Meeting again 18 Coffee talks

For an Omega to forget taking heat suppressant is same as for cop to forget his gun. You are just inviting trouble to yourself. I held her hand and quickly took her till my car. My keys were near the first tyre. I picked it up and opened the car. There was a small blue pouch kept in the glove compartment. I took it out, opened and handed her few of my heat suppressant. Her eyes widen as big as glass coaster,

"To-Tony, Why do you have those?" she asked looking stunned

"Am an Omega" I answered shortly, getting the water bottle kept near the gears, "Now quickly take it" I handed her the water bottle, "I have called the security, if they reach it ll be troublesome"

"You re-really called the security?" she asked , her eyes watering

"Just take it" I was annoyed. Doesn't she realize what position she is in?

She nodded and quickly chugged down the medicines. I asked her to seat inside the car. She quietly got in. The security came after 5 more minutes. How could they be so late? What lazy bums!! Six of them came running and started looking in different directions. They were looking around to see what was going wrong. Two of them spotted me and asked what happened. I explained them shortly before asking angrily

"Why were you all so late?? If I was not here, the guest could have done something unforgivable"

"Forgive me sir!! The Utility vehicles were all kept off so we had to hurry on feet" the security spoke apologetically

"Anyways take care of the guest" I sighed, "He is in that corner" I said pointing to the corner, where I made him unconscious

"Thank you so much sir" the security said

"Wait" I called

"Please make sure to keep the utility vehicle in use 24x7 and check if the security cameras are working or not daily. It was a staff so it might not become a big deal but if it was a guest, the situation would have been blown out of proportion and the Resort's name would have been stained. It has started recently, any bad reputation can lead to several problems" I scolded them

The security bowed their head. They nodded looking ashamed and then hurried to the corner. I saw them checking on the guest and then picking him up. Once confirmed that the guest was well, I got on the car and drove off.

In my house, Twen had been waiting alone. As soon as I turned the lock to enter, Twen came screaming

"Mommy, you are late"

I entered along with Tanya. Tanya stared at Twen surprised. Twen too looked at Tanya with round naive eyes. Curiosity clear and transperant in his eyes. I laughed as I remembered Fred's situation. Will he again get insecure?

"This is Tanya" I said, "Greet her"

"He-hello" Twen said shyly

"This is my son, Twen" I told Tanya who looked at me agape

"You-your son...you mean" she struggled with words

"I gave birth to him" I completed her sentence and thoughts. Her mouth open in a 'O' as she unblinkingly stared at me.

I pointed at the couch and asked her to sit as I tottered to the washroom and got myself refreshed. I came out to see Twen loitering around the washroom door. I took Twen on my arms and asked him why was he up so late. He said pouting,

"You were so late, mommy. I was worried"

"Sorry sorry. I got stuck. I ll try to be fast next time ok?" I consoled

"Okay" he said moodily

"I am really sorry. Don't be mad!" he nodded still looking moody, "Now go to bed. You have classes tomorrow right?" I patted his head putting him down. I always disappoint him. I have to accelerate my plans of a restaurant to give Twen more time.

"Okay Mommy" he said pouting and turned to go but stopped and said, "Mommy we have sports event next week"

He stated it instead of asking the question. I understood what he wanted to know. I haven't been able to make it last year but this year I won't disappoint him. I have to make time for event and go to see him. I can't let his entire childhood being alone without any good memories with me

"I ll join you" I said. Another advantage of being promoted, I can choose my day off. He smiled widely and hopped back to his room bidding me 'Goodnight'!

"Goodnight munchkin. Sleep well" I bade him too and went to the kitchen to make some coffee.

I came back with two steaming cups of coffee. Tanya who had been observing all that happened quietly, accepted one of the cup. She took few sips and kept throwing glances at me. I expected her to ask me something about Twen but instead she asked

"How do you manage?" she asked in wonder

I smiled as I took a sip of my coffee, "Twen is a very mature kid. If he hadn't been so smart, and hadn't been shouldering so much of the responsibilities, I would never been able to manage"

"I don't mean that" she said softly, "I-I mean being an Omega? Isn't it hard? For guys, it must be even harder?"

That was not what I was expecting so I looked at her, little amazed. I thought the easiest way to answer this question was to show her than giving long details. I kept the coffee cup on the table, picked up my hair and turned my nape towards her. She saw my bite mark and held her breath. I turned and kept drinking my coffee. There was long pause after the revelation.

"Who-who is your bonded Alpha?" she asked with wide curious eyes.
