"It's just like Akeno says, the first strike starts the war"

Asia dashed and held other side of Issei and speaks, "Well I say the second strike starts the war"

"What does that even mean?"

The girls were about to argue for Issei when suddenly the three of them heard a familiar voice saying, "It's not good to start a war"

Rias then speaks "Oh, Onii-sama, why are you here?"

The man who said those words was none other than Sirzechs Lucifer,

"Judging by your recent accomplishment, you are ready"
