Masked Girl and Her Prince 25 Chapter 25: Kiss

Usui turned to the familiar voice with a smile on his face, shocking the latter. Zelal looked at his brother with his eyes widened in shock but soon, changed his expression as he thought about the events that took place last night.

" Hmm..nothing.. just had a funny thought." Usui said as he grabbed his clothes and walked into the washroom.

" So, do you plan on telling me why you were walking around when you were supposed to rest?"

Usui thought for a moment, before he answered, "It was boring, staying all cooped inside the room. So, I wanted to stretch a little bit."

He chuckled, 'Well definitely did a lot more than stretching a little.'

His smile froze when he heard Zelal, who was leaning against the wall and had his eyes closed, calmly ask, " So, meeting Freya late at night was the "stretching" you needed?"

Usui dropped the clothes in surprise and saw Zelal peaking at him with one eye and grinned, "What? Did you think I didn't know?"

Zelal couldn't help but be surprised by his brother, being a cold guy all throughout his life, he had thought his brother would have problems wooing a girl but it seemed like Usui had his own ways to woo a girl. It was just that he wasn't interested in any before.

Usui calmly picked his clothes up as he tried to shook it off as a coincidence, "I was surprised to see her roaming around the town too."

Well, he wasn't lying. He was surprised to see her in the beginning.

He was pulled out of his thoughts when he heard Zelal slowly say, " Hmm... yeah... it did look like you were surprised."

Usui nodded and hurriedly changed into his clothes before he walked out from the washroom and looked at the breakfast his brother bought. 'Bread, eggs, bacon. Ha! my kind of breakfast.'

He sat down and poured himself a cup of tea. As he took a sip, he heard Zelal ask, " Is kissing her a coincidence too?"

Usui spurted his tea onto his brother's face and coughed heavily. Zelal grimaced as he took the napkin to wipe the tea off his face.

" What? Me? kiss her?!!!!!!" Usui asked amidst his coughing.

"I get it, brother... I know you would want to keep it hidden but this is something huge."

"Hidden? What? why?!" Usui asked confused.

Zelal rolled his eyes as he said, " Because it's your first kiss."

Usui's brows twitched as he looked at his brother who continued, "There are chances where girls would dump you if you are a bad kisser. So I need to know exactly how you did it, to know whether you need any guidance or not."

He frowned as he asked, "What guidance, you fool!?"

Zelal said, "On how to kiss, obviously."

Usui pinched his glabella before he said, " I didn't kiss her."

" Yeah... I thought you would say this but you don't have to deny it because I saw you both kissing."

"WHAAAAT?!" Usui shouted as he started going through the events that happened last night and thought whether he missed something.

'Did I kiss her?'

He slapped himself at that stupid question before glaring at his brother.

" Why are you glaring at me when you did the deed?" Zelal asked amused.

" I didn't... When did you see me kissing her?"

" When you pulled her into an alley and leaned against her."

Usui thought for a moment before something clicked in his mind, "No..I didn't kiss her.. I was just close to her and covered her mouth."

Zelal raised an eyebrow at him.

" By my HAND!!!!" Usui showed his hand out at him exasperatedly.

Zelal squinted his eyes at his brother and seeing that he wasn't lying, he believed him, "Ha! Thank God. I thought God made you excel in that field too."

" What did you say? You don't think I can get my girl fast?"

Zelal quickly shook his head, "No.. you can get any girl within a snap of your finger."

Usui narrowed his eyes and Zelal changed his words," Not anyone... just sister-in-law."

Usui was pleased that Zelal called Freya his sister-in-law. So he nodded at him and resumed to eat his breakfast.

As they finished their food, they decided to head out to the battle ground. They knew the way to the hall as they had spent some time yesterday.

As they proceeded to go out, Zelal suddenly asked a question which was probing him, "What's with the new shiny azure sword?"

" Azure! " Usui mumbled as he felt the sword's excitement on that name. It was actually shouting at him to change his name to Azure.

Usui smiled slyly and responded to Zelal, "It's a long story..by the way, it's name is Black Thunder."
