My twin brother has finally reached divinity by awakening the God Core of the King of Gods in Egyptian Mythology: Ra.

Lord Ra is the god of creation, war, and the sun, which makes him powerful in all kinds of battles.

"This fight is mine now." Lord Ra said. He spread his golden wings, coated it with magical flames and rocketed upward with the speed of a fighter jet.

Meanwhile, Rikkun in the form of Lord Freyr went to my side.

"!!!" He immediately stabbed his sword to the ground, and beautiful grasses and flowers sprouted on our feet. The flowers unleashed tiny orbs of light that replenished my prana and repaired the injured parts of my skin that are suffering from burns. Even my fractured bones have been healed.

"I'm sorry, Tiara." Lord Freyr said. "I let you get hurt, but it's the only way that the God Core of Ra can be awakened from your twin brother's heart. That's the only way we can get the last God Core according to my . I'm sorry."

I shook my head as I gave my darling an innocent smile. "That's the right thing to do. I'll get angry at you if you intervened with my fight."

Lord Freyr forced a smile, quietly affirming that he definitely made the right choice not to act.

Our gazes went to the two flame gods. One is a fake evil god, in the form of a burning dragon with one eye. And the other god is a king, covered with golden-winged armors and falcon helmet.

This is Diadem's time to shine. Like a sun that is full of brightness and warmth. This is now Lord Ra's fight.

"Dad…" Ra said as he made a pitiful glare at our father. "We have fought several times back when I'm still a Cursed Guardian. I'm a New Order General, and you're a Black Cross Agent. Usually, my side is evil, and your side is good. It's so frustrating that we have swapped teams. I hope we can fight together, not as enemies, but as allies one day."

The crimson dragon Cthugha didn't react. It just returned a one-eyed killing glare to his son. The flames on his body continue to grow and emit more radiation in the air.

"The fatherly love between you and my twin sister made it possible for me to attain this god form. She has shown how much he cares about you... Now, it's my turn to do the same!"

Ra shouted as he boosted forward with an impossible speed!

The dragon roared. Its chest glowed again with orange light, ready to unleash another wave of an atomic blaster!

"!!!" Ra shouted. His golden claws elongated as he unleashed ten blinding scratch combos aiming to the dragon's chest!

In the nick of time, the dragon crossed his arms to shield its body.

Slash, slash, slash!

The golden claws sink through the enemy's armored scales like butter! Now the crimson scales are being chipped away!

Ra's attack didn't stop the evil dragon from charging his atomic blaster. In an instant, a gigantic stream of diamond-melting flames surged towards the Egyptian God of the Sun.

"!!!" The moment Ra unleashed those words from his mouth, a flame bubble emerged, covering the golden god's body whole. The atomic blaster's energy was quantumly divided and was quickly absorbed by Ra's energy barrier like a sponge.

All the heat and all the radioactive air unleashed from the atomic blast has been converted to harmless prana, which can be used by the King of Gods himself. Ra's body is flaming non-stop because of the sudden surge of energy.

"!!!" Ra repeatedly swiped his claws in the air, and burning sonic waves erupted and dived straight to the dragon!

The dragon itself can't do anything but to shield himself with his wings!

This is Diadem's opportunity to break that defense! The golden god spread out his claws and wings, and rotated with the unbelievable speed in the mid-air until he's now covered with a tornado bathing with flames!

"!!!" Ra shouted as he positioned the claws above his head. Now the hurricane has shaped itself into a flame tornado drill! He surged forward, straight to the gap of the enemy's closed wings!

A loud whirring noise echoed in the atmosphere. The defense of the enemy dragon is to be commended, but it's not impenetrable! Slowly, Ra is digging through the hot steel scales and flesh of the Eidolon!

"Haaaaah!!!" Ra shouted with all his might.

Blam!

