest of my life.”

‘…Hmm?’

There was a feeling that something was tearing a peripheral nerve.

Kalia licked her lips from the wine and looked at Simon. He casually twirled a glass of wine, looking off into the distance.

Suddenly Simon turned his eyes like Kalia and looked at her.

At an unexpected moment, their eyes met.

Neither Kalia nor Simon could take their eyes off each other in this state. They were still silent, but the eyes of the two were burning, as if they were telling a story that couldn’t be told in words.

“Then I did it.”

Simon’s low, sweet voice pierced the night air.

He put down the glass he was swiping and reached for Kalia. His white arms were straight and smooth. Ivory fingers, that had no other words to describe than beautiful, grabbed her glass. Kalia’s lips glistened with red wine, and a white hand wiped the wine from her lips.

Kalia watched as if possessed by Simon’s beautiful hand and looked at the wine stolen from her mouth.

Red wine dripped onto Simon’s fingers.

“From now on, I will actively seduce you.”

He spoke calmly and took the stolen wine with the tip of his tongue and licked it off. The wine vanished from her lips. The tip of his tongue blinded Kalia. Heat seemed to rise to her eyes.

Swallow.

Kalia swallowed dry saliva and bit her dry lower lip.

Golden eyes, reflecting the moonlight, followed her relentlessly.

“Now it is possible?”

“…You, um, is that what you were going to say today?” Kalia asked suspiciously, trying to clear her dry throat.

Simon smiled slightly, as if embarrassed, and objected.

“No. No, but I just want to do it now.”

‘What do you want to do now? Hm? What do you want to do, Simon?’

Kalia wanted to hastily ask a question, but for now she held it back.

What happened to the atmosphere?

‘I don’t understand why my heart is beating so fast.’

“Um, what were you going to tell me?”

Simon stared at Kalia in response to her question, trying to regain his sanity. He immediately sighed and affectionately called her name.

“Kalia.”

“Hm?”

“…Does it matter now?”

‘No… I don’t think so, but what’s the difference? We can do it later, and if not today, then tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.’

In an instant, Kalia felt dizzy.

The scorching heat spread beyond her heart, into her brain and into her throat.

Swoosh-

The table was silently pushed back.

Seeing him float lightly and then push off, that was definitely Simon’s magic.

Simon’s upper body leaned unhindered between the two of them and approached Kalia. Their lips were close enough to share their breath. Moonlight filtered through the small gap between their lips. Even the slightest movement of each other was enough for their lips to touch.

Her heartbeat was about to explode.

In the end, Kalia, who couldn’t contain her nervousness, bit her bottom lip once more, and the wind slid over her very gently, like a feather.

Kalia wanted to moan at the silky soft touch she felt for a moment.

It must have been the same with Simon, tension between the foreheads. He looked at Kalia frowningly, as if holding himself back.

At that moment, the lips of both moved towards each other without uttering a word. The moment of their touch was as intense as a flash of light. From the warm and soft lips and the bitter smell of the remaining wine, the two sighed hotly and moved closer to each other.

His lips, coming closer and closer, reduced the distance between them. Just when his red tongue showed up and was about to invade her.

“…Uwaaaah.”

They both opened their eyes when they heard a baby crying from the room.

“Sasha.”

Kalia, pushing Simon away, got up and ran to Sasha. Simon, left alone, looked up at the sky. The bright moon was still watching him.

‘Sasha. Sasha. Sasha… Ah, my darling. My child. My son. My blood.’

Unable to say anything to the newborn and instantly burned from the inside, Simon exhaled and ran his hands over his face.

“…I’m going crazy.”

Oh…

Shaking his head, he rose from his seat and entered the room where Sasha was crying.

“You woke up because it was uncomfortable in the diaper. My God, wait, now we’ll do everything. Okay, okay, I’ll change it now. Shhh.”

Kalia was still taking off her baby pants, embroidered with satin, to calm Sasha.

His eyes fluttered slightly, as if the excitement had subsided, but the mood was already spoiled. Simon pushed Kalia away from Sasha’s diaper with a sharp touch and stood in front of him.

“I’ll do everything. It seems I haven’t changed it yet today.”

Kalia, who had been pushed away, stood blankly to the side. Simon has already become more experienced, so he was able to easily remove Sasha’s diaper. Just before putting a new diaper under the baby’s bottom and covering him, he did not forget to wipe his wet feet.

It was pretty cool, so Sasha calmly spread his legs.

“Refreshing, huh?” Simon snorted, smiling.

And at that moment.

Sasha, trembling all over, did his job.

Drops of water flew out from under the child’s feet, but the two people didn’t notice the signal.

“!..”

“Si-Simon!”

Silently covering her mouth, Kalia watched as the refreshing splashes of water flew straight at Simon.
