Of course, he couldn't be really harsh on all of them, the strongest Demon Beast, would be set according to the strongest young generation member, who was part of the City Lord's Villa, the White Monarch had recently came to know of a young boy, who was extremely powerful.

It was said that the Young Lord of the City Lord's Villa, was only 14, and had entered the Gold Rank, this gave him immense rights in the city, as he was one of the greatest talents the city had ever seen, he had a Cyan Grade Soul Realm!

Obviously, the Devil Seeking School being the second strongest faction, did not like that, and focused all of their attention and resources, into their devil genius, the Devil Young Master, who was also close to the Gold Rank!

The Devil Young Master, had a very fiery connection with the Young Lord, the two had fought each other several times in the past, however in recent times, the Young Lord had started to defeat him every single time.

Those two, together with the beautiful maiden of the Black Lion Family, were known at the top three strongest people of the young generation in the Underground City. The beautiful maiden, was the hope of the Black Lion Family to rise to the top.

It was said that, the beautiful maiden was the most beautiful woman in the entire Underground City, among the young generation, but she refused even the Young Lord and the Devil Young Master!

The White Monarch, however, was more intrigued by this boy who had appeared out of nowhere, and easily dealt with several people at the Gold Rank, he did not believe that Bai Hu had weak men, so it was obviously a fact that Shen Tian was the strongest among the young generation!

"My liege, the bird you asked me to send to that boy, has delivered the letter to him, he was found several hundred kilometers away from the city, next to a massive tower, alone." An old man with a wrinkled face said.

"Please do not refer to me as that… I told you, that you can call me Little White!" The White Monarch sweatdropped, the old man in front of him was Ziyu Liansheng, who had helped him in his worst times.

Ziyu Liansheng coughed, The White Monarch frowned, the old man had been sick for a very long time, he had traveled across the entire Underground Region, but failed to find a cure to this sickness.

"You are my monarch, you are above all of the people in your dungeons, it would damage your reputation if you allowed a sick and old man like me to call you Little White, my liege." Ziyu Liansheng answered.

The White Monarch sighed, his face showing a bit of regret,'I accomplished my dream of creating a new world for my people, however… at what cost? I cannot even allow myself to be true to everyone.'

The White Monarch, had indeed accomplished his dream of creation an utopia for his people, but at the price of his freedom, he could focus in his Dungeons, however there was always a layer he had to keep between him and his people.

This Dungeon which was going to be explored from the Young Generation, was going to give birth to a new age of dungeons, where his dream at least could be explored through dungeons, at the very least.

Shen Tian took a deep breath, as he, Xiao Ning'er and Feng Hao prepared their stuff, for the long journey to the White Monarch's Dungeon, one of the strongest forces outside the Underground City to ever exist.

During the time they were preparing, several people neared their house, knocking on their door, earning a groan from all of them besides Shen Tian, who calmly when to it and opened the door, revealing people of the Fighter Guild.

"I am an elder of the Fighter Guild, you can call me Elder Sheng, I am here under the orders of the Fighter Guild's Guild Leader, to hereby invite you to the Fighter Guild!" A man, nearing his fifties probably, looked at Shen Tian, sending waves of words at him.

Shen Tian raised an eyebrow," I refused the White Tiger Family, Black Lion Family, the City Lord's Villa, and other factions, what makes you think I will accept the Fighter Guild's invitation?" He asked.

The Elder, called Zheng, sweatdropped, when he was told by Long Shan to go invite Shen Tian to their guild, he had not expected for him to be so arrogant, however he was indeed telling the truth, why would be join the Fighter Guild?

He took a breath, thinking of a comeback and responded,"If you enter the Fighter Guild, you shall receive knowledge from the strongest fighters of the city, giving you access to the strongest physical techniques the city has ever known!"

Shen Tian rolled his eyes,"If that is all you can offer me, then excuse me." He said as he started to close the door, however Elder Sheng put a foot beyond it, making it impossible for him to close the door.

"Wait! There are still a ton of stuff our guild can offer you, for example we can offer you spars with the greatest talents of our guild, immense amount of resources…" He started to count the benefits of joining their faction.

Shen Tian gained a tick on his forehead, and he responded with a bit of anger,"As you can see, I am not interested in any of your so called benefits, now get out of my way before I get really angry!"

Elder Sheng started to slowly get angry too,"What rubbish! You call yourself the number one prodigy in the Underground City, but you are too scared to even prove yourself in the city! PAH!" He snorted.

Shen Tian gained a smile on his face, what could he be planning… "If you think I am simply boasting, I could prove it to you, if I do it, you have to give up your Interspatial Ring to me!" He grinned.
