"And don't forget that they have asked you to go with your wife. They knew that Akash recently got married, so they wished to meet the couple and give some gifts. They have already started treating us as partners. It seems they are also very optimistic toward this deal." Grandpa added. He seems to be happy.

"Which hotel meeting will be taking place in?" Ira asked curiously.

"Do you know the newly constructed Bappa Hotel in Koregaon Park. That is rated as one of the best hotels of Pune these days." Grandpa said. Now, this point got the attention of the eldest uncle and Arpit as well. As both have their certain interests with Bappa Hotels and the family managing it.

"Isn't that the hotel of that Pawar family?" Ira murmured and then she looked toward Varsha who has stopped eating and looking toward her apprehensively.

Grandpa talks merrily about a long-awaited business deal which is decided to take place in a week time. Unenthusiastic eldest uncle is also showing a certain level of curiosity into the discussion now. Everyone is eating and listening to the talk.

Grandma looked at the small act of Varsha after Arpit's comment and whispered in Grandpa's ear making him smile.

To irritate Arpit more, Ira asked Varsha "Sister in law! This spinach Curry is really tasty today. You are really good at cooking."

Varsha looked toward her and smiled and then silently mouthed a 'Thank You' to her.

Looking at the silent exchange between the girls and after being ignored, Arpit felt like flaring up. Seeing that Arpit is going to retort, Grandpa said calmly while looking toward Arpit "No need for Varsha to hear about the things of business. Don't concern too much with this. Akash will handle them. She just has to look lovely standing beside him."

Ira giggled hearing the comment of Grandpa and even some other ladies also smiled toward Varsha. Ira whispered in the ears of Varsha "Sister-in-law! you have to look lovely beside elder brother." Varsha lowered her head shyly and continued eating.

Eldest uncle mumbled, "Just keep spoiling her this way and it will all come back someday." Noone replied. Everyone is aware of the discontent of eldest uncle toward Varsha. Dinner continued as usual after this.

Call of Swati came shortly after dinner and She and Varsha talked for long. Swati advised her about a lot of things. Akash lied on the bed and watched TV while Varsha talked with Swati in the balcony. She feels happy that Akash never gets angry nowadays and he always allows her to watch whatever she wants to watch on TV. Even when she talks sometime with Swati in the balcony, he will silently watch TV and wait for her to get on the bed before turning off the light. Varsha feels like this progress is good enough.

That day was very tiresome for Varsha. She felt physically and mentally exhausted. She has gone to college and cooked the food on that day.
