A week has passed since Xu Zhuya met Li Wei and asked him about her child. She was getting better from the dilemma. Things were going normal like how they used to be. Xu Zhuya and Wu Yanchen had work at different times, Xu Zhuya would go in the morning and come back in the evening and Wu Yanchen would go at evening and come back at dawn. And they would look after Wu Muqing after coming back from work.

That day, they both had taken a leave, so that they could spend some time with their child. The hospital was running busy, so they didn't get a chance to spend time with their child and that day when they took leave thinking they would spend some time together, they faced such an incident.

As usual, Xu Zhuya was cooking breakfast in the morning, when Wu Yanchen came and hugged her from behind. "Oh my!!! You just scared me..." Xu Zhuya spoke in utter disbelief. Wu Yanchen rested his chin on her shoulder. He inhaled the aroma and spoke "mmm, it smells delicious."

Xu Zhuya felt happy on hearing his comment and spoke with a smile "Thank you... I was trying to prepare it from quite a long time." She gave a one last stir and closed the lid and kept it for a whistle.

When Wu Yanchen heard her reply, he started laughing. "What's wrong?? Why are you laughing??" Xu Zhuya asked him with a confused look.

Wu Yanchen waved his hands by saying "Nothing, nothing !! I just got reminded of something funny. That's all." With that he took a glass and filled it with lukewarm water. He added little salt to it and gargled with it. This was his daily routine for keeping his throat clean and healthy.

To be precise, Wu Yanchen was laughing because even after these many years also, he found his wife to be innocent. He had directed that sentence to her but, she thought he was talking about the food. Well, whatever it was, the food smelled really delicious.

Xu Zhuya was still standing there with a confused look but, by the time, his gargling got over, her look had turned into a worried one. She was wondering whether the food was good or no. Surely, she still was innocent.

Wu Yanchen grabbed a tissue and wiped the water droplets from his mouth. He patted his hands dry and threw the tissue in the bin. He looked at his wife, she was still cute as ever and just by this thought, he felt heat radiate inside his body. He felt himself to be hard, and even it had been almost months since they had gone to bed together.

Whenever, they were trying to do something, they were always interrupted ; either by a call, or by the knocking of their son. Surely, he was 6 years old, but his manners were like a gentleman.

He went near her and cupped her face. Her face was so small that it completely fitted in his huge hands. Xu Zhuya looked at him and seeing him looking back at her, she lowered her eyes. She was still shy as ever...

Wu Yanchen chuckled at her cupped up face. It looked like a small girl's face. "Do you know, when I cup your face like this in my hands, you look like a cute girl." Hearing him say this, Xu Zhuya huffed and she too cupped his face "Now you know what, you look like a cute boy, when I cup your face like this." She applied a little more force on his face and he screamed "Oucch!!! That hwurts..." Due to her, cupping he wasn't able to speak properly....

"Ohh, is thwat so??" even Xu Zhuya sounded weird with her face being cupped. They both cupped their face for some short while until they were interrupted by a laugh...

"Haha... Mommy and daddy look so funny. And mommy looks so cute..." It was Wu Muqing. He had come down from his room in search of his parents. He was standing near the door from quite a while observing his parents. He saw his dad and mom cupping each others faces. He tried to control his laughter and when they started speaking, hearing their weird voices, he couldnt control his laughter anymore and he ended up laughing.

Both of them let go of each other and Xu Zhuya started approaching her son "Ohh!! So your mommy looks cute, huh??" She pretended as if coming to grab him and Wu Muqing started to run and Xu Zhuya too started running. He was screaming and running "Ahh!! Daddy help me!! Mommy is gonna catch me ; Help me, daddy!!" Wu Muqing was running in the living room with his mother behind him.

Just as Xu Zhuya was about to grab him, Wu Muqing was pulled up by his dad "Hah!! Got you..." Wu Muqing hugged his dad "Daddy!!" He teased her mom and Xu Zhuya pouted her face "This is not fair!! The game was only between us two, why did you come in between??" She looked at Wu Yanchen and kept her hands at the side of her waist.

"Why can't I not join him, afterall, he supported my statement, that is, Mommy...." He paused and looked at Wu Muqing indicating him to continue "looks cute." Wu Yanchen nodded and looked at the now-pouting face of his wife.

Holding Wu Muqing in his hands, he came near Xu Zhuya and she caught hold of her son. "How dare you...." She roared in a playful manner and he laughed at it. Wu Yanchen acted as an intermediate. He was on both sides, on his son's side also and on his wife's side also.

Xu Zhuya had kept the food on the tables. As she was keeping the plates, she heard a knock on the door. She wondered who could it be. Thinking that she might have mistaken it, she continued doing her work. She heard the knock again, and by this time Wu Yanchen and Wu Muqing already had came down and they too heard the bell rang.

"Did you call for someone??" Xu Zhuya asked Wu Yanchen thinking that he might have called his colleagues over for some work or something. Wu Yanchen shook his head and said no.

"Hmm, I'll go and check. Might be the neighbor" Xu Zhuya removed her apron and was heading towards the door when she heard Wu Yanchen speak "Wait!! I'll go and check. You serve the food." With that Xu Zhuya went back and served food. She filled her son's plate and filled Wu Yanchen's too. She was filling her plate, when Wu Yanchen came back.

She stopped filling her plate and asked him "What's the matter?? Who was it??" She was worried because Wu Yanchen's face had changed. Wu Yanchen kept quite and was approaching the table.

She was about to look down when she noticed someone following behind her husband.