The gigantic wings of the dragon blasted and it tattered like a torn tissue paper! The arms of the dragon are pushed away by the surging flame tornado drill. Now there are no defenses left to protect the human body of my father!

"Tiara!" Ra shouted.

"Right!" I nodded as I pumped my fist.

I activated my one more time and focused all my prana to my legs. Ready, set, go! I ran with the speed of light, aiming to close in for one last time!

The dragon will never let me get close to his main body! It unleashed its tentacle-tails to chase me, but I'm to agile just to be touched by those flame tendrils! I can read their movements like a book!

Ten, five, one meter! I jumped forward, ready to reach my father's fused body up again. But there is one final attack that the Eidolon can unleash before we can snatch my father away from that monster.

Its blue eye glowed and charged harmful prana on its irises. Then, it unleashed a focused atomic beam straight to my position!

In the nick of time, the golden god Ra intercepted the attack!

"!!!"

Ra's arms spread out in the air, and a tiny burning egg materialized. The egg pulsed, and immediately expanded, shaping itself into a flaming gigantic pyramid that is in the size of a jumbo bus!

"Hrrrraaaagh!!!" Ra threw the giant pyramid sun straight to the enemy dragon's face, which immediately exploded!

I don't have time to waste! I jumped and ricocheted forward until I reached my father for the last time. I'm now close, but I still don't have any idea on how to pull my father out of this monster. The flesh is still hard and steaming. His body is still completely fused to the Eidolon. If I have to remove him from this, I have to make the surrounding excess skin softer.

"Tiara, absorb his Fake God Core first!" Rikkun shouted from the distance.

I made a fast nod, and did what my commander told me to do!

"!!!"

My hands were coated with dark energy. I used my claws to dig like a wild dog on the Eidolon's skin until I can see my father's muscular bare chest. Then, I used my hands to snatch the corrupted Fake God Core from his heart.

I crunched the evil orb of light with my amazing finger strength, and it shattered like a porcelain ball.

"----______------_____--------!!!" The dragon shouted as it started to fall down.

As soon as the Fake God Core has been destroyed, the skin connecting the monster and my father started to wither. Now the flesh is soft enough to be ripped to shreds!

"Tiara!" Lord Ra went to my side with the remaining strength of his God Core. "Let's pull him together!"

"Right!" I shouted. "On my mark… One, two… threeeee!!!"

There was no need for a countdown or momentum, we immediately recovered our father's body with ease. With the last ten seconds of his God Core active, Ra used his wings to fly away from the monster. I also used my ten wings to jump out and leave the place.

As we are carrying our unconscious father side by side, we saw the collapsing dragon explode and transform into a big pile of ash that mixed with the cool air.

"Diadem… We won!" I happily cried.

"Yeah! Good work, sis!" Diadem smiled.

We made a high five at each other, signaling the success of our fight.

It took a while for our father to wake up from the infirmary of the Kozukata Shrine. When he's finally conscious, it's already night. We siblings are there watching him the whole time he was asleep.

"Tiara… Diadem…" Our father's eyes twinkled. Tears rushed out from his eyes as he hugged us both. "You guys… you succeeded! You defeated the evil within me!"

We returned the same tight hug my father gave us. Diadem and I smiled at each other as we uttered a word of welcome to our dramatic father.

"Welcome back, Dad." We said.

Suddenly, our father projected a frown, as if something is still troubling him. We felt it too that his prana signatures are weak, and his arms are trembling when he hugged us both.

It's like there is still a problem.

"Thank you, Tiara… Diadem… There is no way I can repay your kindness to me. You have suffered so much because of that battle." My father said with a smile of guilt. "But that is not enough. The curse of the Fake God Core has already eaten up my life force. Even if my curse has been lifted, my life will still be taken away."

That is right.

We already know that there is no hope for my father. Asumi-nee told me that he will still die even if we removed the Fake God Core. As of now, there is no way to repair a corrupted life force.

There is no hope.

But if there is no hope, then we will make one!
