/ Finding Stardust 90 Haoran's Decision
Haoran, who had never stayed in a regular hotel room, always in suites, was amazed to find that that the size of their hotel room was quite small. It was actually 15 m2 and had a double-sized bed with beautiful furniture, but the room felt cramped for his standards.
'It's not bad,' Emma said to Haoran with her telemancy. The man looked dumbfounded and stood transfixed at the doorway when he saw how small their room was. 'Just get in. You make the hotel staff confused.'
Haoran turned and finally nodded with a smile. He then pushed their suitcases inside, gave the hotel staff tip, and thanked him.
"This is good. Thank you," he said.
"You're welcome. Tomorrow, breakfast is available starting at 7 am. If you both want to have in-room dining, the hotel kitchen is still open for orders until 10 pm."
The staff then excused himself and returned to the lobby. Haoran and Emma went inside the room and checked everything. Haoran scratched his head as he looked around.
"This room is tiny... Uhm, sorry, I should have pulled over somewhere before we reached Interlaken and booked a better room or suite online, instead of going on the spot. I didn't expect all the nice suites are already booked," the young man said apologetically.
"Ish ... it's okay," Emma replied with a chuckle. "You heard them yourself, they said that there is a festival here this weekend, so it is likely that other hotels are also fully booked. It's fine, really ... It's only for one night anyway. I am used to sleeping in a cramped room. Looks like you're the one who has a problem with it."
Haoran laughed at Emma's words. He was a bit embarrassed. He admitted that as a young master from a wealthy family, he had never stayed in regular rooms. Even when he and his friends went on the study trip to Paris, he also got a spacious, luxurious suite for himself.
"All right. Do you want to sleep on the inner side or the outer side?" Haoran asked while placing his suitcase in the cupboard.
Emma just shrugged. "I'm fine with anywhere."
"Ah ... then you just sleep inside, so that I can prevent you from falling off the bed if you become restless during sleep," Haoran said, winking.
"I am not restless in bed. I sleep like a princess," Emma protested. But she immediately saw that Haoran was only joking, so she laughed with him. Emma opened her suitcase and took out a change of clothes. "I want to take a shower first and get ready for bed."
"Go ahead. I'll take a shower after you," Haoran said.
Emma brought her clothes and a bathrobe, then went into the bathroom to wash up. She came out fifteen minutes later, looking so fresh and casual with her body wrapped in a robe. Emma looked especially beautiful because she let her long hair down to her shoulder. The girl yawned several times as she walked toward the bed and lay down there.
Haoran followed in Emma's footsteps and took a quick shower. Ten minutes later, he also came out of the bathroom looking fresh, wearing shorts and a shirt to sleep.
Spring nights in Switzerland was very cold, so they raised the temperature to 18 degrees to sleep comfortably.
Usually, Haoran would sleep on top of the duvet while Emma lay under it whenever they slept together on the ship, but this time, the young man slipped under the duvet. This made Emma somewhat surprised. Haoran was not usually like this, she thought.
"What are you doing?" asked Emma, staring at Haoran with rounded eyes.
"Do you mind?" Haoran asked with a deep voice.
Emma seemed to think for a moment, then shook her head. "No."
"Oh, thank God," said Haoran in a relieved tone. "I've been thinking about this all day ... and I feel really scared of losing you ..."
Emma frowned and looked at Haoran. She did not want to read Haoran's mind at a time like this. She wanted Haoran to explain how he felt.
"Why are you scared of losing me?" Emma asked quietly.
"How long have we been together?" Haoran rolled his body and faced Emma, staring intently at the girl as he asked her back.
"Hmm ... we first met in March last year ... so it's been exactly one year," Emma said. "And we've been together since we--"
"Since I kissed you in Paris ..." Haoran said with a faint smile.
Actually, it was Emma who kissed Haoran first, but at a time like this, technicalities were not important.
Emma nodded. "It was last June."
"I have liked you since I first met you, Emma, and I did everything to be near you. I feel lucky that you reciprocate my feelings, and we have so many similarities that we can have a relationship like this ... I have so many plans for the future of the two of us. After I get rid of my father, I'll ask you to marry me, and we can build our family together. You and I have are the same ... we don't have a family. " Haoran's voice sounded emotional. "Haoran ..." Emma slowly sat on the bed and stared intently at Haoran. She didn't think Haoran would talk seriously all of a sudden.
Haoran also sat down and leaned on the headboard. He pulled Emma's right hand and held it tightly. "I didn't think you would be able to find your way back to Akkadia so quickly. In a year ... everything will change. This is beyond my plan ..."

"Unless what?"
"Unless we get married. They won't be able to get rid of me if I am your husband," said Haoran firmly. "I want to come with you to Akkadia and help you as best I can. I want to be there when you meet your parents and sibling."
