The directors wanted to replace John, but now they scared by John's challenge, so they all changed their minds. They knew that John would destroy them if anyone tried to challenge him. So all the courage they gathered before coming here evaporated into the air. Only two directors raised in their hands. These two were Tonny Heck and Richard Jones. Richard Jones was the President of Jones International, a multinational company of country A. 

"How much time do you need for the preparation? Five minutes or less? I think everyone is very busy. We should not waste our precious time. Am I correct? " John asked.

  Everyone nodded. They now wanted to get rid of all these. They wanted to left the meeting room as soon as possible. 

"Mr John Smith, we will show our performance within five minutes. As you said that the members of the board will vote, for the CEO position, I think you would also like to compete with us. So, we three are equal now. So for the CEO position, you would have to give your performance as well. Apart from that, you have to put a screen in the main entrance of the Smith Enterprise to live telecast of our competition. I want to do everything in front of public eyes. Then nobody would oppose the decision taken by the board."Tonny Heck suggested.

   He wanted to show everyone that, he is much better than John. He knew that, if he tugs John to competition, then everyone would able to see the differences between the two.

" Are you sure? Do you want to show everything to the public? I think it is not a good decision. Please think about it again."John said calmly.

"I too think as same as Mr John Smith has said.Mr.Tonny Heck, is it necessary to show up all these? I mean I would be feeling uneasy to perform anything in live." Richard Jones said.

  He was nervous about the competition. He thought that it will easily be done, but now he was feeling that it would not be that easy. Tony Heck's confidence increased by Richard's hesitation and John's suggestion.

'They both must be scared to perform openly. It is good for me.'

"If you don't want to show it live, then you can quit. I will compete with Mr John Smith. And Mr John Smith, if you too want to quit, then most welcome. If you could not be confident in front of a few employees, how you will be the CEO of the Smith Enterprise?"

  All the directors nodded in agreement. What Tonny Heck is said is correct.

  John looked at him sharply. He did not think that Tonny Heck is such a clever man.

'So,this is the reason, that he could collect the maximum shares, which we left out'

   He lost in deep thought. Tonny looked at John. He smiled in his mind. He was happy that John looked worried and tired that day.

'He must be worried about losing his position as the CEO. John, I will not spare you after I become the CEO of Smith Enterprise. You would be a simple employee of the company.'

"Now will you start? I have to do other works also." John said in a cold voice.

"Mr.John Smith and Mr Tonny Heck, I want to quit. You two can continue without me."Richard Jones announced.

   Tony Heck was disappointed. He thought John would quit, but instead of quitting,he wanted  to start the competition. John signalled Charlie to set everything. Charlie messaged someone and within five minutes everything was ready.

"Mr.Tonny Heck within five minutes all our activities would be shown in the big screen of the Smith Enterprise. Once we start, we could not stop the live telecast, as all the employees would be felt left out if we stop in the middle of the competition. So, think again before doing it. I am warning you again about it." John said in a calm voice.

"Mr John Smith. Do you think I am afraid to show my talent to others.No.I am not afraid. Now you can start." Tonny Heck replied.

   John signalled Charlie. All their activities started to show on the big screen. Charlie stood up and announced.

"Ladies and Gentlemen. I am Charlie, the vice president of the Smith Enterprise, here announcing a competition between our current CEO Mr John Smith and CEO position aspirant candidate Mr Tonny Heck. Mr Tonny Heck is also a director of the board. The director of the board, will vote for  the more eligible candidate as our CEO.

   In the competetion,they both will tell us why are they eligible for the position. And also show us something as a proof of their eligibility. Now everyone please get ready to see the mind-blowing performance of the two miracles of the business world."

  Everyone clapped at the announcement of the competition. The employees were very excited. They were happy that their CEO had accepted the challenge of some random man. They all knew how perfect their CEO is,for the position. They could not think anyone else as perfect as John.He is young and energetic,who always kept himself updated with every big or small informations of the company. Although they rarely could saw John, they knew that their CEO was always behind them to support them in every steps.

  They were very satisfied with John, although they have to face the wrath of him time to time.They could understand that to run a company smoothly ,he had to take some strict action on them.But they also got a good bonus,if they do their work perfectly.They considered themselves lucky to get him as their boss.

   John was more famous among the ladies. As the most eligible bachelor, he had won the heart of each girl who worked there.Although John announced that he is already engaged,but the young ladies could not stop themselves to dream about him.He became the dream husband of the ladies.
