When I- Issei Hyodo, woke up, I found my sister and I locked up in a cage, and we were inside a vehicle, I deduced that because the cage was vigorously shaking, my kid sis was still unconscious so were the rest of the kids . . .

Few minutes later, the vehicle finally stopped .

I pretended to be unconscious and hugged my kid sis closer .

Those two men, who were driving probably, brought a cart and were picking up and keeping the cages there .

I slowly opened my eyes to see where we were taken to or there is any escape route or not .

Even though it was dark, I could see that those two men were wearing church attire, and then it was clear; there were some lamplights, which showed me that the place was the back alley of a church .

Then I heard one of the men speaking,

"We got some good catch today, children these days shouldn't they know better that one should not wander around alone"

After that, I heard laughing voices, even though they all were humans their voices were filled with filth and disgust, I as a kid could sense it .

I clutched my sister's arm, as I was scared and did not want anything to happen to her .

There were many things going on my mind, while the cart was going under a tunnel through the church .

Will our parents find us? How can we contact the cops? Is there any way to escape?

In the end, I was still a ten-year-old child, whose sense of reasoning was in panic .

After few minutes the cart where we were was finally stopped, I saw many other kids, who were crying and screaming, who wanted to leave, who were screaming for their parents . . .

This literally was hell, I could not get what was going on, the only feeling I was getting, yes, I felt fear . . . few hours ago, I was playing with my sis, and now, I am in a dire situation where no matter what I had to protect Yozora .

Just like animals, we were thrown into a room, with only a candle lit .

After an hour or two, my sister and the rest finally woke up . . .

"Onii-chan, what happen where we are?" my innocent asked me, as she curled up real close to me . . .

I explained the situation to her, as expected, he was about to break into tears but I covered her mouth with my palm, indicating that we should keep quiet .

I turned my head around to see the others, they all had woken up too, at first I thought it was a bad idea to start a conversation but I needed to calm down and the best thing was I should know about others . . .

The blonde kid, with green eyes, who had a depressed look, I asked him, "Hello, blonde-kun, what is your name, mine is Issei Hyodo and this is my kid sister Yozora Hyodo"

Listening to my conversation, Yozora nodded in response .

The kid looked at me and smiled, "Hello, Issei Hyodo-kun, my name is Dulio Gesualdo, are you an orphan too?"

I was taken aback by his question, that is not a common question you ask, but he said, 'too' this means, yes, he was an orphan but does that mean; the others are orphan as well . . .

"I am sorry, Dulio-kun, I'm not an orphan, I do have parents" I replied with all honesty .

Even though he smiled, his eyes were filled with sadness .

I could not do anything but only smile wryly .

The next kid, had green hair, his right eye had a scar . . . his face had a disgusted look .

"Hello, green hair-kun; even though I said my name, it's Issei Hyodo"

Hey looked up to me and said, "Roronoa Zorro" that is all he said before puts down his head .

The last one was a girl, who had black face and green-violet hair, I was about to speak to her when she replied, "The name's Merlin . . . Stronoff"

An hour passed were suddenly the door swung opened . . .

"So, any kid is fine right" the man in the church attire asked, to the priest behind him .

Then, for some reason he took me out of the cage and dragged me with him, I struggled but it was fruitless and then I was tied to a pole, in a well-lighted room .

Church workers surrounded me and in front of me, there was a muscular man standing, he was bald and his skin was black .

He was wearing a long coat and all of a sudden, black-wings spread out from his back, ten of them . . . I just could not understand what on earth were this people?

"Hello kid, the name is Amenadiel, I am a fallen angel," he said with a smile .

Fallen angel, what is that? I still had so many questions but I was afraid to ask . . .

With all the courage I mustered up, I replied, "My name is Issei Hyodo"

With a sinister smile he said, "Hyodo-kun, you must have a lot of courage to be able to speak in front of me I commend you for that"

After saying, he nodded to a priest who brought a machine near me and then, he turned that machine on .

After few moments, the machine started to make beep-beep noise and all of a sudden, that priest had a smile on his face . . .

"This kid has a 'Scared Gear', it's confirmed, all we need to do is draw that out"

What? What scared gear? The hell is that? What was about to happen to me now?

My mind was in turmoil when suddenly, Amenadiel nodded and the other church workers that surrounded me stripped me . . .

I was a 10-year-old kid . . .
