Gangland Fantasy 34 Dragon Stones

Naga entered the portal and he was transported to a different place. It didn't take him a minute.

"This..." Naga's eyes widen. He was astonished.

He didn't expect the place to be this beautiful. There are trees and flower fields. The mountains and rivers are full of life. There are birds and other animals too. Also, the sky is clear and blue.

'If not for the strong amount of dragon power here, I would believe that I'm lost.' Naga activated the storage ring and picked a compass.

It was a magical compass not affected by dragon arcane. Ordinary compass will not work in this place.

Meanwhile inside one of the hidden locations in this fragmented world, a huge eye suddenly opened.

"Human? An ancient... dragon mana? A human and not a dragon?" A big dragon moved and opened its wings.

Naga felt changes in the air. He used his spacial awareness to be more familiar with the place. He walked towards the forest. He activated his earring and picked the black robe. The black robe can limit his presence and it also uses a magic spell to control his body temparature. This is good enough in case the environment suddenly change.

He has two objectives here actually. The main objective is to locate an ancient relic, the Draconian Heavenly Door. Anyone who will enter the door will have a dragon bloodline. It was created from the souls of dragons and demons defeated by the dragon deity who created this world.

This place was actually destroyed due to ancient wars just for that door. Who doesn't want to have a dragon bloodline? It was better than having a dragon mana. You will have a chance to be a real dragon. A chance to dominate the world. Imagine a powrerful human or a demon who can transform into dragon as well and use dragon arcane to its finest. The dragon deity used the last bit of his power before dying just to move this world to a different spacial realm and he made sure that the coordinates are well hidden.

The Holy Dragon King got some clues before and the generation of old bishop was successful in uncovering the coordinates. They actually entered it but hundreds of warriors and knights died since the place is not compatible to human. If you are not powerful enough or you don't have dragon mana, even the air in this world will tyrannically hurt your body. People should always remember that dragons and deities lived here before.

The second objective is to check if there are still dragons living here. He doesn't need to fight, he just need to check and observe.

Aside from the door, the old bishop, Luciano, told him that everything he will get will be his since that is up to fate.

Naga brought a magic mineral detector given by Old Drun. He wanted to get raw materials and he will use this chance for it. When the detector vibrated, he knew that he's about to get what he wanted. He walked straight to the deepest region of the forest.

Bishop Luciano didn't give him a time frame for the mission. He gave Naga a stone box that he can use to open the portal and also reminded him that even without the box, the portal will open automatically after a month.

Naga entered the deepest region and like what he expected this is going to be dangerous. He saw a huge bird like creature flying towards him. He generated his arcane mana reserve and used his power blessing. As an Arcane Master, it can now provide 35% increase in physical power.

Also, since he was able to trained his physical body for about two weeks now and with the body tempering benefit of his dragon mana, he is much athletic and stronger now.

He stepped back, kicked a tree and then used the momentum to jumped to a different tree and avoid the attack of the huge bird then he jumped again. While in mid air, he summoned his flame bow and pulled the fire string.

Three arrows were simultaneously created. This bow is more powerful than before. He aimed then he released the arrows.

'Swooosh!'

'Argh!'

'Screech!'

The huge bird like creature fell down. Naga aimed using his palm and casted a different arcane technique before landing to the ground. "Fireball!"

'Screech!' The huge bird like creature cried in agony again. It is burning all through out.

However. Naga knew that it was far from over so he activated his earring's storage and summoned a huge spear created by Old Drun. It's a 2 meter spear and its blade tip can generate arcane power for greater damage.

He did a high jumped and landed to a nearby huge tree branch. He jumped again and used its momentum in throwing the spear while in mid air.

'Swooosh!'

The spear hit and pierced the neck of the bird like creature. When Naga saw how successful his attack was, he ran towards the creature upon landing and he kicked the spear so it will pierce more. He stepped back after that and aimed his bow.

Naga generated two arrow and aimed but he noticed that the creature is not moving anymore.

'Swoosh!'

He still fired the two flame arrows but this time toward a different direction. He heard a growl and saw a huge beast running away.

"Idiot. Do you really think that I will give you a chance? Go and hope that I will not meet you later." Naga smiled.

Naga moved closely and summoned the golden knife from his earring's storage. It transformed into a blade and he cut the head. 'Slash!'

"This bird..." Naga said while looking at the creature. It has scales, long neck and two legs. He didn't notice it right away since he was so excited in trying his bow and fireball skill. He likes archery and his fireball skill.

"A wyvern, master."

Naga saw hus ancient book floating in the air.

"Oh, you're back. Nice. I thought that you wouldn't talk to me again, Book." Naga smiled.

"This place is good for me, master. I can absorb and gather information of dragon mana." The Book softly said.

"I see. I thought I need to improve my dragon mana and art alone." Naga asked.

"Yes. You need to improve and study it alone but I can help in gathering resources needed." The Book softly said.

"Great! Thanks!" Naga was happy hearing it.

He picked a magical pouch from his storage ring and put the wyvern's body on it. The Book told him that it is useful. He checked and saw that he has two magical pouches. He will use one for raw materials and the other for dead beasts that might be useful.

He walked straight ahead and a saw a cave. "It seems that this is the place where I can get raw materials."

"You are right. master. This is a cave full of dragon stones." The Book softly said.

"Dragon stones!" Naga became so excited.

He learned from the dragon scroll given by Lucas that dragon stones are the same of magic stones however, instead of arcane power, it has dragon power instead. This can be used in creatinf powerful armors and weapons with dragon powers. There are actually places where you can still do dragon stone mining in their current world but only powerful organization and empires have access to it. This is a huge fortune for Naga.

"Great! Really great! Let's go inside." Naga happily walked inside.
