“Should I do it or not?”

After calming down, Lin Xun couldn't stop thinking about this. 

All was unknown to him – The risks accompanying with the first test of the Green-cloud Path was unknown, and the results if he failed were also unknown. 

However, he was sure that if he succeeded, he would get the Meditating Magic and got closer to the Gate to Heaven at the end of the path. 

Should he do it or not?

No one would tell Lin Xun what to do; he could only rely on himself.

If there was nobody here, where did the voice come from? Lin Xun thought of it suddenly. 

"Elder, could you please give me some information for preparation before beginning?"

Looking up, Lin Xun cupped his hands and asked. Although he couldn't see the person who gave the order, it was better to act modestly in need of assistance. 

However, no one answered at all for a long period, except for that suspending and shining light curtain a few steps in front. 

"So I have to make the decision all by myself."

Lin Xun sighed in heart with determination in his eyes. He was never an overcautious and indecisive person. 

If he gave it up while there was a chance, he would regret it. 

"Yes, I will do it."

Lin Xun answered and then like a signal, that cool and cold voice announced again, "The test begins – Please learn and master Flowing-light Spiritual Tattoo before going to the next test."

The basic type included simple spiritual tattoos, like Red-fire Spiritual Tattoo, Birthwort Spiritual Tattoo, Gold Spiritual Tattoo, etc. 

The advanced type, also known as Spiritual Tattoo Formation, was combined by different basic spiritual tattoos. 

In general, spiritual tattooists would call them Spiritual Tattoo Pattern and Spiritual Tattoo Formation distinctively, which could also help to separate a spiritual apprentice and a spiritual tattooist. 

One who could master 36 kinds of basic spiritual tattoo patterns was a junior spiritual apprentice; one who could master 72 kinds, an intermediate spiritual apprentice; and one who could mater 108 kinds, a senior spiritual apprentice. 

If one could inscribe a spiritual tattoo formation by himself, then he could be qualified as a spiritual tattooist. 

Well, Lin Xun knew nothing about the division of these qualification titles, but it didn't mean he was not good at it. Actually, he had known various basic spiritual tattoos by heart. Having learnt to inscribe spiritual tattoos with Master Lu for many years, Lin Xun practiced it every day. Until now, he mastered more than one thousand kinds!

When Lin Xun continued to draw, many brisk tracks appeared, keeping tripping on the light curtain. 

Soon, something magical showed up – the flowing tracks of the spiritual tattoo on the light curtain seemed to be attracted by what Lin Xun had drawn, gathering around it like finding their captain and beginning to revolving. 

With a grin at the corner of his mouth, Lin Xun realized he was right. 

His finger kept moving and the tracks on that light curtain increased. Until the light curtain could not endure so many traces, Lin Xun stopped moving his fingertips. 

Weng***

An odd sound buzzed, followed by the gathering and combining of countless spiritual tattoo tracks on the light curtain. 

At last, they were blended in the spiritual tattoo track Lin Xun drew. 

Boom***

At that moment, the light curtain turned into rain of light and disappeared. 

Lin Xun took back his hand and now he figured out the secret of this Flowing-light Spiritual Tattoo. 

It was not a basic spiritual tattoo at all; instead, it was a martial manual! However, someone had hidden its magical power into each pattern and track of this spiritual tattoo. 

This martial manual was Meditating Magic!

Lin Xun murmured then, "So, it should be a kind of inherited spiritual tattoo. Whoever created this brand-new spiritual tattoo simply for transmitting a martial manual was incredible…"
